UPDATE: After dealing with considerable grief and issues with my 2012 Tundra and this dealership, I was able to deal with Mark Matthews, they corrected all the problems (the no-start issues don't flare up for a few months so it'll be next year before I encounter that again, if at all). The way they handled the problem of the under carriage support concern was admirable and some would call it the extra mile. There ability to apply triage in this situation could be looked favorably on.
