I don't know much about cars but i wanted to have a good car at the best deal. Mr.KING is a fantastic guy with so much patience in explaining many things to get a good car.

If you are expecting professionalism and quality work, please look elsewhere. I bought my car - that part went fine- except I never got my title. (still don't have my title). I noticed some small things that were weird, so I made an appointment to get it serviced (under their warranty.) They had 2 weeks to fix and give me updates. I received NOTHING. No point of contact, no email, no paperwork, no phone calls, nothing. I took the car home (out of state) and had a professional take a look at it. I asked Tansky to pay for the mileage (they didn't) and asked to have them take care of the 300$ bill- they ignored me. I would never shop here if my life depended on it.

Both Richard Norman and Amel Mustafa did a great job, and provided excellent service, during my visit to the dealership to lease a Scion tC. They seem very conscious of customers' needs, and go the extra mile to provide top-notch service. They answered all the questions I had, and did a great job prepping the car for me to take it. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially these two members of the staff, to anyone I know who was in the market for a vehicle, and looking to get great service.

Richard Norman in particular seemed extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and is one of the most professional salespersons I have ever dealt with. No pressure about the decision - he made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car, and got all of my questions answered, and then gave me clear information about the type of lease in which I was interested. I wish this kind of business approach was more common these days, because I think it's the right way to deal with customers, and what customers really want. Individuals who have this kind of knowledge of good business should be in management, because they could help less experienced staff learn how to do what customers need and want, which would have to benefit the business, as well as customers.

Will never do business here again. Repair techs never call back, always forget to order parts, or end up turning a one day repair into a week long project - and then refuse to pay for the rental car.

Tony was great! We got there knowing exactly which car we were interested in and we were never pressured to look at anything else. We also weren't 100% sure we'd be buying that day but the deal worked out to be exactly what we were hoping for. From the test drive go getting the keys the experience felt personal and stress free. The next time we're looking for a vehicle we'll definitely check out Tansky!

I leased a Camry in 2011 with Tansky and it was time to either turn it in for a new
2014 or buy it outright. I told the salesman, Richard Norman, I wanted to see which
was the best option. He figured it out, presented the figures, and we agreed that
putting me in a new lease with a 2014 Camry was the best deal for me. I also told
him I did not want to pay any more a month than I had paid for the 2011 Camry.
I had a fairly large dent in the back bumper and lots of scratches all over the car.
I told him I did not want to get charged for the repairs. He asked me what color I
wanted and I said white, we walked over to the showroom and there it was. I drove
off in my new 2014 Camry, paying the same payment a month that I did previously and they waived the repairs and even filled the car up with gas. Richard was very
pleasant and helpful, not pushy, was interested in what I wanted and made sure I
was happy with my lease. I will definitely lease again from Tansky.

My later father used to own a few Toyota's and long before Tansky Toyota used to be in the Short Noth in High Street old location and later moved to the Sawmill Road, Location in Dublin OH. HUGE Major changes was done over the years in the Dublin OH location it had grown over the years and staff also. The Tansky Toyota staff is TOTALY SUPER LOYAL towers it's customer's no matter what! They even will pick you up and drop you off at home or work. Then you call them up and pick up your auto with in the same day or so! What dealership would do this these days? What I do miss from them is. My dad always get a free choclate bar every time he get the car fix or other's!

Tansky does a wonderful job getting me in and out in a very short time. I worked with a young lady this week and she was very professional and friendly. She knew her stuff . Gave me a very specific report on what they found.
I d recommend tansky to anybody for service on their car!!!!!

We had a good experience with Tansky Toyota. We've done our research before going and have decided on getting a Prius C. We were greeted right away when we first got in, and were promptly greeted with our salesman, Oliver. I told Oliver what model and color I was looking for and he was quick to locate the exact model and color that I wanted. The test drive was smooth and delightful. Oliver answered all of my questions and is knowledgeable of the technology that comes with the car. We were initially worried about taking our 3 year old and 10 months old to a dealership, but there is a toy room, popcorn machine, and cookies which provided a lot of entertainment to them. They did forget the cargo net but Oliver delivered it in person the next day so we are satisfied with their service. The reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is it took the finance personnel a long time to get the paperwork ready, other than that, we are glad we chose Tansky Toyota.

Really disappointed with the purchase of van from ...

Really disappointed with the purchase of van from tansky, even though it's a10 yr old car that I bought but never expected that buying a car from dealer would give me so much maintenance pain. 3 months after the purchase, car ends up with knocking sound in the engine. My mechanic showed me that from just inspection he could make out that the 100k service was not done on the car, belt showed worn or signs... Clearly an indicators that no check on the car was done before selling it to me... Now I have ended up with the car in shop and~1000$ must do maintenance. Yes I bought car in as is warranty but expected that the car does not have any known issues... No assurance if you buy a used car from this dealer.

Thanks for your response. After I had called up your dealership I was told there is nothing that can be done. I had no choice but to get the maintainenance done as it was getting scary. I have the record of what was done on the car. The mechanic showed me the torn belt which was clear indication. Then when he opened the engine box tensioner was broken. Please advice what next

Pulled into the Tansky Toyota in Dublin sensing something wasn t right with my Toyota Truck. It was impromptu - as my truck struggled to start at my last stop. It was 7pm - and they closed at 8pm. I asked if they could check my battery and alternator as I feared something was wrong. They told me sorry - we don t have time and we don t have enough employees to help you. They sent me on my way. Within 2 miles - the truck died, wouldn t start and left me stranded. This is the same Toyota dealership where I purchased the new truck 2 years ago. Needless to say, they ve lost all of my future business (service and sales). Don t trust your car or your service to this dealership!
6 months ago - there was a service recall. I scheduled an appointment and I left the truck for 4 hours, only to return and they hadn t even started to work on it. I left without any service being done. If you re looking for quality service from a Toyota dealership - don t come to Dublin Tansky Toyota.
I would suggest reading all other recent service related reviews for this dealership. They are obviously having some issues. Take your vehicle anywhere else but here!!

I just bought a car from Richard and the experience could not have been better. I am a rather particular buyer and I usually like nicer cars but on a budget as well.

Richard was essentially perfect throughout the entire process, even though I was not always easy to work with!

Richard Norman was a delight to work with. Richard's professionalism, courtesy, and most importantly his honesty made interacting with him a pleasure .We came into the location at a very busy time on a Sunday afternoon. Richard was helping at least 3 other customers. He stopped and took the time to introduce himself and ask if we have been helped yet. He made it his mission to come back around to us quickly and ask what vehicle we were interested in. In a matter of moments we were on the road test driving our potential new vehicle. Short of the long is that my wife and I were able to drive off the lot in our new Highlander and process was as seamless as possible all because of Richard's dedication to his customers. I love the service part but when I took my 2016 Camry in for scheduled maintenance I told the service person that I would be on the lot looking for new cars. I spent a long time looking at the 2018 Camrys as well as the new Tacoma s. I intended to trade my 2016 for a 2018 and I needed new trucks for my business.

I guess I chose the wrong day and time. The salesman seemed more concerned about the food truck than selling vehicles. I would like to say that this was an isolated incident but it s not.

I contacted this dealership regarding a used truck...

I contacted this dealership regarding a used truck (I live out of state). As they say, you don't get a second chance at a first impression. The internet sales person (Kimm Monet) was absolutely awesome. She responded w/in minutes, I requested specific pictures and I had them within 30 minutes after that.

This is my second car purchase in about a year. I've never had a dealership respond so quickly and without dodging my questions... and then provide what I requested within minutes vs days or weeks. Kimm was professional, personable, responsive and straight forward. I really appreciate the way she handled things.

No, I didn't end up buying their truck, but I'd have no hesitation if we found the right vehicle at the right price. Kudos to their internet sales folks!!

Checked in and was only told when I asked that my one hour service was going to take at least two hours because they were backed up. No apology, no offer of a loaner car. So I rescheduled after wasting 30 minutes.

I was told that I would be contacted by this dealership regarding the poor customer service that I have received. My husband reached out and called himself. He was told that yes, they were indeed aware of our problem and that we would be receiving a call from the general manager. Two days later and still no call. I told them that my experience had made me feel insignificant. Well, I and my business must truly be insignificant since no one really cares. I guess what they want is for me to just give up. Silly me for thinking that they may want to have feedback to improve their service and operations in the future.

I always have an enjoyable experience have my Toyota Camry serviced at Tansky Sawmill Toyota. The new remodel allows you to drive right in, check-in and then just relax while the service is completed. They have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi so you can even get some work done while waiting on your car. Not to mention the cookies and coffee. I would recommend Tansky's Service Center to anyone.

First off, let me say this is my 3rd Tansky Toyota...

First off, let me say this is my 3rd Tansky Toyota and I have been a customer since 1988. I have always gotten stellar service for my vehicles, until now.
My 2016 Prius started leaking for the first time, during a rain storm on September 10. I had to make an appointment to leave it all day on the 12th. I did get a message telling me it was done, but didn't get to talk to Amanda, who was my service person. When I got to the service center just before close (had to wait until my ride could get me there), no one could tell me what, if anything had been done to the car. There was only a note on the work order that said "done 9/12/18". Amanda had not made notes in the computer, and the guys at the shop that time of night had no information. I tried calling every day, the rest of the week, made another trip to the service center (again in the evening after work), and no one would return my calls, despite saying they would, nor was any additional information found on the work order. I even tried calling the department manger Matt, but the business card for him did not have his correct phone number on it.
Finally on the 17th or 18th, I finally reached Amanda, who told me in a disinterested tone that they didn't find anything wrong with it. They did an inspection and released it. I also got a call from service manager Matt, who gave me his current phone number and told me to call if I had issues.
Fast forward to today, September 25. Another rain storm, and more leaking from the moon roof or windshield. I drove it straight to Tansky, and made service person Woody look at the water leaking in from the up-per console. No way will I ever go back to Amanda. The best he could do was to give me another appointment for Thursday September 27. I then called Matt, this was at 10:30 am. He did not answer his phone and his voice mail was full, so I could not leave a message.
I also tried to leave a complaint at the Service Department chat box. But it cut me off before I could tell them just what I have printed above. I also left a complaint on the Tansky Facebook page and in private messenger.
Everyone keeps telling me "Oh I am so sorry this is not right, we will get right back to you" but they don't. I don't want sorrys or candy bars. I want service to be done and I want to know what, if anything was done.

I hate going here. They always overcharge for service; Compared to other Toyota service centers (within a 30min drive) they they cost SO MUCH MORE.

Disappointed. Scheduled an appointment for 3:20pm...

Disappointed. Scheduled an appointment for 3:20pm to address a rattle in the passenger B pillar that my Highlander has had since new. Arrived early, showed the service manager where I had removed several pieces of trim and the rear passenger captain's chair. He said they would get right on it and directed me to the waiting area. Forty five minutes after my original appointment time (at 4:05pm), the service advisor told me they couldn't work on the vehicle as it was missing the seat and it was needed so they could take a ride to diagnose the rattle. I explained that there are five seats still in the vehicle and any of them should work for someone to listen for the noise. The service advisor insisted that they couldn't do anything without the seat and that they could reschedule the appointment for another day once the seat was back in the vehicle. This was a truly disappointing experience and most definitely my last trip to Tansky Toyota on Sawmill.

In response to Tansky's response:
I bought the vehicle 50+ miles away and thought a Columbus dealership could potentially fix it. Yes, I took it to Toyota West who could not reproduce the sound. I tried living with it; however, it is getting worse. I removed the seat and trim to show you exactly where the sound is coming from (near wiring connector on the door). I did not touch anything on this part of the vehicle other than the trim that covered it (which is in pristine condition and snaps right back into place). The seat was removed as a way of diagnosing that was not the problem (which it isn't). It is a shame Tansky Toyota tries so hard to defend poor practices. Perhaps if they put this effort into customer service, they wouldn't have so many negative reviews. I would highly recommend any potential customer look elsewhere as there are several other, more reputable dealerships they can use for their vehicles.

Ive had Toyota Hybrids since 2005. Just got my 1st Toyota SUV RAV4 (, of course another hybrid.). One reason I will keep coming back to Tansky is their customer service. Whether it's my every 5000 mile maintenance, body shop or new car, everyone is always pleasant and never make you feel rushed.

Came right in after doing my research. Straightforward experience with Ervin, answered my questions and was very up front with me. No pressure.
Was able to show up at 515pm and was driving home my new car (including trading my old one in) by 830pm.
Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Would highly recommend!

My 2000 Toyota Camry was at the end of its life. I brought it in for a diagnostic inspection, and it turned out that the cost for repair was way beyond the worth of the car. It was time for a new one. The wonderful salesman up front helped me work out a deal to trade in my old Camry for a 2007 model. Though we came across a few bumps in the process, the price was right, the car was great, and the staff were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure I had a great buying experience. The salesman was an expert in this business, provided excellent customer service, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was as it should be. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade in and/or buy a new car.

Went in to get a specific van. Had a trade in which we had an agreed amount they were giving me. Got all the way through the process; even had started putting things from my car into the new car. Once I went to sign the final paperwork, numbers had been moved around and they expected me to be putting down $1000 more in cash than we agreed upon. Left the dealership irate (and in tears) and I don't plan to ever return or recommend it to anyone. Pretty shady dealings for such a larger and reputable location.

I have to be honest....before I arrived at Tansky Toyota and met Richard Norman, I had been to 3 other dealerships. Richard welcomed me and introduced himself in such a friendly upbeat attitude, I instantly felt at ease. Richard asked me what I was looking for in model and accessories and most important (color). Right then and there he put a plate on the vehicle I was interested in and gave me the key and off I went, to my astonishment (by myself) while he drove my vehicle to be appraised. I came in to purchase a vehicle but Richard gave me options....which in the end we decided to lease the Rav 4 .
Richard was very quick in giving me the deal in a precise and clear manner.
When I picked the vehicle up Richard made sure I understood and was comfortable in how the navigation,radio and phone technology worked. We review the whole vehicle. Richard also introduced me to Oliver and I was to call Oliver if Richard was not available,which I feel is nice, to have another person to contact.
I cannot fully express how enjoyable the experience at Tansky Toyota and dealing with Richard Norman. I will recommend Richard and Tansky to my family and friends.

Service is great (thanks Courtney!) but the prices are so high. Dealerships have more overhead to cover, so that is to be expected, but when I get quoted $800 for new front brakes and a cleaning/lube of the rear brakes, it seems exorbitant.

Tansky Toyota and staff answered all our questions about our new Toyota Sienna without pressuring us to buy a car. Competitive pricing at nearly$1,000 less than the competition and their willingness to search a 250 mile area to find exactly the car we wanted we're just two of the reasons we bought our new Sienna from them. Our sales person Tony was great. He was on time and prepared for our appointment and introduced us to Austin, the technical Guru who walked us through the navigation system and all of the new Toyota features. Tony made sure that the car was washed and prepped and ready to at the time he promised. We've had our new Toyota Sienna exactly one day now and we love it. This is our first experience with Tansky Toyota and we're looking forward to service as good as their sales staff. A really good experience that we will be telling our friends about.

I d first like to start off by saying. Travis Pack the Service Advisor is great to deal with. However, I have been their 3 times for the same issue. I own an Avalon that has had some interior door speaker issues/rattling. It comes and goes and will eventually keep going if Music is being played mid-high level on the equalizer. Aside from that, Mark Matthews is horrible at getting back with. Their service department is complete garbage. Had to send a field technician for Toyota out on the second time. That took a long extensive month. Here I am still dealing with the problem. Called earlier today, spoke with Mark. He said that they are going to decline any further maintenance regarding this on my vehicle. With that said, what awful customer service and back up their slogan for great service. Yeah... Trash! I will never recommend anyone to visit this place nor even buy from them. Take this review as a sigh of relief to those who are currently looking to maintenance their vehicle for any sort. Lastly, I will be contacting corporate office to explain myself.

Friendly Sales Person!!

I went to Tansky Sawmill Toyota @ Dublin along with my friend to buy a new car for him. The Sales Person we met named Stephen King was very friendly right from the day one till my friend get his car this evening. Stephen helped us in understanding the car and its feature, explained very patiently and interactively, looked for the variety of choices, explained them to us and searched all over USA and got the one which is of my friend's interest. He always greet and welcome us with a smiling face even when we run late to the office to look for the car.

I will surely recommend Stephen and Toyota.

Richard Norman is the man! He is always hustling to deliver for every person that walks into the dealership and he will work with you to create your ideal package. I recommend Richard to any of my friends and a few have actually taken the suggestion. Great experience and I am thrilled with my 4Runner.

I've been going to Tansky for years for Service, but Rodney really went above and beyond the last time I was in for service. With all of the items I needed to have done, the estimated time for service was 3 hours, however, I needed to be out in 2 hours because I had another appt to get to. Rodney had me out of there in 2 hours and I was able to get to my next appointment on time. Thanks Rodney!

I bought a new Toyota 2014 Rav4 from Tansky Sawmill Toyota, Actually I went to take a test drive couple of days ago but booked the car same day. Reasons for this is I'm very much impressed with their customer service, they provided good and reasonable deal, they never tried to convince me on any of my requirement/specification about the car that I wanted. They delivered the car within exact time they mentioned and obviously with 100% requirement (I was very specific). I have visited couple of other car/car brand dealers before visiting Tansky Toyota. I have worked with sales person Stephen King. Complete process from visiting the showroom until I drive my new car from the showroom is very smooth and awesome. I have made lot of changes including interior/exterior color, features, packages. Stephen is very patient and helped me to get right car for me.

My dad and I spent almost 5 hours there today. We thought we had a deal and we were in the process of signing all the paperwork when the price jumped from 7k to 10k. The manager Dan Perry brought out the worksheet that indicated bottom line with trade in was 7k. That form indicated 4k for the trade in. We initialed that form and waited another 1.5 hours to sign all forms. That is when it jumped to 10k total. The salesman Rony Symmat then could not find the worksheet.

I will never ever use this company again. The customer service was terrible and the salesman and manager are crooks and liars. I can not see how they sleep at night.

Thank you for the response but the first bottom line worksheet was 8700 then Dan came back with a new one for 7. When we asked to see the worksheets they were gone and not to be found. They had not left Rony's desk until we went back in the finance mgrs office. Isn't that interesting?

July 10th and still waiting to hear from you. I guess customer service and a response to problems is not a concern of yours. Please continue to rip off the general public as long as it meets your needs.

UPDATE: After dealing with considerable grief and issues with my 2012 Tundra and this dealership, I was able to deal with Mark Matthews, they corrected all the problems (the no-start issues don't flare up for a few months so it'll be next year before I encounter that again, if at all). The way they handled the problem of the under carriage support concern was admirable and some would call it the extra mile. There ability to apply triage in this situation could be looked favorably on.

The worst experience ever...Didn't agree with the first sales person and I let it go.....few days later another sales person call and works the deal with me. I arrive at the showroom to have a different truck waiting for me...Bait and Switch. Never again a Toyota.

My vehicle was damaged by their oil technicians, they played of the damages for over a month until I got emailed Dianne.. I went back after the fact for them to regain my business and was turned away and Told find another shop because "Tansky won't be able to satisfy me"

Another amazing experience at Tansky Sawmill Toyota with Richard Norman. I have purchased many cars in through out my life time. Richard hands down leads in the car buying process. This is my second car with Richard and wont be my last. I'm in a management position in my career and would loved to have a guy leading My team like Richard Norman. I cant thank him and the team enough for the outstanding Customer Service!!! Richard keep up the amazing job brother!!!!!!!!

Warren was very helpful and detailed in explaining the features on my new 2020 Rav 4. This was the 5th vehicle I have bought from Tansky and the third one from Warren. Also, my daughter just leased a RAV4 a year ago.
