My family and I recently stayed at the Landmark Resort. August 17th. Upon arrival there were no carts for unloading and the elevators were extremely slow. We checked in our room just find out we were Paying for extra company. ROACHES. They were every where. We called and complained but they told us they would give us another room the next day. We weren't satisfied. I didn't come with them I'm definitely not leaving with them. Rm 440
