This resort left EVERYTHING to be desired! The pics were great and the reviews looked promising but in reality, the entire experience was a nightmare from the moment we walked in the door. The counter had 5 registers and only two were open. The two guests in front of us were filing complaints when we walked in. We paid for pick 3: breakfast for 2, a $20 instant rebate and a $25 breakfast voucher for 2. The staff didn't mention it and to our surprise we went to pay for breakfast (after waiting for our tab for 30 minutes) we were charged full price. We mentioned the deal we bought and they said we should have received a ticket upon arrival. We went and waited in line AGAIN, where only one person was working. The employee would interact with the guest, then go to a room to presumably consult the manager. This happened about 4 times before the guest gave up and left. It was finally our turn and the guy looked like we were speaking a foreign language when we asked about the voucher. He went to the office and another employee came and looked at his screen. He returned shortly and asked what else he could help us with. We reminded him, the vouchers! He said oh, I thought she helped you. (She didn't even acknowledge us) After 30 minutes and 3 more trips for consultation from mgmt, we got that resolved. Also the layout sucks. You should receive a map upon checkin bc nothing flows. To get to the pools you have to go down a few dank dark hallways and hope you find it. The kiddie area that we chose the resort for is across the street. Along with the parking garage. None of the ice machines worked the entire time we were there. The entire place is overall dirty and grubby feeling. I've been to MANY resorts, this is the worst ever. Also the people in this town and at this resort are rude! It's almost as if they don't realize tourism is their money maker!

Edit: we left a day early. A terrible storm came through and this was the final straw: the INDOOR pool was closed during the storm, 2 of the only elevators that worked in the main hotel leaked, the parking had a foot of standing water in front of the only elevator in the garage, the rain came into the building in front of several room so staff took a wad of towels and put them at the bottom of door outside of those guest rooms.
