I have to say that my experience with Richard Norman, at Tansky Toyota, has been a fun and pleasant one. Richard is very genuine and enthusiastic in his approach to selling. Never pushy or intimidating. Funny sense of humor that I enjoyed. I will be happy to recommend Richard to any of my friends who are interested in a new Toyota.
