I purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra here and get my service done here! Extremely convenient with the Express Lube and I had a great sales experience with Kim Braggins! Highly recommended!
They do off brand vehicles as well if you are looking for quality service!

I have purchased 2 cars from Dorschel, both times they neglected to send in the paperwork to the insurance company and I had to take action myself months after purchase. They were a bit pushy about giving them a good review as well, please don't tell me how to review you.

I wont recommend anyone here. First, between when i bought my hyundai 2013 last year and this year i have only gone to service my car at this dealership once. Why, because i have all the time terrible experience with making appointments and when i go there i am told i didn't make an appointment and the crazy and stupid part is my car has to be there the whole day. I am told that servicing for used cars are not open on Saturday's. 6 months into when i bought the Hyundai i had to bring it back to change the break pad which cost a whopping $500. You have a star because its a criteria to write a review. I CAN NEVER BY A CAR HERE, i just bought a car for my wife from vanderstyne and I'm loving it.

I had an excellent experience buying my 2012 Camry Hybrid from Dorschel. Mike Mulvaney was very easy to work with and never pulled any of the old fashioned ca salesman tricks. Very impressed with the dealership and the salesman!

Do NOT do business with these people. I talked to them on Tuesday to set a VIP appointment for Thursday in regard to a specific vehicle. It is an hour and a half from my house, so I had to drive down to check the vehicle out. 15 minutes before my VIP appointment the manager calls and says the vehicle was sold. He was unsympathetic about my commute and couldn t tell me more than 15 minutes in advanced. Very unprofessional way of doing business. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dorschel towed my car on a Wednesday. They called me the following Friday asking when I was brining my car in. The literally lost it. Then when I explained to Jason that it's a Volkswagen CC I got argued with saying there's no such thing it's either a Passat cc or a Jetta cc. I was finally quoted for a2 week repair. I pick my car up 3 weeks later with tire marks and dents all down the side. The next time I pick it up it has the wrong Rim and tire. The time after that a giant scratch down the bottom. Not to mention the scratches they themselves put in it then refused to fix. They refuse to put the correct tire on it refused to fix the windshield and refused to even do an alignment on it when the car was pulling hard to the left. I spent $600 out of pocket to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. If I didn't have a man with me when I walked through that door no one payed attention. In fact Carey their service manager never once called emailed apologized or spoke to me only to my dad who lives a whole state away and literally has nothing to do with my car what so ever. to this day my $20000 car is still not how it was before the accident but after taking 6 months to try to get it corrected I have given up with dorschel. Do not under any circumstances get your car serviced here.

The last two days of July 2018 were spent at Dorsc...

The last two days of July 2018 were spent at Dorschel Toyota in the delightful and knowledgeable company of Ginnie Farnsworth. Never had my family had a more enjoyable car shopping experience in our entire lives. Ginnie sold us not one, not two, but three cars in two days. In fact, she set a record at her place of business! Ginnie wasn't upselling us or putting the hard sell on, all she did was listen to what we were looking for and finding them on the lot. Ginnie was a wealth of information, taking pains to inform us of buying vs. leasing, different trim levels, you name it she knew it. Racing against the clock in order for us to take advantage of last month's special sales deals, Ginnie juggled us expertly with paperwork, test drives, lot walking, forms and more forms. She even came in on her one day off just to make sure she was there when we picked up the cars. She moved everything along and stayed on top of all three deals to ensure those very cars would be ready and available to us by the very last day of the month!!!

Excellent customer service? You bet! Return customers? Absolutely! Would we recommend both Ginnie and Dorschel Toyota to others? Without a doubt!!!

While everyone at Dorschel Toyota was a joy to work with, Ginnie shined like her very own fourth of July firework display! Thank you Ginnie, once again for treating myself and my family like we were the only customers in the building! You made our day!

And even though we weren't able to access the form from Toyota that rates a Sales Person's job due to an email snafu, let me let everyone know that Ginnie Farnsworth rates all A's across the board for knowledge, professionalism, humor, and gumption. She felt like family from the get go!

So, if you're looking for great sales, customer service, and confidence in your Sales Person's ability to match the right car to you and guide you through the entire process seamlessly, please ask for Ginnie Farnsworth.

You'll be glad you did! :-)

"Stephen Spinder was all about finding the right car for us. He was a full service salesperson. He allowed us to spend the time we needed to be happy with our decision, not rushing us to a quick high pressured choice. We were not planning on leasing a car at the first place we shopped; However because of Stephens compassion and wonderful attitude to help us find the right car, we never needed a chance to shop around. Originally we were looking for an inexpensive new or used car and ended up walking out with a lease on a new Toyota with the option to buy while getting a great service package and a lower interest rate. Stephen really made the experience great for us, even compared to some of the other sales staff we interacted with during the process. Because of such a highly positive experience, I expect my future business to be with Dorschel Toyota and look forward to dealing with Stephen in the future to handle my purchase or leasing needs. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. I love my Camry Toyota!!!

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER! From the smallest thing of replacing a wiper blade on day one of ownership to the dealership refusing to repair a brake issue within a month of ownership. To never getting a second key that they promised on delivery. To have extreme problems with the car after months of ownership. Did not get informed when apportionment was and was never called back, after weeks of trying to talk to used car manager.

Dorschel is the best place to get a car. They didn't haggle the price, plus they don't make commission so they really do just want to get a car that works for you. I'm so glad I got my car from Dorschel Kia. And Chelsea was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, funny and she knew exactly what I wanted. Dorschel made a stressful decision much more exciting and a positive experience. I recommend Dorshel to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I wasn't sure what to expect for my first car buying experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. Michael Saunders was personable, punctual, and honest. We never felt pressured and he made our trips to Dorschel enjoyable. His communication was top-notch, and two days after my first test drive we drove off the lot happy customers in our new truck. Overall a great experience. I applaud people that do what they do well, and Michael definitely came through.

Mini of Rochester has got to be the hardest service department I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. At this point I have lost count of how many times I have had my car in the shop and how many calls to the dealership and to Mini corporate I have had to make and here it is 3 years later and I am still having the same problems. To add to it, the service manager will never return a call. I have repeated requested to receive a call from him and he repeatedly has a service advisor call me. This dealership is about to lose a customer because fixing a car is apparently not possible with this group.

I recently got a job and I was looking for a car at Dorchel. I was actually really surprised with the quality of service I got. I hate being "SOLD" and Im used to salesman being sleazy and pushy guys that view me as a sale. But the guy that helped me was extremely helpful and actually made sure that the cars I looked at fit what I wanted. I had no idea what I was looking for but the salesman there helped me through the whole process. If you ever go to the Dorchel Toyota in Henrietta, Ask for Mike Mulvaney! Im still in the process of getting a car but I'm definitely going there to get one from him. They have great service.

I would give them a 5 star but after hearing they no longer give us free lunch on Saturday due to people who came in to eat without getting service messed it up for the rest of us.. This idea of eating lunch for free made me a regular customer giving my business to them over anyaothrr place. Here's a solution give customers a voucher to receive lunch it's what they should have done from the start. I probably will go to cheaper place and closer. Until they reinstate lunch again oh well.

My wife and I bought a Kia Soul from William Treadway a couple months ago. Bill made our experience easy and fast, we both were amazed at how easy he made it for us to pick and buy a car. He was extremely personable and never once did we feel like we were having the stereotypical "car dealer" shakedown. We love our new car and will definitely return to Dorschel for our next vehicle. Thanks Bill!

My Husband and I recently purchase a used 2013 Rogue from Jason Colino at Dorschel, and could not be more happy. As many of the other posts state, if your looking for a low pressure shopping experience, this is the place for you. Second, the pricing was amazing! And finally, Jason was a pleasure to work with. We came in informed and knowing exactly what we wanted and he did all he could to not only get us into the vehicle we were looking for, but to make the sale as seamless as possible. Thank you Dorschel and thank you Jason...you are all awesome!

Do not buy a car from these people. They are only ...

Do not buy a car from these people. They are only interested in getting cars off the lot, no matter what. I bought my car and had problems in the first month and live an hour and half away. They were going to make me pay for the towing to even get it looked at, even though it was still under warranty. They knew the issue with the car and sold it to me anyways and then tried to give me a hard time about it. Thankfully there is an incredible Honda dealership near me that helped me out completely. I never even received a follow up from them after many calls and relaying the problems I was having. I was out of a car for a week because of these people. Do not buy from them. Sketchy. Do not waste your time!!!

The response from them is a complete and utter fabrication. They did not determine ANYTHING. Dorschel did not set up anything for me!! I was left to do it all by myself. With Absolutely NO follow up. I went and found a GREAT dealership that explained everything to me and I ended up paying them because not everything wrong with the vehicle was under warranty. Again, I can t stress enough, do not give these people your money.

The fact that they made up that entire response is proof that you should not trust these people.

This is my third experience with buying a car from a dealership, and this was by far the best experience. Easy, informative and no pressure. I worked with Scott Kelly-Murphy and would send any of my friends to work with him, hands down. Every car buying experience should be this easy and enjoyable for the price you are paying. And as a side note, from talking to a few other salesmen, I believe Dorschel hires the most likable people in the industry. I am in retail management and understand hiring is no easy task. Dorschel has definitely figured out how to hire, and their staff is superior to all those I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. And I love my new car. Thank you Dorschel. I will be back in a few years.

In May (2017) I bought an Alfa Romeo Guilia sedan ...

In May (2017) I bought an Alfa Romeo Guilia sedan from Dorschel Alfa Romeo/Maserati. The overall shopping experience was professional and cordial. All information I requested was supplied in a timely and professional manner. I worked with Matthew Sherman and Frank Citro who were both absolute gentlemen during the process. Obviously, I didn't have a lot of choices of dealers in terms of dealing with Alfa Romeo but found Dorschel to be excellent and an acceptable distance from my home if service issues should arise.

Now, about the car. I have bought and leased cars many times over the past 20 years...but for the first time ever...I actually own a car that I LOVE! I love the way it drives, the way it looks, the way I fit in the seats, the overall build quality of the car. The engine and transmission are so buttery smooth. The car has so much soul and passion I'm on the verge of tears when I drive it. My BMW 328XI was a great car but didn't invoke the level of emotion out of me when I drove it or looked at it.

It is obvious that Alfa Romeo did their homework and took their sweet time getting this car to the United States and for good reason and I want to apologize to Alfa for the multiple emails I sent to Italy over the years basically saying "hurry the hell up!" I remember as a kid just drooling over the Milano and 164 sedans and to now finally be driving one is pleasurable beyond words.

I will probably never get rid of this car unless Dorschel makes me an offer I can't refuse in a few years. Alfa Romeo and Dorschel have also been great in regards to communication post-sale and follow-up has been more than appropriate. Again, Alfa has done their homework and executed this launch brilliantly. I think people need to be aware that this car is a stunning value with a starting sticker price in the high 30s. The car comes with an impeccable list of standard features as to not disappoint the buyer who is looking at a more entry model. I'm noticing that Alfa Romeo is offering some stunning 24month lease deals now, which they weren't offering at launch time...but that's the price you pay for being first. The Alfa Romeo Guilia is a stunning vehicle.....enough said.

I would never in my life recomend this company. I was telling them I had a warranty (i had the papers in my face) and the service guy said no you don't have a warranty there was no such thing as a 3 yr 36,000 mile warranty. Not only that. My check engine light has been on since I got the car and they tell me nothing is wrong. They "fixed" the abs which there was nothing wrong with my breaks. Now all my breaks do is squeak... I've had nothing but problems with these people. And when asked to speak to a manager all you get is a voicemail who never calls you back.... do not go here

My wife and I have been going to Dorschel for 27 y...

My wife and I have been going to Dorschel for 27 years and have bought six cars from them during that time. The reason we keep coming back, other than that Toyota makes great cars, is because of the people that work there. They really know their stuff and they have the best customer service we have ever experienced.

Jim Chittenden has been our sales representative. Great to deal with. A warm human being.

We always bring our cars to Dorschel for all servicing. Two people that stand out especially and keep us coming back time after time after time, are Pat Velten and Ed Anderson. They make having your car serviced a relaxing, stress-free experience. Mostly we deal with Pat, and he is great.

Here's an example: A number of times I've called at the last minute when I discovered something that seems out of whack. Pat always finds time to schedule us quickly and before you know it the problem is analyzed, fixed and we're on our way. In addition, Pat always seems to be looking out for the customer. You can be sure they are honest, telling you only what really needs to be done. Pat also gives us coupons to save on the servicing, which is an extra.

One time, we had a minor accident with one of our cars - late on a Friday afternoon. I called Pat in the Service Department, and he told me that the Collision Department handled that. Then Pat made all the arrangements for me with the Collision Department. He told me who to ask for and said they would be expecting us.

Sure enough, we drove in, told them Pat had sent us, and the person in charge (sorry, don't remember his name) took care of everything - repair recommendations, insurance coverage, even gave us a ride home - because we hadn't been thinking right, and didn't realize we would leave the car there. It was by far the best customer service experience we've ever had - even surpassing Wegmans.

We can't imagine going anywhere else for our cars.

I'm not a fan of car buying, let me start by putting that out there right away. But lest anyone think this review is going to go South, please don't. It is exactly because it isn't an activity I look forward to that my review should resonate with what I believe to be a large portion of the population.
Because my first and most important goal in the car buying process is to make it as short and fruitful as possible, an element of trust plays a heavy role. But trust, has to be earned, and I must tell you that my wife Maria and I leased exactly the vehicle we wanted at Dorschel Automotive Group with the great help of William Barish. It was painless, because it was quick but without taking away any of the care required when making this kind of investment. We felt we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and what we needed. This is now the third vehicle we have leased from Dorschel and it will most certainly not be the last.

I went into Dorschel Nissan to trade in my 2017 Nissan Rogue lease early. I was set up with Joe Yanda in sales, who then proceeded to go above and beyond during our time together. I unfortunately had a dent in my vehicle I was turning in, and when asking about the cost to repair, Joe went with me to the collision center to get an estimate on the repairs. We both decided it was best to go through an insurance claim to repair the damages as it would be most cost effective, and even offered to pay my first months payment to make up for having to pay my deductible. As I dealt with insurance and the claims adjuster, Dorschel held my new car for me while we waited for repairs on my trade in. It took almost two weeks for the insurance and collision shop to get everything situated, and Joe continued to keep in touch and make sure all my paper work was complete and set for me to come sign when my car was finished. This will be my third lease through Dorschel, and definitely wont be the last!

Nick was simply fantastic. We weren't pressured at all. He let us take our time looking at cars. We told him we were looking at used cars, he respected that, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He was very patient and helped us pick out the car that was perfect for us.

Thanks Nick!!

My father referred me to Frank Montalbano at Dorschel a few weeks ago when I was looking into getting my first car. My father had enjoyed his experience with him previously and purchased his car from him as well. Frank was great to work with, especially considering this was my first time buying a car. When I decided to look into leasing, Frank explained the entire process and its pros and cons in a way that was easy to understand, and was patient and helpful with my many questions. After test driving and falling in love with my now leased Scion tC, the entire process was done quickly, smoothly and professionally. I felt completely comfortable and trusting with Frank and will absolutely refer friends and family who are looking for cars to him, as well as continue to do business with him and Dorschel in the future!

My car was recently stolen, so I was walking the lot looking around for a replacement vehicle when I was greeted by a Gentleman by the name of Will Trafton. I will begin this review by saying how impressed I was by Mr. Trafton's professional and pleasant approach. Although he is not in sales, he was nothing less than hospitable and accomodating--not pushy, just there to help. It wasn't until I learned that he's the COO of Dorschel and soon to be owner, that I really felt "tucked in and valued" so to speak. Mr. Trafton has a "real human" presence, unlike the cliche people have come to expect from the average dealer. I am a customer for life!

Where do I begin my God 24 hours ago or so this whole thing started I tried really really hard to buy this Mercedes AMG from these guys they had it on CarGurus I called in and I first spoke with a sales person named Peter who seemed somewhat knowledgeable even though it turned out later that some of the stuff he told me he wasn't sure. He told me that I'll be contacted shortly by finance manager also named Peter that oversees all 8 stores no one ever called so I ended up calling and after four attempts finally got ahold of him he corrected some of the information the previous Peter gave me and told me that I'll be receiving a email in a few minutes requesting specific information on my trade-in at which time I can put in a down payment on the car so you get reserved .minutes after that I received a call from a very rude sales person whose name I'm fortunately I do not remember my started telling me I should pay in cash then that I should get my own financing finally started telling me how they going to charge me a fee for basically everything that there is I said okay no problem no problem no problem to everything since you noticed he wasn't getting anywhere he says I'll call you right back of course that never happened so I started calling 2 hours later over and over trying to get ahold of somebody live anybody bought a secretary after approximately 20 or so calls someone picked up and he says sorry the car is sold well the car is still on Car Guru the car still in their website when I tried calling any number just to get some sort of an answer of what happened I keep getting one guy's voice mail so my number has been flagged or something very very unprofessional left a message for the corporate offices they never called me back.I have to call from my wife's phone just to speak to a receptionist who after being asked to connect me to a corporate office again transferred me to a service person that takes appointments so I would steer myself away from the dealership as far and as fast as you can they own few dealerships and they lost the sense of reality they're not friendly they're not people you want to deal with it there's too many people dealerships choices out there to deal with those kind of people they are just bad for you I have a feeling the people that did by there didn't do the research or just don't care if they got ripped off cuz that's all you're going to get from them unreal bad experience I bought many cars in my life and this was one of the strangest and psychotic experiences I ever had with the dealership let's hope that sooner or later they'll go out of business because that's what they deserve

I dislike car dealerships and hate the process of buying a car, this time it was finally different. I think dealerships are figuring out that people just want to buy a car and not go through all the other crap that usually comes with it. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks!

We had the pleasure to meet and work with Curtis Williams at Dorschel Toyota. Unsure about what we wanted or what we could afford, Curtis took the time to explain all of our options as well as the Dorschel Approach to the car buying experience. Despite having been at Dorschel before and having met with several other sales consultants, no one gave us this much information in an easy to understand and impartial manner. I couldn't have been more pleased with my latest purchase at Dorschel Toyota. We picked up our new Corolla LE on the 29th of June. Our salesman was Allan Lesser, who was extremely knowledgeable, and we did not feel pressured to buy in any way. With Dorschel's new clear, simple, different plan the whole experience was painless. None of the hemming and hawing and the salesman saying well; " I'll have to see if the boss will approve this", half a dozen or more times. Everything was up front from the get go. I bought my first car from Dorschel 9 years ago and have always had my vehicle serviced there. I have never had reason to find fault at any time with anyone that worked there. Everyone has always been above board and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Bringing our vehicle in for a repair has turned in...

Bringing our vehicle in for a repair has turned into such a frustrating and infuriating experience.
I expressly asked for an estimate on repairs before any work was started and stated we would return to sign a repair estimate authorizing repairs.
A day later after a wait for the service department to diagnose the problem we received a call informing us that our vehicle was half way done. (Without authorization for the work performed).
When we arrived we were told we needed rear brakes and rotors as well as a recommended 45,000 mile service.
The front brakes we expected. Not the "upsell" of rear brake replacement. And the $1,000 maintenance service is exorbitant.
We declined the service and we're told we would be paying for the portion of the maintenance already finished. We also were asked to sign a decline service note and we're verbally told the vehicle would not be considered safe or serviceable. Shame on you Bob Lasky for not returning our phone request and having Jim Mistretta return the call instead.
After forking over the $$$ for repairs already completed we left and dropped our vehicle off at an independent auto repair facility recommended to us by a close friend. We received an estimate of $300 for the $1000 maintenance service. The rear brakes that Dorschel tried to "upsell" us on had 50% left on them.
Do your homework before repairs. Seriously consider a reputable, honest, and friendly repair facility and technician before taking your vehicle to Dorschel.
Unless you have seriously deep pockets and just want to donate to the Richard Dorschel money fund, we would advise to shop for vehicle repairs elsewhere.

As always, Dorschel was easy to deal with and did a great job. It always impresses me that Pat Velten knows his customers by name and by car model. He takes time to make sure that questions are answered.

Disappointed, is the way I feel about my Dorschel purchase. The sales associate I worked with seemed knowledgeable and friendly, even willing to go the extra mile by ordering my vehicle from another dealer as their supply was very low. Saturday the vehicle arrived and the paperwork and money was put down. It was scheduled for a Monday pick up, I was feeling very excited and confident in the whole process.

But later Saturday, 2 minutes before the dealership was going to close. I get an email from my salesman saying there was a mistake in the paperwork and that I d have to eat almost $800 in extra costs. He also insinuated that it was my fault in that same email. And just ended it with I'm sorry and see you Monday. No call. How completely unprofessional of this associate and of their manager as well. I should have gotten a call to tell me what had happened. I was livid, as was my wife, as she was also involved in the process. I responded by canceling the sale, and asking for my money back.

Because the dealership was closed on Sunday I had started to search again for this vehicle elsewhere. On Monday I hear back from the sales manager, apologizing for this salesman s mistake. He could secure my original deal and threw in a roof rack for my troubles. So I agreed.

When I went in for pick up with the manager though, the paperwork was still wrong. The manager also felt pushy like he just wanted me out the door. The salesman did come over to apologize, although it was evident that it wasn t sincere from his tone. And when I looked over a few minutes later he and another salesman were boisterously laughing at his desk. I can honestly say I regret buying this vehicle at all, as I feel like I ve rewarded poor practices.

Between my wife and I, we ve purchased 6 cars in a row through Dorschel. But never again. Your customer service and lack of professionalism doesn t warrant our continued business.

Great buying experience with Dorschel Toyota, Frank Montalbano is a true professional, he was very helpful and courteous and patient with me. Did research on on Toyota dealers in Rochester and by far Dorschel is the best! glad I made the decision to buy my hybrid Camry there. Also glad I bought Camry because of the money I save on gas, unbelievable! everything about it is great.

Shout out to an exemplary employee,

Shout out to an exemplary employee,

After replacing my tail light bulbs (incorrectly) myself I drove up to the service center because I thought I ruled out everything that could be wrong. Luckily I had the help of Dalton M. Express Service Advisor, who took the time to listen and empathize with me; the last thing I wanted was to pay for an hour of mechanic labor. Dalton asked me the right questions to make sure I had the ability to fix my own issue before recommending service. His honesty and customer service skills saved me time and money. One last iteration, I love it when professionals have the customers best interest at heart (when it s safe and responsible like my experience).

Side note: I bought my current car from Dorschel Kia,

Thanks again!

Their service is a joke. They force you change parts or use services that you don't need. They told me that I need to change my tires as with these ones I can't pass the state test (read as "we started selling tires here so buy them"). I refused, swapped new tries from another car, took my car with relatively new tires back, and the dude still told me you need to change your tires. Don't take your car here. Their explanations of the services and parts are a joke and their prices are to the roof.

Chelsea Contino is freakin awesome! I tried 4 other places and no one could help me get what I wanted in my price range. I decided to try one last place before giving up, so thankful I did! Chelsea is super friendly, straight forward and helpful. I felt super comfortable talking to her and left very happy with exactly what I wanted in my price range!!!! She managed to help my sister out too. I will definitely be referring everyone to her. Go see Chelsea!

My husband and I went to buy out the lease on our ...

My husband and I went to buy out the lease on our 2012 Prius and between the numerous phone calls from Toyota that basically told me to wait to hear from Dorschel (but they kept calling me anyway), and never actually hearing from Dorschel until calling myself, this whole process has been a pain in my butt. Once I did get in touch with someone at Dorschel, I felt I was inconviencing them because instead of leasing or buying a new vehicle, we wanted to keep our current one. Frank G. kept trying to talk me into a new lease (we learned the hard way leasing doesn't work for us) or buying a new car, and I kept telling him no. We scheduled an appointment to come in an buy out the lease and I was just told to show up. Frank forgot about our appointment and approached us as new customers; he seemed surprised when we said "we're supposed to meet with you at 10am." It turns out we needed certain documents, which luckily we had with us. Toyota's system was completely down the day we went in to take care of this paperwork, so Frank gathered everything he could and my husband and I had to figure out a plan B to come back in to sign papers. Frank called both my cell and my work trying to track me down while we were still trying to figure out when we could get back to the dealership. When I did speak to him on the phone, my answer wasn't good enough and he refused to listen to me - finally my husband told him "we'll let you know when we can come in." Frank told us several times that he had everything he needed and all we had to do was sign papers - it would take 15 minutes. We had to leave work early one day to get to the dealership to sign papers, and when we got there, Frank said "I need the mileage and your insurance card" even though he should have had those things already (again, luckliy we drove the Prius that day and had those things, otherwise we would have been screwed). We also needed references for the financing agreement, which we were completely unaware of and unprepared for. The whole process was a mess and a major frustration, and between not knowing what we needed to when we entered into the lease (which we learned about 2 years into the 3 year lease, btw) and having had issues with the service guys in the past (not recently though - recently they've been decent), we will NEVER buy a car from Dorschel again.

Julian was a pleasure to work with. He was accomodating and strightforward, which is a plus when car shopping as you don't always get that experience. Dorschel had the exact car I was looking for with lots of whistles and bows. I've had the car for a month now, and am so very happy that I decided ont he Rav4. It's been wonderful in the early winter weather that we've had this year. This is my second purchase from Dorschel and both have been a positive experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
