We had a reverse osmosis system installed today and the whole process was pleasant, from hearing about all options of service, i.e. ownership vs rental, pricing, installation and service. The technicians were very good, told us all about using the system (we opted for rental) and we look forward to good water to drink and cook with.
I have had my own nutrition business for over 40 years through the Shaklee Corporation. We carried Reverse Osmosis Systems that were excellent. Eventually it became more cost effective to leave it to companies like SouthAtlanic who had installation people hired by them. I learned a lot about certification in clean water and how so many companies DO NOT give your honest information. I now have owned their system for 18 years in three different homes and LOVE IT. There water is excellent and service crew well trained and knowledgeable. Bottom line you can trust you are getting the cleanest water for your better health!!! Have had an RO system for about 5 years now. Loved it so much my mother in law and sister in law each had one installed! Just had my whole house system installed today and it's going to be amazing! Going to save money on laundry detergent, dish washing detergent and shampoo and conditioner! I can't wait to feel my hair tomorrow morning!! I HAVE MIXED FEELINGS ON MY EXPERIENCE HERE, I FEEL I WAS NOT TOLD EVERYTHING AS Far as the maintenance required for this system such as the high cost of filters of the reverse osmosis system also the first time I had the filters replaced I didn't know there was a process to sanitize the system which the first tech didn't do, second time it was done also wasn't informed that the resin has to be replaced on a regular basis about 5 years which I was quoted a $700 charge for this, I do like the system- when it works as it should ,would I Buy or recommend this ,, I would do a lot more research before I did and a lot of comparison shopping overall am not totally pleased with this system and for the cost of it I would seriously rethink it

Great water filtering system we have both whole house and under sink our tap water is better than bottled They are serviced by Southlantic once a year they send a reminder they sanitize both systems and add salt to one and change filters on the other never had a problem after initial install

We have had Southlantic Water Systems for probably 10 years when we finally got tired of dragging bottled water home from the store. They are very good about servicing the unit. What I find I like best is, when the authorities are telling you to stock up on water, I simply fill up a few glass bottles and put them in the fridge. No fighting the crowds at Costco. I also keep a few bottles filled in the fridge in regular times so I have cold filtered water for my smoothies.
Very happy with the installation of our water system. And with reverse osmosis for drinking, we will save money on bottles water for drinking and cooking. No longer have to be concerned with local water quality issues.
Southatlantic (ECO) water systems is an outstanding company. We have had our home system for 2 years now with 0 problems. System works perfectly. Some people told us they put in cheaper systems and had lots of trouble costing in the end more than this one. Go for the better one and you can't beat this company. Ask for technician MIKE. We've used Southatlantic for years installing and maintaining our water filtration system. They are prompt and helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is that on their most recent filter change they forgot to turn the valve back on which promoted another call and visit. I'm sure this was a one-time issue and I have no reservations recommending them.
