You can tell 20 years ago this place was the spot. The place needs a lot of work. When we arrived after a long drive the desk manager made a remark to me that was very rude, and then porceeded to check me into a corner room facing a wall, from there we listened to the elevator going up and down all night. The next morning I went down and the young lady behind the desk was very accommodating, and moved us into the room we should've had from the beginning (and why I gave 2 stars instead of 1).
