This resort was very big with a lot of swimming pools and hot tubs. However, most of them were shut down during our stay. The resort had a horrible odor and that was almost unbearable to deal with. The elevators were messing up everyday we were there and the wait was about 20-30 minutes every time we had to use them, as we stayed on the 12th floor. We did have to walk up the stairs to our room a couple of times with all of our beach stuff because of the poor elevator matience. The food at the restaurants is okay but not anything special. House keeping does not give you clean sheets each day they only vacuum, make your bed, and give you new towels. I paid for an ocean front room and received an ocean view room where I could barley see the ocean. The staff were decently friendly but rude when we called them for a matienence issue. I will not be staying here again as I paid too much for such a poor experience.
