Good and friendly service, got a great deal on my VW

On their website a ford fiesta was listed at Dorschel Exchange. I texted the dealership to see if it was still available and was immediately texted back that it was available and then before I could respond I received multiple texts and a phone call to set up a time for a test drive. Within 1hr of the first text message I went to the dealership, and low and behold the car was already sold, this is after setting up the time to come in. If this is not some shady sales techniques I don't know what you could it. Even if there was a car 5k cheaper at this dealership than another one, I would go there just so I would know I would be getting an honest answer.

Will H helped me buy my first car on my own, VERY helpful and professional! Not overbearing like many car salesman, honest and made it easy!

I am very pleased with the overall experience that I had at Dorschel Group. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do. Everyone was very helpful and made the experience a much smoother task. I feel that my salesperson John Coleman was exceptionally patient with me while I made a very difficult decision regarding my purchase.
Meanwhile Josh was very helpful with the financing questions and final paperwork.
I was very impressed with the treatment that I got the moment I walked in the door.

I was set up with salesman Nick Cosentino for the purchase of my new car. He kept in close contact with me the days prior to my delivery and had me email him a lot of needed documents (driver license, insurance cards, etc) so that the whole delivery of the car took less than an hour! So impressive. I also really appreciated his honesty while looking over different warranties. He is an excellent salesperson without being at all pushy. I will definitely be buying all my cars from here! :)

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Vincent Epping, our sales consultant, at Dorschel Toyota. Vince provided us with excellent car buying experience and was very knowledgeable in the vehicles we were looking at. This whole experience was stress free. The vehicles at Dorschel are as priced, which was a huge reason why we didn't want to look at any other dealerships. There was no pressure and we did not have to go through a long, dragged out negotiation. The price was kelly blue book approved and lower if there was damage on the vehicle. The company did not cover up any damages and allowed customers the choice of fixing it, if wanted, which I think is a amazing idea and provides a sense of trust on with Dorschel and their products. The process after finding the right vehicle was clear and simple. I would recommend Vincent Epping as a sales/lease consultant and to purchase used or new vehicles at Dorschel.

Leased a vehicle this week and have to say it was a lot better experience than some other's I have had, worked with Curtis William's and he was very informative and to the point, none of the "I have to go talk to the Manager" there was a price, payment option's etc.. all in front of me on a computer. Curtis made the process as pain free as it can be.

Excellent customer experience from Dorschel and our salesman Chris Heininger! Personable, honest, insightful, and accommodating he helped my wife and I find the best vehicle to suit our needs without the feeling of trying to be "sold" on any particular make or model. As a new customer to Dorschel we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. Find Chris over in the Nissan department and you'll be well taken care of!

All my dealings have been completely satisfactory over the last 7 years with both the service department and the bodyshop. The staff is completely competent and the whole organization is extremely well run. My daughter leased a car there about 2 years ago and the sales person was very professional and the transaction went very well. It would be unlikely that I would go anywhere else when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
