First night here and I can already tell you this is going to be the WORST place I have ever stayed. First thing I find in my "Freshly Cleaned" room was some dirty panties on the floor, a bunch of junk left beside the dresser and just all around messy. The parking pass for the garage was supposed to be left in the room for us the front desk said along with swimming passes. (None of which were in there.) We walked down to the desk and were told to call the line on the website about the parking passes, we did so and they said they would "run them right up". After four phone calls and an hour and a half of waiting still NO PARKING PASSES FOR THE GARAGE. This is the absolute worst guest service I've ever had.
Not looking forward to staying here the next few days. I would HIGHLY advise looking elsewhere! I wish I could rate this place lower than one star. Rude staff and incompetent.

EDIT: After about 6 hours of being here I witnessed racial slurs in the elevator and a fight nearly happen while I was in there with my family. Complete trash staff and people. Stay as far away as possible. I repeat THE WORST PLACE TO STAY.
