I finished my laser appointment (Saturday) and I went to the reception and took another appointment for my retouch two weeks later (Saturday), The surprise was there is no appointments for me at all when I checked later that day !!!!!!!!!!
Then I contacted the reception directly about the matter and they said, Come at night on a waiting list !!! My schedule is full and very tight due to work meetings and loads.
Then the administration spoke to me about extending the 15-day retouch period and unfortunately they said you have only 4 days (Wednesday) for you extension TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT , and my schedule is not free until the weekend after !!!!
Sadly, The mistake was from them and the blame was put on the loyal customer !!
