First off, let me say this is my 3rd Tansky Toyota...

First off, let me say this is my 3rd Tansky Toyota and I have been a customer since 1988. I have always gotten stellar service for my vehicles, until now.
My 2016 Prius started leaking for the first time, during a rain storm on September 10. I had to make an appointment to leave it all day on the 12th. I did get a message telling me it was done, but didn't get to talk to Amanda, who was my service person. When I got to the service center just before close (had to wait until my ride could get me there), no one could tell me what, if anything had been done to the car. There was only a note on the work order that said "done 9/12/18". Amanda had not made notes in the computer, and the guys at the shop that time of night had no information. I tried calling every day, the rest of the week, made another trip to the service center (again in the evening after work), and no one would return my calls, despite saying they would, nor was any additional information found on the work order. I even tried calling the department manger Matt, but the business card for him did not have his correct phone number on it.
Finally on the 17th or 18th, I finally reached Amanda, who told me in a disinterested tone that they didn't find anything wrong with it. They did an inspection and released it. I also got a call from service manager Matt, who gave me his current phone number and told me to call if I had issues.
Fast forward to today, September 25. Another rain storm, and more leaking from the moon roof or windshield. I drove it straight to Tansky, and made service person Woody look at the water leaking in from the up-per console. No way will I ever go back to Amanda. The best he could do was to give me another appointment for Thursday September 27. I then called Matt, this was at 10:30 am. He did not answer his phone and his voice mail was full, so I could not leave a message.
I also tried to leave a complaint at the Service Department chat box. But it cut me off before I could tell them just what I have printed above. I also left a complaint on the Tansky Facebook page and in private messenger.
Everyone keeps telling me "Oh I am so sorry this is not right, we will get right back to you" but they don't. I don't want sorrys or candy bars. I want service to be done and I want to know what, if anything was done.
