Salesperson (Maaz) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in the whole process from showing vehicles through follow-up.

Finance gal knew her stuff, did a good job finding us the lowest interest rate loan, had all the paperwork in place and expedited the process.

The delivery fellow gave us a great run through of all the vehicle's features.

The only minor goof was probably with the guys/gals doing the PDI. Someone in the process forgot to tighten the crossbars on the roof rack and it rattled all the way home. We weren't sure what was wrong with car since the roof did an excellent job amplifying the rattle. I later found the crossbars had all shifted to the rear of the roof rack and discovered the cause of the rattle.

We essentially hooked a tent trailer onto the Ridgeline the day after purchase and have now put 3,000 km on the vehicle with no problems. Rides wonderfully and has pep even with the tent trailer in tow.

One thing Honda could incorporate in their next Ridgeline is a lock on the tailgate. It is the only thing not secure on the vehicle.
