Richard Norman was a delight to work with. Richard's professionalism, courtesy, and most importantly his honesty made interacting with him a pleasure .We came into the location at a very busy time on a Sunday afternoon. Richard was helping at least 3 other customers. He stopped and took the time to introduce himself and ask if we have been helped yet. He made it his mission to come back around to us quickly and ask what vehicle we were interested in. In a matter of moments we were on the road test driving our potential new vehicle. Short of the long is that my wife and I were able to drive off the lot in our new Highlander and process was as seamless as possible all because of Richard's dedication to his customers.
