I m usually hesitant to leave bad reviews but when dealing with a large dealership and having such bad service I felt it worth sharing. Hopefully they make some changes. My husband and I went in knowing exactly the vehicle we wanted to see, an F-150. We dealt with **** (censoring to be kind but I d be willing to share his name with the business so they could speak with him). He was nice albeit disorganized. He said he was relatively new so still learning. He said they aren t commission which I felt was a plus. We looked at the truck, and decided to do a test drive. My husband was the one to do it, and it was a nice ride. Upon return we discussed a few things. One being the fan on the ac/heat in the truck running loudly and we would want that fixed before purchase, and we d like a peek under the bed liner (it was loose and missing screws so wanted to rule out rust) and look at the seat cushions as the coverings were aftermarket and easily removable. **** agreed and said he d email me later with the amount our car would be worth to them as trade in. We also decided the next morning my husband would come up, pick up the truck and take it down to our personal mechanic for a once over. We left, and within a few hours I had an email apologizing but explaining we aren t allowed to have the truck inspected and if we decided to purchase the truck then they would fix the blower in the truck. I was put off at this point not just that we were disallowed to have the vehicle checked but the email was riddled with grammatical errors (threw instead of through, warentee vs warranty). He mentioned something of note though, saying the truck had a 150k mile warranty. This made me rethink my stance in not purchasing it due to the fact the truck had 80k miles and depending on the level of coverage it could be worth buying even without the inspection. I asked for specifics of the warranty in which he replied he d answer the next day while in the office. The following day he sent the Carfax (which I had already seen), an invoice of a few things done to it in December while in their care, and a photo of the paper that hangs on the cars stating it offered a 2000/60 day warranty and additional coverage at an additional cost. When I asked him, he told me he was mistaken, the vehicle didn t offer the 150k warranty. I asked for additional then about the additional extended warranty I could purchase and to see if he had an answer about our car s worth for trade in. He said he would send the information. I waited 3 days with no response to which I emailed asking if he had an answer. It is now one day after that email and still no response. I decided to look on their website to check on the truck and it s gone. I imagine it s sold which would explain why their salesman will no longer make time for me. Obviously it wasn t meant to be. But I was disappointed with the service I received and would not consider using them in the future.
