Pretty decent they have 17 pools not sure how often they drain the hot tubs but could possibly shut them down at least mid day and drain and refill them if needed a couple were dirty but it was good to have another option i would stay here

Would not recommend this hotel!!! Has not been updated for many, many, many years. Lobby, elevators and hallways are very dated and dirty. Multiple friends in my party asked to move to a new room due to bad smelling and dirty rooms.

Half the hotel has interior rooms, the other half have exterior rooms. The exterior rooms appear to be much older and outdated.

Stay away!

Worst hotel experience ever! In a room where maintenance and painting was being done. On third day, no electricity. Front desk wouldn't answer when called. After 12 hours, we went to desk and they claimed they were trying to get in touch with us. Blamed outage on the city, but it was only in our section where maintenance was happening. Got another room only to find out there was no cable or WiFi. Once again they never answered at the desk when called. The only option we had was to move to another hotel IF something was available. We have never stayed at a hotel that didn't try to make amends if we were inconvenienced. We rarely saw anyone at the front desk and at checkout, the gentleman was talking on the phone with someone and barely gave us a second glance. We won't stay there again, nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone.

First off I had to get key cards made 4 times because the door wouldn't work. Then once it did, someone else came into the room on us! The room wasn't very nice especially for the amount of money I paid. This place is aged and in need of repairs. I've stayed here several times in the past for the amenities but they've changed so much, I'm sorry to say that this hotel won't get anymore of my money.

Great Service, Alot to do for the kids. Bars restaurants, id love to come during better weathet. It is very worth it for the outstanding pricing. Came during Thanksgiving next tume I'd splurge a little more for better rooms in a more upgraded resort. Overall awesome stay!

This was the most disappointing vacation we have ever had. The weather was great every day, and the time as a family was nice- but this "resort" was not worth what we paid for. We had nothing but problems from the time we checked in. I was left standing at the front counter for over 30 minutes when a computer went down. The other girl up front proceeded to check everyone in line behind me in- while the girl helping me disappeared and never came back. we got to our room, which was NOT what was pictured online. After getting groceries- and spending a little bit at the kiddie pool(which had something white and gross floating in the water), we came back to settle in only to find one of the tvs was messed up. maintenance came to look at it- and jiggled the wires on the back and left stating they could not fix it- that the contractor would need to go inside the wall. the front desk advised the contractor would be there the next day, but nobody ever came. i called for status around 4pm- and ended up having to go downstairs for another 30 minutes wait at the desk for assistance. i was told someone was supposed to have called me to offer me a partial credit for a night- but that the girl had dropped the ball. I will say we were given a free breakfast for the first night's inconvenience with the tv. we were then moved to another room after finding out that the contractor was not actually coming for a whole nother day. and given another breakfast. we moved all of our stuff to the new room, which was in pretty rough shape. the furniture was all so banged up and and several of the drawers looked to have been broken but never fixed. we settled in-again- and i began cooking dinner. only to find that 2 of the 4 burners on the stove did not work at all. so we called and maintenance came to fix them-and left them crooked and smoking. later that evening or the next, we noticed that the air in the front room seemed a little muggy and the temp on the display screen was in Celsius. maintenance came and unplugged the unit and plugged it back in- then left saying they would be back when they found the manual for the unit. they NEVER came back- the whole rest of the trip. The outside of the unit(on the balcony) appeared to have been busted. there was rust on the appliances. we called housekeeping a couple times for extra pillows and blankets as we are a party of 6- and there were only towels for 3 people in the bathroom and not enough pillows for all of us to have one. after waiting an hour and a half- my husband had to go downstairs to ask for some at the front desk. housekeeping actually tried coming in one morning while we were still sleeping, while other days they never showed up. There were roaches on the property. my kids saw some by the indoor pool, and we saw some near the elevators and in the hallways. the condition of the elevators was really unclean. you could tell they had not been cleaned in a long time, and some of them were missing ceiling panels. you could see rust and dust and bugs in the top of the elevator. My son actually got sick the night before we checked out- he is still sick- and the doctor said it is likely he caught something viral on the visit. It does not surprise me due to the uncleanliness of this "resort". we paid almost $2000 for a week in a dirty and unkempt hotel. It is apparent they do not maintain the grounds adequately and only care about making money. They false advertise on their website to make it look very upscale and clean, when in fact, it is filthy and most rooms have something broken or busted. I completed a survey from them and did a review upon checkout. They have yet to even reach out to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! we could have stayed somewhere much nicer for what we paid.

The hotel was clean and staff was courteous. However, the smell of weed everywhere in the hotel was ridiculous, we can even smelled it as soon as we walk-in to our room, everywhere pretty much. For this reason I given them 2 stars. Very disappointed and not very pleasant about that. Other then that the hotel is very well located. We went for memorial weekend with our teenager.

Worst place I have ever stayed. Rented two rooms and both had plumbing issues. Mine was MAJOR with sewage coming up in bathroom sink. Other room had electrical issues, sheet that was under fitted sheet was badly stained, inside pool has fungus on the tiles and looked like they had not cleaned in months. Really whole place was disgusting!!!

If you like the constant smell of pot then this is the place for you. Lots of funky smells in the hallways & carpet is nasty feeling. Some of water attractions were open bc of covid but 20 people can cram into the hot tub. Its definitely not a place for families.

Good place, fair pricing for late summer. Beach front. Decent rooms.. Large hotel. Be patient elevator on way. I suggest room on lower floors..take stairwell

Our first few visits here were okay but this most recent visit was HORRIBLE. Our first room had bed bugs, which WAS confirmed by housekeeping so I called the front desk and they sent up maintenance to check. Maintenance said me and the housekeeper were apparently just seeing things because he saw nothing (lies). They moved me rooms anyway. Got to the new room and there was a dirty comb laying in the floor and a huge spider crawling up the wall. Not only have the rooms gone to hell but a huge group was staying there and staff was allowing them to do whatever. There were hundreds of kids running around unsupervised, kids took up the business center area ALL day to play games and acted like complete fools in the pools and outdoor area.....all while the parents flew drones and fished outside. The kids not in that huge group were getting bullied out of the pools and off the beach. It was ridiculous. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

We reserved a beach front room for July 20, 2013. After paying $240 for the room and handing over $100 cash for a room deposit we checked in at 5:30 PM. The following morning when I went to make a pot of coffee I found to my horrification a bowl with two pairs of soiled panties with feces soaking in my cabinet. We packed our bags and went to check out of the hotel. I took the bowl with me to the front desk to show the manager who had a complete NO CARE attitude. They gave me a 15% discount on my room. A refund of less than $35 was given to me for finding feces soaking in my cabinet. An outrage!!!

The guest service is teribble. The rooms are not very comfortable and the beds are small. I can get a room at dunes village resort for a cheaper price and more amenities.

The air conditioning units in the rooms sucked. They didn t only went down to 70 degrees. They didn t get cold enough and had a musty smell. The hallways were dark and smelled horrible. It was really hot in the hallways from the indoor pool. The key cards never worked when we tried to unlock the door. It took 5-10 of trying before the door unlocked. When we were leaving, there was no luggage carts available so we had to carry everything over to the parking deck which took us 3 trips. I will never stay here again.

Didn't get a chance to stay there .they had a water break n guests had to be switched to another hotel or resort

Great pools and stuff for kids. Needs some updates.

We stayed there two days last week which is the beginning of May well the second morning of our stay housekeeping started waking us up at 8:30 in the morning well I m on vacation I want to sleep in once we got her to understand that we didn t need anything she stop knocking well a little while later she just walks in the room caring some sheets she just walks in starts going I m sorry I came to the wrong room I walked in the room OK cool whatever well later that day we ordered pizza down by the pool area well my nanny went up to the room to change our six month old and my husband and I and my sister were in the lazy river well I was thirsty and got out and went back over to where we had our stuff near the hot tub that has the little waterfall well somebody is wet and through all our drinks away through our pizza way through our plates the way I didn t even ask if anybody was done or want it thrown away where is our stroller and bags and shoes and everything beside of it

The hotel is very outdated and has a weird structure, it reminds me of a maze. It's impossible to even open the hotel room door unless the whole entry way is clear. We had a problem with the room keys our entire stay that was addressed but never fixed. The hallways are unbearably hot and humid. The pools were clean and as advertised but does get dirty towards the end of the day. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone unless you're willing to spend more for the rooms they updated or don't have expectations.

When I arrived on Saturday June 15th I was given a key to a room already occupied. Then the second room had a mildew and fumes the 3 Rd room was a little better the pools where dirty and my girlfriend was stuck the elevator for about 10 minutes and I was only there for 2 days cut my vacation short never will I ever go back the security was poor no security locks inside the room filthy all around.honest worse vacation ever never I don't want to give it one star I can only suggest don't stay Now I Need Another Vacation To Get Over this Big Nightmare and Strress It Has Been

Place looks run down, needs major updating. Room was subpar. There was a musky odor throughout the whole place. Reminds me of spring break party motel instead of a family resort. Will not stay here again. The only plus was the friendly customer service.

I was there for my husbands AIR FORCE reunion. We have been attendedfor 25 annual reunions in many locations. Very nice hotel.

Asked for maintenance to fix outlet and no response. The grill was delicious. The temperature in the meeting room was wonderful. Very attentive to our needs.

I was okaybut there walk way over tge street was hotter than hell. The air did not work good. They had a bitting fly problem the elevators were way out ofdate. It smells old a musty in that hotel. Now for the good stuff, the pillows were amazing, thebed was comfy the lazy river and the hot tubs were also great. We had fun the employees r friendly.

We go to Myrtle Beach every year on vacation. For several years I would drive by The Landmark Resort and comment to my wife that I wish we could afford to stay there with the kids. Last Winter we got on line and found out how reasonable it was to stay atThe Landmark Resort. We booked the room and went there in June 2013. This place should have one of the highest reviews in Myrtle Beach. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the place is very clean and well worth the price. They have their own restaurant, Coffee shop, Putt Putt Golf, Water Park, Lazy Rivers, indoor and out door pools and so much more. I would highly recommend this Resort to anyone going to Myrtle Beach. I will return to the Landmark every year I vacation in Myrtle Beach.

Clean, fresh and great views.,I didn't stay so can't give it a five because I didn't experience all they had to offer.

Really enjoyed the stay. Really nice rooms for an older family. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Off season may not be the best time. Pools were awesome.

I loved the hotel, the multiple pools, the great easy access down to the beach, but one thing I disliked was the poor customer service I had received when I was eating at the restaurant, and it made me think that the some employees didn't really care

Dirty, dirty dirty!!!! Staff at hotel was rude. MANGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE! Would disappear for 30mins at a time, ro visit in the back room while there is a line of people to complain out in the lobby. Only one out of 8 elevator worked and we were on 8th floor out of 15floors. BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING: it is not located near anything! Website maps are false. When calling employees lied about location. The only pleasant part of our stay was the veteran that worked at the mini golf and waterpark across the way near the parking garage. He was so sweet. Everything was clean and he was very polite. Out of 7 days we had to stay at least one. We were there less than an hour, we checked in before 3pm and asked if we could leave due to the dirty, poor quality of hotel. I had cancellation policy. They refused to refund the one day due to unable to turn over the room even though it was prior to check in, then had the nerve to ask if we were checking out bc they had someone that would take the room. No Ma'am im not leaving. I paid for the room. Just rude.

If you like outdated, urine, weed and alcohol smelling, wait 45 mins to check in, 30 min waiting for an elevator, police being called 2-3 times a day, kids/adults running wild at all hours of the night , you can do whatever you want cuz the staff won't do anything about it, safe not working, no deadbolt working, 4 luggage carts for over 120 rooms, over priced rooms that remind of you of a 1950s cheap motel then The Landmark is the place for you.

There is nothing resort about this place anymore. Restaurant is over priced, pools are overcrowded and you can't even see your feet in a 3 ft section. DJ music is loud ppl have a hard time hearing the lifeguards blowing their whistles and the music is not acceptable for kids. Management see's these reviews and yet they do nothing to fix the problems.

We went over the 4th and paid close to $500 for 2 nights for a room that has a balcony that was in the middle. Good view of the top of the indoor pool and other outside rooms. You figure that even in the show season they charge $150 a night they could afford so updates to the rooms and property.

Our room was overlooking a rooftop and the room was pretty run down. It was fairly clean, but there were just a lot of small things that over time you could tell they didn't take a lot of pride in fixing correctly. Lots of paint peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom, patch jobs on the wall that were just really sloppy and so on. The elevator is very slow so getting down to the main levels seemed to take forever. There was plenty of parking, even though it was across the street, it wasn't too inconvenient. Don't try to get a luggage cart because I think there were about 2 for the hotel. The water park areas are fun and great for the kids and I would come back for those. We had a lot of trouble with jellyfish while we were there so we were very glad we had the pools to play in. I think if I came again I would bring my own inner tubes and small ones for my kids. There were a lot but when there are lots of guests, it sometimes takes time to snag one. Staff was friendly and the walk to the beach was VERY close. That would be another reason I would come back. Good food in the restaurant, we ate lunch from there almost every day.

HORRIBLE! Roaches, dirty sheets, including hair, funny smells and blood. Dirty bathrooms tubs looked like they haven't been cleaned, they were moldy along with the bathroom sink and a leaky toilet. Housekeeping wasn't great. We asked for new balnkets and sheets we got smelly stained one. I also asked for a new dish cloth and the housekeeper turned around and gave me one off of his cart that he had been cleaning other rooms with. Aside from being on the beach and friendly people this hotel has nothing to offer

Rooms could do some modification but the swimming pool The Lazy River the whirlpool baths the game rooms the gym and the customer service is excellent it just needs to be modernized a little bit in the rooms but overall great experience great Hotel an excellent if you have kids in the pool area

There is a much longer than a typical hotel walk to your room. The parking garage is across the street. There are several nice pools and hot tubs.

I attend quite a few of masonic functions that are held at the Landmark Hotel and we've always had no problems good service good food prompt and quick answers if we have any questions about anything the staff is always there to assist us even with our older members I recommend the Landmark Motel for not only your events but also your stays for your summer retreats

Landmark is the projects with a view. Staying here now and cannot wait to leave. The hallways smell and are dark with no cameras. Lots of sketchy people and hotel reeks of weed everywhere you go. Lock you doors and put the do not disturb sign on the door. Supposedly the staff steals your things. If you re going to come and visit Myrtle Beach make sure you stay down by the large Ferris wheel considered the northside still sketchy but nicer hotels. Never coming back to Dirty Myrtle .

The pools and beach are about the only thing positive about this hotel. The rooms have a old, wet, mold scent. I am very displeased with this hotel for the price we paid. I will never stayhere again nor will I recommend this hotel. The only way you can get extra towels is by walking the hallway to and taking them off a cleaning cart. I'm so glad we brought our own sheets and our own towels.

From the outside looks great but the inside is like 30 years old they need to update it bad rooms the tv is very small and honestly they just suck me and my family went to Broadway the first day the next day we went to the board walk and saw all the nice looking hotels and we said if we went there the first day we would leave landmark and go to another (good) hotel like the south bay I just would not recommend this hotel the only good thing was the veiw

Don't stay here!!! It is poorly managed Sherman is a fake when we ask about why people were smoking weed by the pool and people were just disrespectful his response was that he doesn't go to Mardi gras anymore because the way people act down there as to say easter weekend at Myrtle Beach is the same as New Orleans. That was the end of our stay our refrigerator didn't work all week bought groceries and they all went bad we left for the day and our room was cleaned only once in 7 days and they left the door open so who knows what went on in our room while we were gone. If you get room 235 be sure to sleep during the day because you won't be able to sleep at night for the loud people walking by your room and the doors slamming. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance guy named Horce. My daughter was pushed getting on the elevator by some idiots who thought the had to rush to get down one floor to get to the dirty pool. This place is going down hill fast if you own a condo here you should sell it quickly or hire new management or your investment will be gone and you can thank Sherman. They were having a party on the top level of the entrance and had armed guards standing in the lobby telling folks it 10 dollars for guys and 5 for females to get in and the hotel will not take credit for the party they were throwing if this if a party resort advertise as such if it's a family resort then you've got some work too do.

I brought my family to stay at the Landmark Resort on 7/6, the weekend right after the 4th. We have been frequent guests at the Landmark but this was our first visit in the summer season as we usually stay during Christmas break. What we experienced in our one night stay was a legitimate nightmare. There was a fire scare due to an overactive HVAC unit (my husband spoke to the fireman in the hallway upon returning to the building) which caused a full fledge evacuation of the hotel. This is totally understandable but what wasn t is the fact that upon attempting to gather our belonging and exiting the pool deck a grown man, who we were later told did not work for the hotel directly but was hired security by the hotel decided that my 2-4 year olds and 12 year old were not moving fast enough and decided to scream at my children causing one of my 4 year olds to start shaking and crying in the already insanely tense situation. As soon as we were allowed back into the building I brought this up with management where they told me the man, Otis, did not work for them directly but for a security company they hire, like that excuses the fact that this grown man was out there screaming at children. I gave my information to file a complaint and was told that he more than likely would receive counseling through his employment so he could be better versed in how to handle situations. They also told me that this was the first time that he ever had to do it evacuation, which again does not excuse what he did to my kids. At this point we were all pretty shaken up and tried to make the best of our trip however we discovered that they did not ask Otis to leave after this incident and he continued to menacingly pace around the pool area where my family was swimming throughout the entire rest of the evening. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, the lady behind the bar was rude & disgruntled. She seemed to be falling asleep at the computer when typing in our order. At one point of time she looked behind my friend and myself and said excuse me your order is ready when we turned around there was no one behind us and when we asked if she was speaking to us (we were waiting on a Togo) she said no, I m asking the man behind you...still there was no one there. It was super strange. We finally decided to call it a night after the 10th time that Otis man passed us in the pool. at this point I was exhausted and super bummed out that I had spent over $300 on such a terrible evening. We tried to get a good nights sleep but unfortunately there were fireworks being shot off from the hotel balconies and directly in front of the hotel itself, what a nightmare. First thing in the morning I went down to the front desk to speak with a manager. The manager was a young man who instantly was combative about everything that I had to say. I just decided to go back to my room to pack and get the heck out of there. Upon arriving to our floor I realize that people from the two rooms next to us were out in the hallways I asked them what was going on and they asked me if I smelled the smoke- the man in the room next to us was a narcotics officer from NYC and his wife said- get yours kids- we are packing and leaving ASAP. I had a quick moment of panic as I smelled the heavy marijuana smoke and went into my room where my kids & husband were still asleep only to smell it even stronger inside the room. I again panicked and made all the kids sit out onto the balcony while my husband attempted to quickly pack up and I went back down to the front desk. At this point I was in tears and so shook up that I was finally escorted in to speak to a woman named Misty. Misty listed to the situation and seemed very understanding. She offered to refund me a one night stay to use in the off-season which is when we typically visit the landmark. She took my address down and said it would be mailed out to me on the 9th of July. I have yet to receive anything to this day.

It is what it is ....Ok .... and with this pandemic thats all that can be accepted

Great for families, there was something for our kids ( ages 12-4 ) to do daily so we loved it!! Not the most up to date, but we will be back none the less.

The good:
1. Fairly accommodating Staff
2. The rates seem good but you get what you pay for; pay the media images on the sight NO never mind
3. It takes about 2 minutes to get from a 5th floor room into Ocean waters
4.Its on the side of the beach which looks remind you of mob era Reno, I thought I stepped out a time capsule
5. Its a bit too far from the ferris wheel to walk with little ones but if you drive you have to deal with traffic and literally no stoplights to help
6. Breakfast buffet was decent
7 A/C worked very good

The Bad:
For starters this place is extremely poorly managed, it's a circus which I will detail. A $10 million dollar facelift to this place would make it a true destination resort commanding top dollar.

*My review is written based on my own expectations and determining factors when I selected a place.

1. There is no valet at all, parking is accross the street in a 7 story parking deck which often has transients lurking around

2. Once parked, you catch an elevator to the 4th floor, take a brisk walk through a skywalk, stroll through what can only be described as the motel part if the resort, which is a hot steamy weird smelling safari past rooms with a navy blue walkway carpet so dirty and stained I'd if my kids walked on it bare foot. Then you get to other elevators which will finally take you to you selected floor. If you don't have a lot of bags or mobility issues the stairs are literally significantly faster.

The rooms are small, beds are firm, shower heads are low on the wall (Im only 5'9) bathrooms have no ventilation fans so you're stuck with steam unless you choose to shower with the door open, you hear the plumbing pipes bubbling from you neighbors use and the flatscreens are literally what I believe to be 480 p.

As pictured Oceanview and Oceanfront are not interchangeable in this case so be sure to ask for exactly what you want.

The hottubs are not nearly as hot as they should be, your better off taking a hot shower. The Sauna is hit or miss, you have to track an employee down to get it unlocked and turned on which by the time it heats up... If it ever heated up its time to go.

The elevators are working on an insane system, they all severice all floors at all times which in this case means if you are not on the top of bottom floors you could wait forever for one. We took an employees advice and started pressing both up and down and hopping on the first oft crowded elevator available, and simply enduring the unnecessary trip until we could go back to the floor we needed.

The place is just in desperate need of restoration, and management, most parts are so dirty you wonder where you really are

Very nice ocean front hotel that has 17 pools and hot tubs located minutes from the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach.

I must say that I am very please with the management team at the Landmark Resort. I had a situations that occurred with a rep at the reservation center. And the owner spoke with me personally and apologize and left me well satisfy. I will recommend anyone to stay at this location and if there is any questions are concerns please contact the proper people.

Ok...where do I start......our first room developed a water leak so we had to move rooms.....we went from the bottom floor Oceanside to the top floor Oceanside with a complete kitchen bigger bathroom a whole nother room ...one other thing were given a fifty dollar food credit.....talk about customer service....IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A RESORT TO STAY IN MYRTLE BEACH....THIS IS IT THE LANDMARK

My little one loved it. Only complaint is that you track sand on the time room floors and house keeping doesn't sweep. But they did let us use a broom.

Never again!! The resort and rooms are dated. Food at the on site restaurants was not that great. Worst it all we went by the pool area at night and there were a ton of roaches running around. We also found 4 roaches on our 10th floor hotel room. That was truly disgusting. Stay away from this place.

We had a wonderful experience at the Landmark Resort. Nice food, entertainment, and drinks, and lovely view of the Ocean.

I was just at the resort last week. I had a friend that in a wheelchair and I had bad legs so I asked for a handicapped accessible room. I was told that was an up charge. So when we check in and got to the room it was not what I thought. Everybody you did you have to walk on the other side of the place and of course they didn't have any wheelchair and parking was horrible. When I confronted them about the charge for the handicap room they said they didn't charge extra. I will never stay here again if they gave me a free room. Plus room service charge me $33 for two ham and cheese omelette and order of bacon and sausage.

Stay was terrible, mildew smell everywhere and mold in my room, and all my rooms had bedbugs

The room was ok and clean for the most part. You could feel the cold air blowing in from under our door. I had my three small children with me and the ENTIRE time my husband and I smelled marijuana! You could smell it terrible in the parking lot and at one point the people in the room below us were smoking pot and the smell was travelling up towards so we couldn t go out on our balcony. This hotel property is run down and looks dirty and disgusting. Will never stay here again.

I really like the pool/spa options they offer, but unfortunately the rooms aren't very spacious and almost all the amenities offered were closed during our visit so I can't review them based off those. They have many options besides the ocean though although I loved the beach view from our room.

It is a very nice place with a amazing pool area and hot tub the air conditioning and heater wasn't working right but I had a great time

Enjoyed my stay despite the miscommunication checking in and checking out...The deluxe room with ocean view was everything! I am thinking landmark is one of the older resorts..but still nice and clean. I can't wait to go back!

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. Plenty for kids to do.

WARNING STAY AWAY. Would have gave no stars if it would let me. I have never been to such a abomination of hotel. While waiting in line, there were 6 different people all with very valid complaints. The hotel front desk manager BJ Cribb had to be the rudest. People one after one got the same in don't care attitude from him. The complaints ranged from BED BUGS, fights, broken glass same place two days, keys don't work, more fights and rude employees. Do not book in advance here it is a lengthy process to get any refunds as we demanded after seeing the conditions there.

Our family had a great experience here! Check-in was a drag but the 35-40 min wait was worth it.. Def will come back!

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. The bar here has amazing pizza for relatively cheap. Also has a good breakfast restaurant. All around good experience.

Hotel is on the beach close to alot of attractions does not have 17 pools but it does have a variety of pools and alot for the kids to do,older building building needs a upgrade

What a total dump photos must be from when it first opened. We stayed in the executive ocean front sweet and it was very small and dated. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else not worth it here. We actually left two days early because just a nasty place.

Big rooms with reasonable prices. They also provided some entertainment each nice

The hotel would be nice if they cleaned. The elevators need to be pressure washed; towels and bend int the wall mattress needs to be updated; breakfast is AWFUL (go to IHOP or some place else) and a waste of money. My room was next to the garbage disposal and the lock was broken, so we had to smell the awful stench every time we left or returned to the room. When I told a maintenance worker about it, he just stated that several locks were broken all around the hotel. Overall, I hate I took my kids here for spring break.

The food in the restaurant, Latitudes, it's fabulous!! Well the Philly Cheese Steak and Shrimp and chicken we're all fabulous!!

Use to be a great place to go. Now it's run down and filthy. Stained bed covers paint pilling off the walls. Dirty pools! Hate to say it but this will be our last vacation at landmark

I met this guy on that website that I went to pick up he was very decent beautiful gorgeous and romantic we had a such a good day we fished we walk to the beach and we woke up to Fresh coffee and danishes in the morning
