Nice rooms alot of pools but some of them were dirty but maybe 10 steps and your on the beach nice view

This hotel was clean enough for j Me and a decent enough price

Wifi..kind of slow, so are the elevators.. fitness room ANCIENT, needs a major upgrade!..The beach is of course Awesome!

Check in progress takes to long , the room they sent you they not even ready yet. Room service doesn't get done unless you call front desk ...

Excellent place for the family resort have 17 pools.

Bath tub had a constant annoying drip,the bathroom door did not shut or lock, no air in the elevator, a tough of mildew on sheets, some broken waterspouts in the splash pad children's play area. The main reason we went here was for the pools and splash pad. The "no smoking" is not enforced in the children's waterpark and pool area. There were multiple people smoking 10ft or less from the pool where my 3 year old was playing. We left after about 10 min. We went to the indoor pool and lazy river, which was better.

First night here and I can already tell you this is going to be the WORST place I have ever stayed. First thing I find in my "Freshly Cleaned" room was some dirty panties on the floor, a bunch of junk left beside the dresser and just all around messy. The parking pass for the garage was supposed to be left in the room for us the front desk said along with swimming passes. (None of which were in there.) We walked down to the desk and were told to call the line on the website about the parking passes, we did so and they said they would "run them right up". After four phone calls and an hour and a half of waiting still NO PARKING PASSES FOR THE GARAGE. This is the absolute worst guest service I've ever had.
Not looking forward to staying here the next few days. I would HIGHLY advise looking elsewhere! I wish I could rate this place lower than one star. Rude staff and incompetent.

EDIT: After about 6 hours of being here I witnessed racial slurs in the elevator and a fight nearly happen while I was in there with my family. Complete trash staff and people. Stay as far away as possible. I repeat THE WORST PLACE TO STAY.

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach, been going here since 1998, but during this last stay, the indoor pools were a bit too cold for my newborn, check-in took way to long (check-in is at 4pm, we didn't receive our room key until 4:38 pm). Even though we specifically requested a quiet area for our 7 week old baby, they placed us right next to spring breakers that were for some reason, banging on our wall, playing loud music until 2am. Still had fun though swimming in the morning and the burgers at the restaurant was amazing. Management was super helpful.

Had to change room 3 times, had to pay for an up charge for the third room. Resort smelt of weed. Housekeeping walking around cussing and saying they hate their job. Decent location.

They have some really bad rooms. But they have beautiful rooms as well! Clean, Staff is wounderful, ocean front beautiful breath taking, restaurant has the best food, bar tenders. They even have live entertainment! They do everything they can to make you comfortable. Beach access. Free parking.

Great amenities and great location for both the beach and boardwalk. Friendly staff.

So overall experience was decent at best. The cons: outdated, strong musty smell that even air freshner can not fix, elevators are extremely slow, the smell of weed is EVERYwhere, the beds are terrible and worn out, the beds are full sized, housekeeping skipped a day on our stay, stains on the carpet, pools were FILTHY the entire trip (greenish brown water with trash foating in it.), check in was a while and it took even longer to get our extras we bought when getting the reservation and I felt that that this was not a family friendly place due to all the other guest cussing and acting a fool the entire time.
Pros: Both restaurants were good (a little slow bc they were understaffed), Good view, and the covered walkway to the parking garage was nice.
I would not stay here again or reccomend it to anyone who has standards of what is nice.

You get what you pay for and that s the truth here. Bathroom had rust in it and when I took a shower that morning it took 20 mins for the water to get hot. The rooms were clean, the pools were really dirty and very cloudy.

Not bad until the morning front desk manager showed her complete rudeness. It is old and can be loud, but an oceanfront room is an oceanfront room, and for those choices in Myrtle, it s typical. But no reason for the desk staff to be rude; learn from the housekeeping and grounds staff, they can teach you a thing or two.

I was very disappointed in my family and I stay at the hotel in myrtle Beach we were charged double for a night that we had already paid for and our suite was infested with little roaches which I told the front desk and nothing was done so i bought roach spray and killed so many with paper towels and the power went out in the hole place for hours all our food in the refrigerator and freezer had to be threw away I told them at the front desk and they only said they would let the manager know and on our last night a fire started in the place I will never stay there again I will pay a little more to stay at a better place good luck to whoever else stays there.and I would not even give one star but it would not let me post with out one

pools are very milky and unsanitary! When I asked the staff what is going on he said he did not know. Thos weekend was suppose to be an awesome relaxing weekend but unfortunately the pools are so filthy it is scary to step foot in! While More

This hotel is very old and not worth the price you have to pay to stay there. The hotel staff was great especially the guy who checked me in. I have a problem with heights and elevators and the guy put my room where i wouldnt have to use the elevator to get to it from the parking garage. So for the employees they get 5stars but for the hotel more like 3stars.

Stay one night before you decide further! Beware! From the start this place was a hot mess! The price online is 185$ but you cant book it online you have to call an when you call they change you 350- 450$ per night. The seasonal places pick an choose when they are open. There is no pizza place. The buffet that serves breakfast an dinner is just open for breakfast. The waitress that we had at the other restaurant tried to pocket money by not ringing up our drinks, mind you she brought me my ticket an then with her pen wrote another price on there an told me if I paid with cash she would give me a discount! The rooms were dirty an very outdated (nothing like any pic online). There were roaches, missing paint, a light bulb hanging from the socket, our toilet leaked water all over the floor my father had to fix it an then the handle wouldn't work to flush. Kitchens are not even partly furnished we had 1 spoon 2 forks 1 knife. It was a joke. Stove top had 1 burner that worked. The rest of the hotel was dirty trash was everywhere very under staffed. An the carts for luggage either didn't work or you couldn't f you'd then. People had to follow others to use them! But all the guest were great an friendly if it wasnt for them it would have been a complete joke! I have done plenty of traveling an this by far is the worst place I have been in! Good luck! An landmark you should be ashamed!

Good value overall. Really need to increase the carts that carry luggage. Took me over 3hours of searching to find one. Room is nothing fancy but clean and great view. Staff seems pretty nice.

My family and I recently stayed at the Landmark Resort. August 17th. Upon arrival there were no carts for unloading and the elevators were extremely slow. We checked in our room just find out we were Paying for extra company. ROACHES. They were every where. We called and complained but they told us they would give us another room the next day. We weren't satisfied. I didn't come with them I'm definitely not leaving with them. Rm 440

Its honestly a nice hotel, they keep the rooms looking nice and clean but they have a serious bug problem and its disgusting , my family had to move rooms twice , first and last time staying here !

My husband, 2 young sons and I checked in today, excited for our family's first getaway since before my husband's deployment. Waited in line for at least 20 minutes to check in at 8:30pm. Made a split decision while checking in to add an additional day to our stay. Big mistake. Entered our room to find that it was not cleaned. There were plastic drink cups out with drink in them still, clothing tags, fresh chewing gum on the floor, hair dryer laying on the counter, pile of used hand towels and washcloths on the bathroom counter, used soap bars, garbage in the room and bathroom. Called the front desk to request someone come and clean our room. Lady said someone would be up right away. Waited 20 minutes and no one came. Kids were anxious to get in the pools so I went to the front desk and made a second request. Took my boys to the pool for about an hour and came back. Bathroom had been cleaned. Got them in bed and was looking forward to laying down, myself after a 4 hour drive. Lifted up my pillow to pull the sheet back and there's a DEAD, SQUISHED BUG on the sheet. So on edge here... Wish I had picked a different place.

It s not great, but it s not super bad either. I asked for towels and they never brought any upstairs. The Amenities are really good.

Not pet friendly. Quiet pricey for off season(Jan-March) $140 and up forocean front pet night during the week higher on wkend. But this resort is really nice if you wanna pay a higher price. It is OCEAN FRONT

Overall nice facility . Was kicked out of the pool about 10-15 minutes early every night even the days where the pools had to close and reopen due to storms. Added up over a week that's over an hour of pool time. Elevators were extremely slow most days we just ended up using the stairs. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Kids events seemed like fun but the Dj was terrible.

Overall the stay was nice and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was huge and had a lot of different things for swimming and had decent food service as well. My only complaint was that the beds and sheets were uncomfortable to sleep on. I spent most of the night trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep, which at a nice hotel, seems like would be a given to have nice mattresses and linens. Otherwise, a good experience.

Location is perfect. Minutes away from the beach. Pools are nice. Only minus I can give them was that checking in was a mess.

My experience at this hotel was horrible....If could rate lower than 1 star definitely would...The room was smelly and everything was moist ..I never do reviews but had to do a review for this hotel...Staffing was not able to accommodate me and did not enjoy my stay...I will never return back to this hotel and will never recommend this hotel to my family or friends.... When was staying there last night seen a cockroach coming from air conditioner and told me would sent maintenance but they never came to room...Horrible...Horrible....Horrible experience.......

Rooms dated and dirty. Poor signage throughout the facility to indicate where anything is. Poor response from front desk for towels, pillows and anything. The phone literally rang and rang. I've experienced better service from $40 a night hotels off the highway. A couple dollars more gets you a much nicer, cleaner stay elsewhere. Very disappointing as this was our first vacation in quite awhile and we really are not picky people, we simply wanted our monies worth and a response if and when we had a problem or need.

first the rooms don t look like how it looks online! the beds look dirty ! there s was a dead roach on the floor when we first came, the rooms smells like mold.. disgusting.. and the lighting is horrible! they should take this hotel down! it s so ratchet.

Visted the week of 6/19/19, this hotel is the WORST hotel in which I have ever stayed. We were supposed to stay there for a week for a church event. Check in was not too bad. The lobby was hot and smelled. We spent over 2 hours trying to get to our rooms because they had only 3 working elevators for a lot of people checking in. Seemed like business as usual (bau) When we finally got to the rooms, we discovered bed bugs, roaches, and unknown things under our mattress that appeared to be food and insect remains. My family had multiple rooms and people with us encountered one or more of the aforementioned issues. We reported it to the hotel. They checked for bed bugs in one of our family rooms and even sanitized the clothes. However, when we talked to the hotel representative he claimed that found no bed bugs and provided no proof although we did have proof. So why did they sanitize our kids' clothes?? They tried to talk off the roaches (bau). The roaches could be seen crawling on the balconies inside the hotel and outside of it. We left the hotel on he first day due to the bed bugs/roaches/possible insects under the mattress. We were forced to find another hotel after we reported the concerns (had to search for one after 12am) . The night person told us we would have to wait until the morning to discuss the situation with the day manager. That was unacceptable since there were bed bug concerns. No hotel is perfect, but bed bugs and other insects are unacceptable for children and family. And it seemed like this for the hotel/most of the staff was bau. The hotel did not credit us for the first day's check in although we had not even used the room yet and provided proof of our concerns. This let's me know that they are NOT honorable and just want money and are ok with allowing people to suffer at the expense of keeping your money. ( they offered other rooms to some people but if your hotel has bed bugs/roaches then your hotel has a problem) and I am not risking my children. Businesses can make exceptions to do the right thing. They did NOT do the right thing in this situation.

Later in the week we found out that one of my family members who was offered a room had a toilet that eventually overflowed for some unknown reason which resulted in feces in the room...

A full refund is not a refund minus one night, and I now understand that your policy is to not refund people for problems they encounter in your establishment- thank you for the clarification. I am not sure what your inspection involved since we were not allowed to enter the room to obtain our belonings until after the inspection was done. You all claimed to have sanitized the room and the clothes. Thanks. You moved my some of my family to another room and they subsequently had a problem with the sink in that room. I will contact you to get the report.

This place saved my life I got the last room on a Saturday night. And the room wasn't that bad. Like the outside looks scary but the room wasn't bad at all. And it's right on the beach.

We spent a week there during the Christmas period and it was an enjoyable time. The kids had a great time at the multiple indoor pools. The housekeeping and front office team were very nice and friendly. We all enjoyed the accommodations as well as the room. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a funfilled vacation.

Had an amazing experience at this resort. The prices were great, the lazy river was perfect, the room was perfect, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the ocean view was perfect but the Starbucks was out of 3 different things we tried to order.

We booked an AirBnB in this hotel. The only problem with the room was the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The rest of the hotel was the problem. It's an old hotel that hasn't been updated. The pools, well the ones that were open, were dirty. There was trash everywhere. But honestly, the main problem was the fact that I believe everyone in the hotel smoked weed. Morning, afternoon and night someone was smoking. On their balcony, by the indoor and outdoor pools and on the beach in front of the hotel. If you like smoking weed, then this is the hotel for you. If not, I'd steer clear.

Also, just FYI for those booking with AirBnB, you do not have access to most of the amenities at the hotel. You cannot go to the restaurant, bar or small water park by the parking deck.

Visited the pool facilities. They have the best lazy river and hot tubs on the strip. There is a bit of sand everywhere, even indoors, but that's acceptable given they are on the beach.

Very upset. Arrived for a Red Hat Convention.We booked two rooms,hung our clothes up and went out to eat.Came back got ready for bed.As soon as we started turning lights out roaches came out. Roaches were in both rooms which were side by side. We paid cash, but were told we couldn't get a refund right away. They offered accommodations at other locations of theirs, but after the roach issue we opted to go stay elsewhere.Never again. Id sleep in the car before id lay my head in that place

This resort left EVERYTHING to be desired! The pics were great and the reviews looked promising but in reality, the entire experience was a nightmare from the moment we walked in the door. The counter had 5 registers and only two were open. The two guests in front of us were filing complaints when we walked in. We paid for pick 3: breakfast for 2, a $20 instant rebate and a $25 breakfast voucher for 2. The staff didn't mention it and to our surprise we went to pay for breakfast (after waiting for our tab for 30 minutes) we were charged full price. We mentioned the deal we bought and they said we should have received a ticket upon arrival. We went and waited in line AGAIN, where only one person was working. The employee would interact with the guest, then go to a room to presumably consult the manager. This happened about 4 times before the guest gave up and left. It was finally our turn and the guy looked like we were speaking a foreign language when we asked about the voucher. He went to the office and another employee came and looked at his screen. He returned shortly and asked what else he could help us with. We reminded him, the vouchers! He said oh, I thought she helped you. (She didn't even acknowledge us) After 30 minutes and 3 more trips for consultation from mgmt, we got that resolved. Also the layout sucks. You should receive a map upon checkin bc nothing flows. To get to the pools you have to go down a few dank dark hallways and hope you find it. The kiddie area that we chose the resort for is across the street. Along with the parking garage. None of the ice machines worked the entire time we were there. The entire place is overall dirty and grubby feeling. I've been to MANY resorts, this is the worst ever. Also the people in this town and at this resort are rude! It's almost as if they don't realize tourism is their money maker!

Edit: we left a day early. A terrible storm came through and this was the final straw: the INDOOR pool was closed during the storm, 2 of the only elevators that worked in the main hotel leaked, the parking had a foot of standing water in front of the only elevator in the garage, the rain came into the building in front of several room so staff took a wad of towels and put them at the bottom of door outside of those guest rooms.

Awesome resort ! All amenities were great ! Even shopping inside the resort ! Food and drinks were great! The whole trip there was worth it a million times over !

Good sized hotel with multiple pools, lazy river, and 5 spas. Restaurant, bar, game room, laundry facilities etc.
Very dated and desperately needs a deep clean and refresh.
When we made the reservations we asked for two rooms next to each other. They could not do it.
Room not very clean. Went to the dollar store and bought my own cleaning supplies.
Rug is super sticky.
Beds are ok but not enough pillows.
No remote for the TV. Took 2 days and multiple asks to get one.
Day three, went out all day. Came back and one of the beds was made, the other stripped and all of the bedding piled on the made bed. Had to call housekeeping and get them to finish the room at 10pm.
Day four, the phone no longer works. Can't be bothered to go to the desk to report it. Checking out in the morning.

We had to get a suite for 150 for one night with elderly family members and there were no covers for the extra bed,there was a bug on the pull out sofa, and the service at the service from the front desk was as if I wanted some money off not that my visit with landmark was horrible. This has always been my location when coming to South Carolina regardless of where I go I would always come there. Very Very disappointed.Its under the name Charlie Parker of Va. All family together

Landmark is known for its over the road bridge to the parking garage. This place is big! From parking to room took 450 steps so if your traveling with a Senior find out where room is located.

Most people check in right at 4pm unfortunately there is very few loading zone spots we had to park in garage, leave a note on dash find a luggage cart and get in. We parked on level 2 since level 3 is where everyone parks and it can get congested. So take elevator to level 3 cross bridge now your on level 4 of hotel take elevator again to floor of choice. It's just as confusing as it sounds. LoL.
None of the large pools are heated which surprised me for a hotel I have waited years to stay in. The hot tubs were very hot and were utter perfection.
The staff and security were friendly. We accidentally had our room door ajar and security came by and checked on us. Our bed was great we only wish it were our own. View from 1009 is beautiful see the ocean and all the way to Broadway at the beach.

September 13-17 2020 stay thru airbnb (Narrows Property). Masks are mandated but not really enforced however there weren't a lot of people to worry about and most were looking out for one another.

Our favorite place to stay when we visit Myrtle Beach. The indoor pool area is amazing!! Lazy river, kiddie pools, hot tubs and other pools for adults. Even outside pools. It's awesome to leave your room, go to the beach and walk right into the pool area when you want. The DJ at the tiki area of the outside pool was awesome. The restaurant/bar is awesome, and they have a Starbucks, game room and gift shop.

This place is awesome! Me and my family never ran out of things to do, had a blast!!! They have so many pools, I've never seen so many pools in my life, one of the ones inside is ginormous with a huge fountain! There's also lots of places for the kids, lazy rivers, kiddie pools everywhere, a water park, mini golf; you can't go wrong here. However, the rooms need updated BADLY

The room i stayed in was privately owned and very nice. The resort itself seemed a little old but overall very nice. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had food at one of the restaurants and it was priced appropriately and tasted fine. Overall ur was a good experience.

A nice resort for a beach trip. About a 30 min walk to the boardwalk area. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

No luggage carts for over an hour on check in or out. Air conditioning varies through out the building. Security pounded on my door at midnight waking my wife and I saying there was a naked person on the balcony. The peephole was broken so I couldn t verify it was The security. It turns out he messed up counting to 5 and the naked guy was on the floor below me. All in all it s a trashy environment.

Staff was friendly and nice. The rooms are outdated.

Saree and Jody Ann provided excellent customer service. Jody Ann was very patient when explaining how to do things to Saree and she grasped the concept quickly and handled my family like a pro. They are the true definition of team some of your other morning staff on 7/28/19 was not as friendly, accommodating, and didn't really feel the need to rush or even move a little faster. Because of them I would book again and even consider becoming an owner. Thanks Saree and Jody Ann!

Everything you'd need in a spot to have a good time with the family at the beach...

Decent resort. A bit dated but staff seems to work hard. Rooms are decent size and has full kitchen. Beach is not too crowded. 17 pools.

Not a bad hotel, but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean, just old. The bathroom in the room is pretty small. Paint is chipping. This hotel just needs a small makeover. Like I stated before, you get exaclty what you pay for.

for how much you pay it is not worth it. the arcade is 5 games. the restaurant was very small and expensive. the pools were okay. place needs updated

We have stayed at Landmark many times and this year we took my sister and her family with us. We bragged to them about how great Landmark was and I must say we were very disappointed with our stay. First their room didnt have lights so maintenance had to be called. Then their refrigerator didnt work. We knew ahead of time that the lazy rivers were closed but no mention that majority of the hot tubs were also closed. The biggest problem and most disgusting was the number of roaches we saw. We wont be staying at Landmark again.

This is the first time I have every had to make a review for a hotel. First of all, it is so hard to get someone to answer the phone. I arrived at the airport and called for a shuttle and never got an answer so I had to uber, I pulled up and had second thoughts but I decided to see what it was about. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the restaurant. But when we checked in the room was not clean. Tub had soap suds, there was a half drunken bottle, a bottle top and the sink had coffee in it from it being emptied. They sent someone to clean. For some reason I had the heebie geebies . We tried to go to bed but could not get comfortable. My husband had 3 bites in a row on his arm from a bed bug. Plus there was a small roach and I have pictures for proof. Never will I ever stay here again. I'll stick to my hiltons as always. Those pictures of the hotel are not updated. It's very outdated and shabby looking. The one star is for the front desk manager Sherman. He was awesome.

Nice resort, cramped parking garage, plenty of amenities, just a little slow on the service and the water park, pools and hot tubs definitely need to be cleaned better, especially in this day and age

Absoluty LOVED this place. Close to most of everything from food to activities as well as shopping. Hotel was right on the beach had an ocean front room stayed for a week for a reasonable rate. Attentive and friendly staff.

They care about fixing bad experiences. Very satisfied.

We planned a weekend getaway and was disappointed. The staff are very nice but the resort is not clean. Our room was not clean upon our arrival. So we will not return here. I do appreciate the lady at the front desk being so helpful and getting us switched to a new room it was a little nicer and we managed to continue our stay for the weekend after I went and bought cleaning products to clean my room again. Also had to buy some febreeze air freshener bc of the awful smell all throughout the room and entire hotel

For the price good value. Food from restaurant excellent. Computer not working at the time of check in. Nice staff...female at check in a bit bossy...and controling...4 parties checking in at together..was told she only wanted to explain one time...mafe us wait with small children. The gentleman on duty extremely nice made sure the rooms where together. Would have given a higher score....HOWEVER!!! the safey lock on the room door and balcony door both broken. Two small children...not good. NOT JUST MY ROOM,TWO OUT OF THE FOUR ROOMS HAD BROKEN DOOR LOCKS. NOT SAFE FOR YOUR GUESTS.

Outstanding view. Great beach access. Nice rooms. Above average restaurant with friendly waiters. Breakfast buffet is good but they charge for coffee. Helpful staff had ready answers when I had a bet with my girlfriend about how old the place is. Answer is "About 40".

Cons: passed by some of the cheaper rooms and noticed they looked a bit sketchy. Ours was well kept though.

The rooms will have some wear and tear due to the sheer volume of guest and tourist staying. Our room was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The oceanfront suite offered great views of the water plus the hotel has phenominal access to the beach! Scored with a 3 night groupon purchase!! Definitely worth it!!!

This resort was very big with a lot of swimming pools and hot tubs. However, most of them were shut down during our stay. The resort had a horrible odor and that was almost unbearable to deal with. The elevators were messing up everyday we were there and the wait was about 20-30 minutes every time we had to use them, as we stayed on the 12th floor. We did have to walk up the stairs to our room a couple of times with all of our beach stuff because of the poor elevator matience. The food at the restaurants is okay but not anything special. House keeping does not give you clean sheets each day they only vacuum, make your bed, and give you new towels. I paid for an ocean front room and received an ocean view room where I could barley see the ocean. The staff were decently friendly but rude when we called them for a matienence issue. I will not be staying here again as I paid too much for such a poor experience.

Only giving it 2 stars because the guy which I cannot remember his name was super nice about it and gave us our refund. Anyways we went down to the desk to tell him about our issue he gave us another room to check out. When we went up to the room we saw a huge cockroach on the wall we immediately left and gave him the key back and told him our issue. As we went up to our room that we already had we saw 2 more small cockroaches. The fact that the employees know that there has been a cockroach problem for the last month it s not acceptable.

This is my family's favorite hotel in Myrtle Beach. Well ran, friendly staff, great customer service. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of.

Our bathtub will not drain. Put a work order in this morning and came back to a tub full of water. Blow dryer is not working and multiple outlets do not work. I have to be at my daughters competition in 2.5 hours and cannot shower due to the tub not drain. Waste of money. Do not stay here!!!

Dirty room with pubic hair on the toilet. A long brown hair on shower curtain, a half used bottle of shampoo on the sink and disgusting floors.

I feel we were given a nasty room bc we dared to question why we couldn't check in on time. We were even told to arrive early bc our room was ready.

Maid was banging on the door at 1030 even though check out wasn't until 11am.

We called the front desk multiple times to no avail. I am disgusted.

We had a 1 BR suite with a separate kitchen which was nice. They have a lot of swimming pools and a parking garage across the street with a sky walk, but it's seriously out of date from top to bottom.
We had fun regardless!!

The rooms are nice for smaller family's and the pools are fun

You can tell 20 years ago this place was the spot. The place needs a lot of work. When we arrived after a long drive the desk manager made a remark to me that was very rude, and then porceeded to check me into a corner room facing a wall, from there we listened to the elevator going up and down all night. The next morning I went down and the young lady behind the desk was very accommodating, and moved us into the room we should've had from the beginning (and why I gave 2 stars instead of 1).

Great pools, indoor and out. The Suite we stayed in was very clean and it was a nice size for a big family. The Starbucks and bar were located in the hotel as well. Best hotel I've ever stayed at!

Resort? Ha!

Nasty pools, housecleaning and hardly any amenities . The in-house gym has 3 cardio machines This place shouldn't be called a Resort!

Other than beach access I would not say it has any value.

Will not recommend for any occasion personally.

The staff was nice but the hotel is useless

Its okay, beds are kinda small, and hard. Staff is friendly. Rooms are decent. Fitness room could have been better, no water, towels were not restocked, machines kinda close together.

Beds were trash car got broke in to 0-10 wouldnt do it again
