Terrible service, small rooms, and the lazy river ...

Terrible service, small rooms, and the lazy river was just sitting water. There was trash in there landscapeing, and they were not clear on how we were paying if you are paying cash you need a card to put a down payment on just make sure they don't pay for the room on your card. We specifically made it clear that we were paying with cash. Then they didn't do anything about it. It hope this was very helpful!

It was an amazing stay but the outdoor kitty pool had a lot of bugs and leaves and my nephew almost swallowed a leaf and it was cold so just work on that other than that I liked the room we had a view of the beach we went on the beach but we had a great time thank u so much land mark

I have NEVER actually left a hotel until I stayed ...

I have NEVER actually left a hotel until I stayed here!.This place a is in such disrepair from the paint in the halls to the stair wells to the floors, just horrible, the only reason we even stayed one night was because they wouldn't refund us that night. I understand this is a large place but on average the elevators took at least 10 minutes to get to us and twice they were so full the two of us couldn't get on. Tried to take a shower the next morning and the water presure was horrible . Please find someplace else to stay other than here

My family and I recently stayed between Feb 21th to 23rd at the Landmark Resort. Not very impressed. I am so glad that the rate of the room was not high like it is during peak season. This resort is definitely not worth the rates they charge in the peak season. The staff is rude, the resort itself is out dated, only one elevator working out of four elevators in the resort (even though it was not peak season they were still booked), no carts for luggage, paint is chipping off through out the whole resort. Chlorine in the pools was extremely too high. It actually was burning our eyes it was so strong. For such good reviews I have saw and seen before our stay.. I was very disappointed. The outside of the resort look amazing, love the idea of the heated pool and mini golf. Just really needs to get better prepared for the guest and update things.

The landmark is a place my family has visited for years. however, recently, the place has turned terrible. there's no security cameras, barely any security as is, and there's no protection. i was almost attacked in a stairwell here and if there were cameras it would have shown the man who did it and where he came from.

Place not worth what we paid.

Place not worth what we paid.
1. Front entrance not welcoming
2. Hallways smell stale
3. Room not what you see in ad, it's worst
4.Balcony need shampooed. Need to keep shoes on
5. Ceilings cracked, bathroom had mold
6. Did not get oceanfront room got oceanview. There is a difference. Saw a little of the ocean off the balcony on the side of the building
7. Will say it's family friendly and does have a nice lazy pool.
8. Housekeeping wasn't too friendly
9. Safe in room didnt work, iron rusty
10. Overall the place need to be updated or lower prices.

The Landmark Resort is an older property. The property is in decent shape. The staff was courteous. My room with two beds was clean but, a little small. It had a kitchenette with a small microwave and refrigerator. The Landmark Resort is on the beach. I will stay another property next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Ended up with a reservation here because their sister property The Caravelle Resort canceled my reservations with them a week before my family vacation. Needless to say it was not my ideal location as we wanted to be on the South part of Myrtle Beach. Checking in was a complete hassle. They have maybe six front desk helpers and yet the wait to check in was an hour at the least. They have about 8 or so elevators which are slow as every and clearly not enough to accommodate the large number or rooms there. Front desk staff is friendly but had a problem with a few guys that monitored the indoor pool area. My 5 year old daughter and maybe 4 other kids here age were playing in the indoor kiddie area pool with 3 of the lazy river floats. Two gentleman that worked for the hotel marched up angrily and began to yell at the 6 children that were playing so innocently. Mind you there were 4 adults in that area. Myself, my husband and 2 other parents. Instead of speaking with the parents first in a calmly manner they immediately started yelling at the kids about how the floats were not suppose to be in that area. Totally unacceptable. After the situation was defused and advising these gentleman that they should have spoken with the parents first, I spoke with a manager about how unprofessional they were. This really ticked me off. The room itself was pretty spacious and the view was fantastic. The furniture is PAST outdated. Holes in furniture and mold on lamps. We did not sit on the living room furniture. Gousekeeping had not done a good job cleaning prior to our arrival either because there were chips from previous guests in corners and under the bed. Hallways were deathly hot as air conditioner units backs hung out from the rooms into them. Elevators also have no air. Was not my first choice and definitely won't ever be a choice again. Very dissapointed all the way around.

Check in was very slow and room wasn't ready till late, about 530 . After finally getting our room on the 10th floor was supposed to be ocean view witch we were on the side so wasnt the best view. Pools were warm an clean always had towels. For the most part the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall the whole place is run down. The hallways are gross. Trying to have a good family vacation but instead watched drug deals going down right by pools along with 10 year old girls making out! Sitting outside on the patio and smelling weed smoke. The music they played by the pool was not great for kids to hear. I know the hotel is not overly responsible for what idiot people do. Not a lot of luggage carts for as many people as There are here. The pools were really gross as well. Too much chlorine burned the kids up. I know with as many people as there was you probably have to use that much considering the people are probably using it as a bathroom as well.

I can say the room wasn't too bad. It was decent. It's right on the beach. Only good thing about it really.

The hotel needs to focus on renovations. Like I said before the hotel is not responsible for what people do a lot of the times.

I would not stay here again even if offered a free stay. I would look for some place that is not as run down. Should have paid the extra 20 dollars to stay at the Hilton and listen to planes fly over head at least it's not as gross.

Look elsewhere people if you want a good clean hotel stay.

Want drinks? Do you like city life? Well then this place is for you! Theres basically a whole building strip of icecream shops, bars, diners, and pizzarias. Also you can go down by the beach. The waves are great! The sea mist hotels have 2 beds 1 bathroom and come with free access to the pool if you book a room from the website. Otherwise its 3 bucks a person regaurdless of age. The regular pool is ok, or you can go to the Landmark. Its got a shop, an arcade, and an indoor pool. If you want wifi, its a big hastle. So if you want entertainment you can go to the attractions. (Theres a shop for that) I enjoyed the upside down house. So congrats on making it to the end of my review. This place is recommended for a weekend trip.

First off I booked a room for a week for my family and I, we drove 12 hours and were not impressed when we arrived. We were told our room would be ready at 4pm we got there at 3:30 and waited in line for 1 hour before we could even check in when I finally got to the counter the woman wanted the creddit card I used to book the room I told her I didn't have that card any more she proceed to tell me we couldn't get our room without it! I literally had to search for something with the card number so i could prove I booked the room i was livid...also the air conditioning was broken in lobby so that was no picnic either. they didn't tell us where to park so my husband and children waited in the heat with the car . We waited to get an eli at or that smelled like wet dog..finally got to our room it was dirty not swept or dusted , sand everywhere my 16 month old had to stay in the pack and play because of the floor. I called housekeeping and no one came. For the amount of money I paid I was very unhappy with our stay the pictures that are shown on the Web must have been when they first opened. It's a rundown high rise motel don't waste your time!!!

Been coming to MB for over 30 years and I can honestly say that I will never be back to this place again. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and not very helpful. Every where you went you would smell weed. The patios, pool area, balconies, smelled like you were in a marijuana fog and drug deals in the parking lots. The rooms were not very clean. Don't waste your money...

I have not stayed at this resort and will never book here again nor recommend it to anyone! In September I booked a week in April thru Expedia. Unfortunately, I am unable to go now. I called the hotel on March 4th to cancel the reservation and have the first night refunded. The lady was very nice and said yes it was plenty of notice and she could do that. Then she looked at my reservation and said because I booked it thru Expedia I would need to go thru them to cancel. I hung up and called Expedia who told me they would have to get permission from the hotel to refund me. They placed me on hold and called the hotel and said they were told Jessica the manager would have to make that decision and she was not there. I made my 4th phone call today to Expedia and called Jessica myself. I explained my situation as to why I needed to reschedule and Jessica informed me that nobody would have told me they would refund me from the hotel because that is not their policy. Jessica said she would have to contact corporate to see if they would make an exception to refund my $190.00. I asked her for the corporate number and she refused to give it to me. She would only give me an email. I asked her if I would hear from her today as she stated corporate would be quick to answer the email which is why I would not need the phone number. I just called Jessica since it is after 5 and of course she is gone for the day without following up with me. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a hotel before. Not only did she call me a liar but did not follow up with someone that is dissatisfied.

Upon arrival I was checked in very quickly and receptionist gave me a quick briefing about everything this resort had to offer. There is way more than I expected and more stuff here to do than I have time to do since I'm only here 2 days with other places to go. Rooms were clean and in good condition. The parking deck across the street has a bridge walk to the hotel and was also very nice! So far I have enjoyed my stay here at Landmark! Will update once I leave if anything changes.

Worst beachfront resort ever! Chicken bones in the elevator. Outdated carpet, and shabby looking facilities. No valet service or bellhop assistance, and parking is way across the street.

My husband and I got to the room, turned right back around and asked for a refund. As if this happens a lot, the clerk at the front issued a refund with no wait or hassle.

Absolutely horrible. The lazy river in the indoor pool area smells like a sewer. The pool outside is so cloudy and nasty: they offer face painting on the side of the pool- so a bunch of floating glitter and paint in the pool. Not a smart idea. The room was roach infested.

Wish I could choose 0 stars. What u see in the pictures is not what you get. The smell of the hotel is so bad it will make you throw up. The rooms were so nasty and the beds sunk in like a 40 year old matress does. I would have rather slept on the beach

I had a corner room. Compared to the ocean view room, it is smaller and not as nice. Several of the lights in our condo were burnt out, the kitchen was too small and the beds were awful. However the service is great and the ammenities are awesome! We will be back but will stay in an ocean view room next time

I had a great time here, there was plenty to do right at the resort, they had plenty of swimming pools, were steps away from the beach. Parking garage was a little tight but there was plenty of parking. I did not have much need for help at the front desk but the people were pleasant when I had to deal with them. Josie at the bar was extremely friendly. They gave us wine glasses when we asked. Our room had more amenities that we thought and we did not get a suite. I can only imagine what the suite would look like. I certainly would stay here again.

I wouldn't give this place even 1 star if I didn't have to in order to write a review. DO NOT STAY HERE! Our first night we came back from dinner and turned on the lights in our room and there's a roach crawling on the wall. The floor carpet was so nasty that we didn't even want to take our shoes off. Coming from someone who has stayed in myrtle beach quite a bit...There's way nicer hotels than this one.

Asked 3 different staff members for them and still nothing. You would think for the price we paid that services would be ok. Guess again

It's the only hotel in Myrtle Beach that I would stay with all the entertainment there at the hotel and a excellent staff. I recommend staying here even if you find anything wrong I'm sure that you will have to admit that it's still one of the great hotels on the area.

Unfortunately, the 4 & 5 star reviews do not do this place justice. The "resort" is outdated, the rooms (the 3 that we tried), have a musty odor, are dirty (and bugs) and the pool area that we entered near smelled foul.
We left upon arrival and went to a hotel instead. Not trying to be nasty, just direct to save anyone else the disappointment and headache we had with booking here.
The staff tried, was kind and provided a full refund, that is the only positive I can offer.
The website and description looks wonderful, it is not what you get upon arrival. Don't book here. Really.

The room smelt terrible, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was still dirty, the lock on the door was broken, there were many pieces of furniture that were broken, and there were burn marks on the curtains. We were placed in a nonsmoking room but it was quite obvious that the guests before us had been smoking. The pools and hot tubs were either closed or green from not being cleaned which is disgusting. Also, throughout the night the phone would ring multiple times and when I picked up to answer the person on the other line would hang up immediately which was unsettling.

We pre registered little after 11am and lady who help us sayin that she will going to call house keepers and let them know we are here. so they can rush to clean the room. also on that time she s sayin they are already start cleaning our room normally 4pm is check in time but we can probably get in room around 2 or 3pm so Once room is ready we will call you immediately. but they didn t call me until 3:40 pm. During i waithing call.... i see a lots of peoples got the key and go to there room 1-3pm with happy smile !! but we didn t!!!! So i went back to resort waiting huge lines on that time asked front desk explains everything......
AND GUESS WHAT!!! they are saying!!! Room is not ready yet!! That time was about 3:40pm So i ask her nomally 4 is check in time and you are sayin is not done cleaning? They had Like a 4 hour terms to clean the room .. she s like NO Not ready! So i re ask her... Well then now only 20min left before 4 they can done cleaning by 4?? and of corse she sayin YES
I just laugh and feel like they are play game so
During i explain to my wife what the F.... is going on this resort....just few sec later she sayin i will just give you another room ask me want 9th or 15th floor? I was like what the F....!!! Just like that easy then they should give us more earlier like others doesn t makes any sense to me.
So what i m think was room was already ready and should be !! they just for got the call and don t wan t to Say mistakes!
Reason i say beacuse I made reservations tru they are website 2weeks ahead before our stay.
Also confirmed too.

Also another things after we got the key we ask her super nice gently is there any hotel carts?
She just finger points somewhere that even i can t see sayin there at the coner!!??
Sh..!!! I even need to re ask another employee to find it.
Younng black man who works coffee bar he was happy to help us find cart and explain about resort like parking locations pools elevators etc...
Which is front desk peoples need to do but they didn t not even 1 thing!!
He is the only best thing in this resort!!

They even give you food credit which is nice~
but make sure you can t not spend that credits
at the coffee bar so bring your card or cash if you are tying to spend that credits at coffee bar.
They got starbucks brand but can t use it for grande,ventti sizes and cold drinks etc...

The room is not as advertised. Staff extremely rude, we stayed for 4 days asked for room service twice and nothing happened. No cleaning was done and was treated like we were bothering them. Everything is outdated and elevators were dirty.

This was the WORST roach hotel we've ever visited....

This was the WORST roach hotel we've ever visited. We stayed overnight and left the next morning forfeiting the rest of our weekend which was paid in advance. It was run down, filthy and stunk so bad we had to leave!

I have never had a bad experience. I have been there for a week at a time several times. The worst thing I could say is you can smell weed almost constantly during spring break. That's expected anywhere on a coastal party town. I have had expensive jewelry and cash in my room. I have never had a problem with theft. Let's face it though if you have personal valuables use the free safe in the room. The pools are awesome, best I've seen anywhere so far. I wish the arcades were cooler.

The best, hands down. Landmark will ALWAYS get my money when I come to Myrtle beach. My daughter never wants to go home. Staff is very friendly!! Their restaurant has good for at great prices. The pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs are very nice. I just love this place. Have been staying here for 5+ years.

My family has been coming down to the Landmark Res...

My family has been coming down to the Landmark Resort for about 4 years now. We love it's location and beach access! The indoor swimming is a perfect way to spend cooler evenings or when you just need to get out of the sun for a while.

The two restaurants are a little tacky looking but the times we've eaten there the food was good!
Staff always seems willing to help out if they can.

A few issues I have are the luggage carts are always scattered to kingdom come. This past time I walked roughly 5000 steps just to find one. They are never located to the left of the lobby!
The parking garage has a wonderful bridge over the boulevard but this causes a lot of traffic on the 3rd floor. This isn't so much Landmarks issue as just people are bad at parking!
And lastly and certainly the worst thing about this great hotel.... the poolside music. Please change the station from local radio to at least some sort of Pandora Beach music!

All in all though we will likely keep returning to this fun stay for our beach trips!

Very nice resort on the ocean at Myrtle Beach. Besides being able to walk out onto the beach, the resort has numerous pools and hot tubs, lazy River etc. While not completely updated, we found it to be quite comfortable. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Will visit again!

This hotel is absolutely horrible. From the smell in the hallways to the smells in the bedroom. Checked in and within 15 mins booked another hotel and checked out. If you want comfort and a relaxing trip please stay somewhere else.

Where do I start. I was really looking forward to ...

Where do I start. I was really looking forward to staying here based off the pictures I have seen online but that s a lie. Resort smells inside. Rooms are small, beds are small and uncomfortable. Outside looks just sketchy and dirty. Our toilet barley worked maintenance had to come and fix it 3 times in our one day we wound up staying. Shower was gross. The icing on the cake was when my friend was sitting on the chair and a HUGE ROACH nearly climbed on him. We caught it and put it in a cup. Maintenance said someone would come take care of the big problem after waiting 3 HOURS we decided to grab all of our things and leave. They have good deals but it s not worth risking the roaches and bedbugs and overall sketchy activity.

We stayed one night and switched to the staybridge suites and it is beautiful clean and reasonably priced.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The pillow case's were still dirty from previous guest. We found pubic hairs in the bed once we pulled back the sheets. Ac did not cool the room down past 74 degrees. We had to call everyday for clean towels. Bell hops were great tho! Will not stay there again.

Never ever again, especially when there is a convention going on. Stayed here many time over previous years. This was our favorite Myrtle Beach Hotel. Booked 3months in advance for high floor and only room available at checkin due to convention put us on 3rd floor, really. Room had garbage under the couch, pool and hot tub had foreign material, pulled off some rubber plastic off my son's foot in the hot tub , workout room full of kids jumping on workout equipment so was unable to use. Restaurant and beach all catered to the convention people.
Stayed one night and left and had to pay full price, really!!
Even the workers seemed unhappy and frustrated and a few I spoke with basically confirmed this.
This resort needs to notify its customers when having these types of conventions, I would also think those folks would like that as well. Just proper respect for all parties.
Look at other reviews of this resort, other folks have experienced similar issues, read for yourself.

Upon arrival I was treated rudely because I had rode in a car for hours and it was late. I was not my typical self as far as appearance. Then there was a deposite and resort fees which were more then the stated. They charge for booking threw 3rd party. Ok so we got threw that. Then the hotel indoor pool was shut down for maintenance and resurfacing. My husband had called prior and they said it was open till 11. Nothing of it being closed. So onto next day. The assistant manager which I told about how I was treated gave me a food credit for lunch. Which doesnt change how I was talked to and looked at. Then he was walking around laughing and joking with the female who treated me that way.ok so we got threw that. So Sunday morning we woke up and had a late check out. Which normal check out is 11 so we were checking out at 12. We took a few things to the car at 1030 to come back and find our room torn apart and food and drinks dumped out it was 10:40am and we were not even checked out.. My purse was in there along with other stuff. Called down to front said it would be dealt with. Gave us another food credit. Yes that was a very nice gesture but this was our first time at this particular resort and my personal belongings were in there. Oh and also they did not charge my sister or the man infront of her for deposit. Which upon checking out the appologised but that they should have been charged as well. But their appearance was better then mine so you do the math. We watched someone get arrested for being on drugs and asleep in the stairwells and the person in custody charged at my daughter. Then we watch 2 people be sent out and excorted by guards for stalking around the hotel. It was just a horrible weekend. I would not recommend this resort. Food doesnt fix the service or going threw someones stuff in all honesty.

We booked an oceanfront efficiency. When we arrived it was flooded. The hotel was very nice and moved us to an efficiency suite but it was only ocean view. Thought everything was OK. But this morning, no hot water, just warm. Tonight, only tepid water. Not sure what's going on. Hopefully they'll straighten it out. The pools are beautiful. Beach access is fantastic. But when you book a room, and something happens to it, you expect something through same or better. So far with this experience, I am not sure if I would consider this better. Maybe things will be different for the rest of the trip. We'll see. I'll say one thing. The hotel staff are outstanding and they do want to make your stay as nice and comfortable as possible. I probably would stay here again.

Besides the location on the beach, there isn't really much great that can be said about this resort. Initially, the room appeared clean, but after getting settled into the room, there was blood on one of the bed sheets, outside door kept getting stuck, along with hair on the bathroom towels. Blood on sheets: contacted Front Desk and their solution to this issue were to drop off a set of sheets to put on myself. Last I checked I was a guest at this resort not on the payroll. Pools had more chlorine than water, the reason was, I witnessed a mother instructing her child to pull down his pants and urinate in the pool in the open in front of everyone, spoke with an employee about it, and their response was that they weren't responsible for anything and it happens all the time, I checked out that same day, a day early, forfeiting the opportunity of getting a refund for my last day there. First and last time I'll stay and I definitely WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place. Everything about it is great. There is always something to do with all the pools and live shows that they put on.
The restaurants are really good too. The pub-fare food in the bar area had one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches that I've ever had.
The gift shop has great prices.

The best part of the entire experience was the view from our balcony in our ocean front room. Sitting out there late at night watching and listening to the ocean was pure bliss.

We will DEFINITELY be back.

The Landmark is a DUMP!! Very rude staff except for several who were friendly . Out of control kids running around at the pools. Firecrackers in indoor lazy river. Chewed up tobacco in elevator. ROACHES In indoor pool area. Used Paper plates in pool. DISGUSTING POOL AREA! Needs to be painted EVERYWHERE from the inside out. Everything is dirty and rundown and NEEDS UPDATING!! Corridors smelled like fish on 15th floor. The elevators in the rear were scary. The room wasn't anything special. Playing cards, trash, and food under sofa cushions. Ocean "view" is a joke. You have to really strain your neck to see to ocean/beach. There was no counter space in the "deluxe suite". You can't enjoy yourself as the outdoor pool is small and packed with people. Also, the lazy river is chaos with kids swimming under you and people jumping in. ONLY PROS: Very friendly housekeeper(She wasn't the one who cleaned our room!!) and the snack shop had very good sundaes with generous gentleman. Also the outdoor water features and mini golf across the street were very nice and well-kept. Why they can't take care of the rest of the hotel i don't know. FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY AND UNCARING STAFF=NIGHTMARE OF A HOTEL!! DO NOT STAY AT THE LANDMARK RESORT!!

The hotel was awful. My sheets on the bed were dirty. The sheets had black marks on it. I was itching the hold time I was there. The lady that work in the restaurant at the bar with the short gold-blond hair and big eyes was very rude. The lady even tried to get loud with me when I ask her a question. She make the restaurant look very bad. The next day me and about 40 more people went and ate somewhere else because of her attitude. The other people that work in the restaurant were nice. The people at the first desk were nice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel especially if you looking for a hotel with a restaurant. Last, the indoor pool doesn't work.

We stayed in Ocean Front Suite with a Murphy bed I called 5 times to get pillows and covers and they never came I finally called back to cancel it do to it was 1 a.m. in the morning and they told me that I have to get in line and have to wait it's not first come first serve and I told them that that was unacceptable however it was time for me to go to sleep my second complaint is on the restaurant I went downstairs from the 14th floor waited 30 minutes four five orders with my 11 year old I also asked for a kid's menu as soon as I arrived and the server came and poured me a kid's cup of milk I asked her for what and she said that's what I asked her to do and started arguing with me in front of my 11 year old my birthday is coming up and I was planning to return this August 25th does anyone have any recommendations of where I can stay other than this place I paid $500 for two nights and I would have been better staying at a smaller Hotel for the treatment that I did receive the first night we stayed in a different room we had a layover in the front desk manager told me when I call to ask when I can move that she would let me know it would be between 12 and 2 I went down front at 12 and she told me it could be up to 4 p.m. housekeeping was knocking at my door ready to completely clean my room for the next guest that's when the room service made it happen and we could move rooms at 1:30 this is so unacceptable and her attitude was awful and Unapologetic. We stayed August 10th thru 12th.

We were very happy with our stay. Everyone was very friendly. It was not a brand new hotel but it was very clean and maintained. My 2 kids loved staying here, we all did. The pools did need some mid-day cleaning but with as many people that was there, I think that s the best they could do. There s no way to keep up with all the guests. If we come back to the East coast, we will for sure be repeat customers.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NOBODY TO THE LANDMARK RESORT MY LOVE ONE'S STAYED THERE THE PAST COUPLE DAY'S SOMEONE BROKE INTO THEIR ROOM WHILE THEY WAS AT THE POOL AND STOLE THEIR MONEY AND BELONGINGS ID'S AND ALL. BUT WHEN THEY REPORTED IT THEY WAS TOLD THAT ANYONE CAN COME IN AND OUT THE HOTEL AND THAT THEY DON'T HAVE CAMERAS IN THE HALLWAYS AND THAT IF YOU BUMP THE ROOM DOORS THEY CAN COME OPEN SO ANYONE COULD'VE COMMITTED THE CRIME. FIRST OFF SEEMS LIKE AN INSIDE JOB TO ME BECAUSE TO BE HONEST WHAT REAL CRIMINAL GONNA TAKE THE TIME TO JUST RANDOMLY WALK PAST A ROOM AND CHECK OR JUST BUMP UP AGAINST A DOOR TO SEE IF IT'S GONNA COME OPEN NOT KNOWING WHETHER THE ROOM WAS OCCUPIED OR NOT BE FOR REAL SOUNDS LIKE THE LANDMARK HAS SOME SHADY BUSINESS GOING ON AND I READ IN OTHER REVIEWS SIMILAR STORIES ABOUT SOMEONE GOING IN PEOPLE ROOMS AND GOING THROUGH THEIR BELONGINGS WHILE OUT OF THE ROOM. Clean rooms and a great view. The beach was right out the back door. Multiple pools and hot tubs. The restaurant is awesome. Everything we ate was great. A little outdated looking but a good deal!
