I got my 2011 CRV battery replaced at T & T Honda Calgary. Although I did not have prior appointment but my job was attended immediately under their Express Service. Jeff Jimena was able to schedule me in last minute as I had a concern about a rock chip on my windshield. He was very accomodating and fit me in on a busy Saturday and was able to get my windshield repaired before it got worse! He was also able to fit in a tire swap and a car wash (which was a nice touch).

I bought my 2012 civic in 2014. Reasonable price and low km. Most important is it was accident free. They show me the carproof and yes, it was no record. However, recently, I found out the trunk and the rear bumper have been replaced before. I guess they fix it by themselves so that's why they were not showing on the carproof. Salesman has never mentioned. I am so angry about his dishonest. Beware of this everyone!!

I visited different Honda dealerships before making the final call to buy the Honda Pilot from T and T Honda and got one of the best deals in Calgary. The best thing about my experience is the customer service experience. I had few bad experiences as well at couple of other dealerships regarding customer service, but T and T stood outstanding in customer service and I was impressed with their service. The difference where they stand out from other dealerships is they were not trying to sell the car to me(I meant they were not behaving like the sales people), they were trying to make me understand the different features of the car rather than just trying to make the sale. I hate it when the salesperson is just thinking from the point of sale rather than making me understand what are the features and benefits or drawbacks. At other dealerships they just tried to talk about the numbers, but here most of the time we talked about the car and once I got the insight that we are going to buy Honda Pilot then we started talking about the numbers. Until and unless I am not satisfied with the product why do I wanna even talk about numbers. I would like to appreciate Bobby and his team (especially Mian) for their effort, cooperation and the quality service. Along with that rest of the departments (finance, delivery )also stands outstanding.

We recently bought a 2018 Honda Civic SI. Our salesman Zahir Manji was beyond amazing. He was helpful, listened to what we were looking for and didn t rush us into anything. Bought a Civic sport coupe and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The sales guy Johnny Ngo was great to deal with and I will gladly purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Service department is good and efficient and you drive through indoor for the servicing.

By Far the best experience i have ever had from a dealership. I noticed my 07 odyssey was pulling hard to the left as i was driving it home after purchasing it. I contacted T & T and they brought me back into the shop the next week and balanced all the tires and did an alignment effectively fixing the problem all at no cost to me. They even filed my tank for the trip back as i live out of town. Thanks T & T!

Fantastic service and knowledgable staffs!

Had to fix the rim of my car as I hit the curb so badly the last time it snows. They didnt just checked everything, they also explained to me their assessment in detail. I talked with Lance (the service rep guy) and we went to every detail of their findings, and explained to me the things that have to be done. Such a blessing for someone like me who is quite ignorant with cars.

Very nice service, neat place, knowledgable and respectful staffs. I will recommend this place without any second thought.

I didn't know what to expect walking into the used vehicle dept at T&T Honda, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service staff. T&T Honda on Barlow is one of the best dealerships I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Everytime I book an appointment, they are very speedy in getting me booked in for a date and time and every question I have about my car, even over the phone they walk me through how to figure out a solution. T&T Honda provides the best customer service and the people work there know their job and are very friendly. They are always willing to help the customers at any time. We have been with T&T Honda since 2003. We bought both our CRVs from there. We checked in other Honda dealers but no one can beat T&T in service and customer care. We are very happy with our car and the regular service they provide to our car and I definitely recommend T&T to my friends

I had a simple but infuriating problem with my radio. Small and insignificant, there is no benefit to
T and T Honda yet the service guy Ken was very patient and walked me through the steps to recover it over the phone. Despite having to go outside from my apartment, a few minute walk where we chatted pleasantly until I got in the car and followed his instructions and FIXED it he stayed with me until it was working.

Came to buy Honda Civic sedan and were helped by a nice lady Janice and Sid, I would suggest everyone to come see these nice people. Sid has an indepth knowledge of the product and explained the product very well, we even had doubts after signing the deal and he cleared all that. Janice was amazing as well. Really happy with the purchase.

You think when someone buys at $20,000 car from you they wouldn't hide the fact that there's a huge bleach stain on the carpet underneath all the other carpet they decided to cover with it. Also, told me I would get $100 for referring someone, yup never seen any of that, super disappointed and will never refer anyone here again.

Our experience was great at this dealership. Very unique from any previous dealerships we have dealt with. They were very welcoming and there was no pressure to buy. Our sales associate Robert Cheung was excellent, and very easy to work with. Warren Ta in finance was very personable and took the time to explain different options. Our vehicle was ready within 24 hours of purchase and ready to go. Thanks to Jordan for going through the many systems on the vehicle and making sure we were comfortable. His knowledge of the vehicle and presentation was excellent. I would highly recommend T&T Honda.

Salesperson (Maaz) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in the whole process from showing vehicles through follow-up.

Finance gal knew her stuff, did a good job finding us the lowest interest rate loan, had all the paperwork in place and expedited the process.

The delivery fellow gave us a great run through of all the vehicle's features.

The only minor goof was probably with the guys/gals doing the PDI. Someone in the process forgot to tighten the crossbars on the roof rack and it rattled all the way home. We weren't sure what was wrong with car since the roof did an excellent job amplifying the rattle. I later found the crossbars had all shifted to the rear of the roof rack and discovered the cause of the rattle.

We essentially hooked a tent trailer onto the Ridgeline the day after purchase and have now put 3,000 km on the vehicle with no problems. Rides wonderfully and has pep even with the tent trailer in tow.

One thing Honda could incorporate in their next Ridgeline is a lock on the tailgate. It is the only thing not secure on the vehicle.

Purchased our 2015 Tiguan from Ken Diana. Ken was thorough, kind, and thoughtful. This vehicle was for my wife and Ken made sure to keep his attention on her and what she was looking for which is very rare in the auto industry. We purchased during their Black Friday sale and got a killer deal. We were a little disappointed by our interaction with the sales manager on duty however are thrilled with our purchase and with Ken's service. Thanks again!

I was there for service of my car. They did an excellent job. After if left my car I was looking at new vehicles in their showroom. Honda really have astonishing car in their showroom. Their sales rep might need a bit training to be courteous while talking to customers. Really good cars sitting around some arrogant customer reps.

We had a very good experience when we purchased our used Honda at T&T. From the Product advisor Steve Sharma, the financial services Jenise Nguyen, the Delivery specialist Andrew Low-On and Sales manager Johnny Ngo, all were so friendly and helpful!!

I just bought a 2015 civic Si from Johnny Ngo.. and had minor problems with it.. had the towing company brought it to T&T Honda the other night and they immediately fixed it first thing in the morning.. Johnny assisted me throughout the whole process. Thanks Johnny! If you ever need anything always ask for Johnny he won t let you down and will always do his best to help you out in whatever way he can.

I took my Honda Civic to this place several times for regular servicing. Every time I took the car to them, I found a problem with the work that they did, such as tire pressure much higher than the specified in the car manual (3-5 psi more), damage to the wheel lug thread, tire installed in the wrong direction, etc... I was not going to write anything about these issues, but I changed my mind when I decided to recently change the oil myself. I found that the oil bolt was extremely tight, at least 5 to 10 times more tight than the torque specified in the car manual. After going through so much trouble to to try to get the bolt out (I had almost given up), I was able to remove it. I was wondering if they make mistakes on simple things like these, what about the more complex work? And their service is not cheap! I finally decided that I won't take my car to this place anymore!

The assistance of Mr. Johnny Ngo when I took out the car on January 2. 2018 was of great help. He gave his all in assisting me and my Mom with the compliance of requirements for the release of the car. He even took out his time for driving us to the Registry and the bank. Actually, I bought a certified Honda Civic 6 months ago and I am really happy with my car . It works satisfying like a new car . I appreciate of all the services and offers provided by Honda T&T ,particularly, the person who works as product adviser and kindly welcomes to the clients to figure out what is the best option.

Jeff Jimena helped me get a good experience for my annual service check up. Definitely recommended if you need a great service advisor to assist you.

I had appointment 11:20am to fix crab handlers. It is really easy to fix and taking about 10 mins to do it. However, i am still waiting cos they keep saying it will be in an hour and 15mins and now another half hour to wait. Their service is terrible. There is no point to make a reservation. I don't want to give them one star.

After 2hours..
Finally he said "We don't have part. Come again on monday"

They have great customer service but you pay the price for it in the bill. There shuttle driver Henry is exceptionally amazing he was one of the reason for the great experience.

They will always try to upsell stuff so be prepared to say no for the things you don't want

Horrible Service in service department.

Got my tires prebooked. Mark was the guy i was dealing with over the phone and he told me that they have 36 in stock and 4 of them are on hold for me. Then i also asked the about financing on those tires and i was told it can be done in few minutes when i bring my car in for change.

when i was dropping off my vehicle i asked service advisor about the financing and was told it can be done when i am here for the pickup. 1 hour after dropping off my vehicle i got a call that they don't have those tires in stock anymore but they have some other ones in stock. i had no option except for spending Couple of hundred dollars more on those as it was my work vehicle i needed those tires as i have to drive alot.

then when i came back for pickup i was handed a $1650 of bill and i was like i asked for financing. after trying couple of times they told me financing can't be done. It was randy who sat with me after office hours and sorted out my financing thing. those 2 stars are just for him.

All other dealerships are offering a ton of benefits with tire changes like rebates, free tire storage, store credit but i wasn't offered anything.

Trust me take your business somewhere else, even if you have honda other dealerships are offering way more benefits and are matching prices.

I recently purchased a 2017 Honda civic , i have liked it and was satisfied with the great service and great price i was given by Ilyas -sales person- and Kelvin - financial analyst-, who explained everything clearly to me. thank you guys for the good services.

Very disappointed!
I called 2 times yesterday and 3 times the day before yesterday to speak to a service agent in order for servicing my Honda car and potential maintenance . I also left a message you may check. On my 4th attempt the switchboard operator named Julia ( she is very helpful) transferred the number to the service manager and again it was a voice message.

In fact nobody returned my call.

I don't want to be mean but I found this place is very unprofessional in terms of customer service.

Every action to be taken was explained to me. My questions were answered. Shuttle vehicle was made available on time. The attendant was friendly.

Just traded in my car and financed a new vehicle. The team went above and beyond to get me what I wanted within my budget. Definitely the best customer service in the city ! October 2020

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic with the help of Zahir Manji at T&T Honda. Zahir was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the car. He was respectful for my need to take a day to review all the information. There was no pressure to purchase... he simply said to call him when I was ready. That was a refreshing behaviour and made the difference in where I chose to purchase this car. Other dealerships were unnecessarily aggressive.

Maricel in Finance is very efficient at processing the paperwork and makes a dry task very pleasant.

My experience at T & T Honda was phenomenal! Such a friendly staff and very honest with their vehicle history and pricing. Arjit helped me with my vehicle and he was great. We were there for about 4 hours test driving and viewing cars, Arjit helped us the entire time. Not once did he step away to do something else.

What a waste of time . I cant beileve what a rude customer service there is . I went to look at the used truck it was really nice truck but when the sales man (Charlie Vo ) asked me to put the offer and when i gave my offer instead of saying no its to low he just said have a nice day it sort of feel like he is saying get out . I dont know how can this big reputable company like T&T Honda can hire these type of sales man where they dont even know how to talk to the customer . Please if anybody have to go there dont ever deal with that sales man (Charlie Vo).

Good service, fast turnaround. I bought the service package so it s essentially just bring in the truck and they do the service.

I was looking for a SUV preferably a Jeep but price was to high so I talked to Johnny. He was very helpful and knew what I wanted . I settled on a 2014 Nissan pathfinder (loaded) but I had no idea how much gas it used OMG . After the sale was finale he still acknowledge me when I went to t&t Honda which was very nice . I recommend Johnyy as a sale man plz look for him he knows how to sell a car. !

I had to bring back my Nissan due to financial situation and they (johnny ) found me exactly what I was looking for them Nathan helped me with the finance and got me a good payment that works for me . All and all they were patience with me and we did it within 3 days ..I love them at T &T and will always return and I defiantly recommend them.

Not only did they wash my car the day after I washed it, but they said they'd be 3 hours. 45 minutes later they said they were done. Pretty impressive. Staff were fantastic. You could almost eat off the floor in there. Everyone had a smile who worked there. Rather shocked.

The Service Department at TNT Honda were very efficient. Scott and his team at the Service Dept. particularly John C. Were very helpful in getting my car in a timely manner. Also accmodated my request in arranging a loaner car so I can do my errands for the day. Great work guys! Good Service!

Service department sucks no star Car wash not done proper, they told me that they will wash the engine as there was oil spray but when came to pick up I opened the hood was not washed and the guy was liked they washed it better think before you come here.

I always go to their express oil change service. I don't need to make an appointment. When the oil change is due, I just go any day and anytime during business hours whenever I'm in the area. Just wait for an hour or so and it's done. This is very convenience. The service is fast and the advisers and technician are knowledgeable and friendly.

An employee in the delivery center helped me load a set of tires without asking and had an amazing attitude, the customer service he showed was exceptional and I would come back for that reason. Don't know his name but he was wearing blue and directing the cars where to park in the bay.

My wife I have purchased 2 cars from here and both times have been great. Zahir and Eve were great and Ramy was helpful in explaining all the features on our new Honda Civic. Will be back for sure and recommend as well.

A few weeks ago, I had been around the city looking for a new vehicle, and out of the 7 dealerships I went to that day, T&T Honda was hands down the most professional and polite. Their energy was light and inviting. Even during the negotiation process Darren was attentive, patient, and easy to talk to. Each step of my purchase, Duane, Darren, Jenise and Ramy were exceptional and the customer service was beyond. I felt so taken care of!
