I would give then less than 1 if I could. It has been 6 months and they still have have paid me. They claim they didn't get forms, check was lost. No none returns your calls. The customer service team leader is a joke!! She is good at lip service and making up excuses. I am reporting them to NY State insurance commission. What a great way to make a profit. Just don't pay people the money you owe them!!

I'm always impressed with the professionalism and speed in which my questions are answered. Every contact within the company I have ever interacted with has been genuinely warm and caring while still being efficient and getting the necessary information to me.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. After using them for several years, I will no longer as their service has declined significantly to the point where they are no longer worth using.

First of all, you cannot get a live person on the other end of the phone. I tried many times regarding a claim and each time waited over 20 minutes for someone to answer until finally I hung up without every reaching a live rep. More importantly, after submitting 5 different variations of receipts for a claim that was a LEGITIMATE MEDICAL EXPENSE (a cast), they still did not want to pay--even though several of the receipts itemized and detailed the exact information that was asked. I will NEVER use them again. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from LIFETIME BENEFIT SOLUTIONS.

There hasn't been a more incompetent company. They require receipts for everything and make it such a hassle that my wife and I do not want to even have a flex spending account anymore.

Everytime i call them everything is a battle to get any nugget of information. The phone is always answered with attitude and the people on the phones ALWAYS sound like grumpy 70 year old ladies who hate their lives and don't want to help... it's the customer service line...! Every time I call, My questions are never answered, concerns are never addressed and they wont look into anything you ask about. Once 4 years ago I had a representative that was a pleasant guy. Other than that every call with them is a nightmare.

Company is absolutely frustrating to deal with and...

Company is absolutely frustrating to deal with and will use any excuse to deny a claim. They blocked my card for months preventing me from being able to use. Had the audacity to tell me that the card that I have paid hundreds of dollars into was a convenience . I cannot recommend enough dealing with literally any other company that handles FSA accounts or just hiding your money under your bed, at least you ll have access to it there.

If you are a provider (or a patient) think twice before dealing with this company. In the 10 years that I have had the displeasure of TRYING to do business with them, I have had to turn away multiple patients because you can't talk to anyone from the company to get information! Its absolutely ridiculous... I feel bad for any patient that has to use this company for insurance.

If I could give zero stars I would..... can't get on same page with instructions on uploading receipts or when receipts are even needed. I get a different answer each time i call. This will be the last year I'm signing up for FSA benefits, not worth the hassle

I have never experienced a slower, inefficient, FSA provider, and their customer service is severely disappointing. It is ridiculous that it takes this company over 14 days to process a claim that is submitted electronically - with uploaded documentation. Even after they lost the receipt as having been received (10 days after uploading) it still takes another week to pay the claim. It seems as though they are just trying to hold the clients money as long as possible to collect interest on it. I will never recommend this group to another employer seeking an FSA administrator.

After our dentist passed away ON THE DAY he did a cleaning/exam for my husband I submitted a monthly statement showing the service was done. I sent a letter stating he had passed away - they paid the claim improperly shorting us and now are threatening to recoup the money they did pay although they actually owe us more. They have on record previous services for the exact same cleaning/exam for the exact same amount.

Unbelievable - They took a credit card payment of ...

Unbelievable - They took a credit card payment of mine for COBRA insurance and told me it takes 5 - 7 days to process - No help at all in making sure I had my health insurance set up - they would not notify my insurace carrier I was paid. Took about 10 calls to figure out why I had not received my cobra health insurance. Worst company ever!

This company should lose its certificate to operate. It takes your money and then blocks your account for bogus reasons. Don't believe anything their customer service people say. They will not provide the follow-up they promise.

My spouse and I are taking part in a school district retiree healthcare plan. I am depending on LBS to fund my retirement Healthcare premium. Years ago, I tried to put a claim in for a dental procedure and it was denied!? Just trying to get info on claim procedures is a mystery. I don't want to judge too harshly but this company seems to make a habit out of shorting customers on service!

This mickey mouse operation has an app that double enters claims. And if you have to pay a denied claim back you have to send in a check or money order by snail mail. What century are these people living in? I knew I shouldn't have signed up with these scam artists. I hope they go out of business.

I called to discuss why a bill was not covered for...

I called to discuss why a bill was not covered for my wife who is on my policy. Long wait, but I spoke to a polite receptionist who tried to help. Called back later in the afternoon with more information, spoke to male receptionist. Refused to speak to me regarding the bill, siting federal regulations. This is fine, but he was apathetic and actually quite rude. I could literally hear him groaning on the line. Dear RMSCO, if you are going to put people on the phones, train them in customer service first.

My dentist is a participating provider so imagine my surprise when I received an explanation of benefits stating he was out of network and my bill would be applied to an out of network deductible, After speaking with my dentist I called the customer service number (I use the customer service term lightly) The woman I spoke with was very rude and had a million excuses why it wasn t paid. At the end of the phone call nothing was resolved and it left me so frustrated. Avoid this company at all costs.

Can I give a negative star? I've dealt with these people for two employers now. They truly are inept and I honestly believe they don't have the funds to pay the claims, so they deny outright. At one point they continuously said they hadn't received my claim (submitted multiple times by both email and fax), when I finally got an acknowledgement of my claim submission, they asked for a receipt in a specific format with a doctor's signature, and when I got that to them within a few days (bless the doctor who did it for me with very little notice) their response was that I was past the submission deadline and the claim was closed. Not a litigious person, but I wish somebody would take this company to task.

Tried claiming my Childcare flex reimbursement, was given the run around about the receipt no having the right info, got another one with the info they said it needed, denied again for other info not being there. These people are truly incapable of doing their jobs to any sort of degree.
