Had an amazing experience when i financed my first 2 cars through TNT Honda. My 3rd experience hasnt been as good as my first 2 so for that reason i have given only 3stars. As a returning customer i would expect a little more. Unfortunately this was not the case and this might be my last time financing through TNT Honda. Harry and Kelvin are amazing guys to deal with 100% recommend anyone to deal with them. But those add on warranties and protections are just useless and a waste of $$$. They look for little ways to void your warranties when you actually need to it and thats a shame.

My tire is leaking air because a nail had punctured it about a year ago. At the time, a service adviser told me the tire should be fine but I would probably have to return again to have it re-patched. On Tuesday, I called T&T Honda Service Center (twice) to see if I could bring in my car to do just that - have the tire re-patched but no one answered. They were busy, I understand, so I left a detailed message including my contact information. It is now Thursday and I haven't received a call back.

Jas, Rick and Jenise were fantastic. They made buying a new(used) car as pain free as possible. They were helpful, reasonable and helped me to understand. Thank you :)

We purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring from T and T Honda. The Salesman that assisted us through the entire process from initial inquiry to driving away was Ilyas Muhammad (Sales). He was professional, courteous, efficient and always delivered what he promised!

My wife and I did not have a long time to negotiate and I had asked to not have the run around (typical back and forth negotiation tactic that some dealerships do) and everyone involved in streamlining this respected our wish. Illyas then introduced us to Alan Kambeitz (New Car Sales Manager) who was professional and very friendly to take us to the next step of the process. Once this step was completed we were introduced to Kelvin Hur (Finance Manager) and words can't describe how efficient and professional he was with knowing and respecting what our needs were.

When picking up the car, everything was organized and ready as promised. Kyle took us through all the details of the car and was a wealth of knowledge.

Thank you everyone at T and T Honda for the excellent service, professional and friendly staff, we were treated like family and it was genuine!!!

I went there to replace my low beam bulb. SO I asked John Crombleholme, service advisor and he said he can replace it for me without any service charge and without any appointment. This is one of the best customer service experience I ever had. Thank you. I am really proud that I bought my car from T&T.

I had baught a 4 year old used car from T& T,they hide the mechanical problems,with in a three month I had change the radiator pump,at that time mechanic find engine leak,the accountant Jenise Nguyen was tactfully signing unwanted add ons,so when ever she is in place to be careful, overall not a trusted place to buy any used cars

Sent my Acura for service in early May and had a very pleasant experience with Colin. He was very friendly, helpful and answered my questions in a professional manner, and the whole process was efficient and cost-effective. Would always recommend T&T as the top choice for service if you have a Honda or Acura.

I had one of the worst purchase experience with T&T Honda. I dealt with Sidarth. I had opted for a Hond Civic Touring fully loaded Civic especially with lane detection. We were quite clear with what we needed, and just trusted these sales folks, signed all the papers and when we got the car, it does not have lane detection, parking sensors the features that we specifically asked. I contacted back Sidarth on the same day when the car was picked and it was still parked in T&T parking lot. I asked him to take back the car and I will go for another with all options that I needed and I shocked when Sidarth tole that I will lose 6000$ to 7000$, imagine this car is still in their parking lot, I have not taken possession of it. I will attach the screen shot message from the sales that I got. DO NOT BELIEVE T&T HONDA. They lie through their teeth, sales folks have been trained to cheat and loot customers. Atrocious and pathetic service. Stay away from this dealership. I am planning to approach the lawyer to take them to court and AMVIC service Alberta. Worst dealership in town STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOOTERS. Now let public decide what is to be done with these kind of looting, utter shame on you T&T Honda. I give you minus 5 star

Very cold response. Poor Customer service. No one acknowledged us walking. I walked around for a few minutes trying to get anyone s attention before someone Asked if i was helped. He was standing ideal by a table and waited for me reach him. Felt unwelcomed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went to this dealership about a week ago, and wasnt impressed with service. We spoke to a little asian lady in a corner office. We told her we were there to test drive and purchase the 2020 honda accord right out. While she was doing the paperwork, she came back and said "oh, I forgot we need a credit card in order to test drive any of the vehicles" (which was a first I ever heard, and she didnt seem very confident saying) decided to take my 60k to silverhill acura, and purchased a far more luxery vehicle with friendly staff that don't eye you head to toe.

Honestly, i bought honda accord 2017 at this location. Sales part staffs were nice.
But i dont want to recommend for service.

For changing engine oil and inspections.
I used service for 3times at here

Recently my friend(auto mechanic)checked my engine filter. He told me he is so suprised at this. It looks like never changed after purchase.

So disappointed.dont trust them. Never!!!!!!

Although my diagnostics did not yield the answer I was hoping for, the staff at T&T Honda, and especially my service adviser (John C.) were all very professional and courteous. I would recommend T&T Honda.

I recently purchased a new Civic from T&T Honda and I had a great experience. Although I live in Edmonton, the entire process was very smooth! I spoke with Arjit via text. He was straightforward, responsive, and very patient with me. When I picked up my vehicle, Jarret walked me through all of its features. Going from a 2008 to a 2020 Civic was a huge change, but I left feeling confident thanks to him. Lastly, Jenise helped me with financing and she was amazing! One might argue financing is the least fun part of buying a new vehicle, but she was so down to earth and made the process so easy to navigate. I really appreciate the staff's transparency. I left with all of my questions answered and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. Highly recommend!

BEWARE! The published price plus GST and AMVIC fee are all that one is required to pay for a vehicle. Ad - ons and extras are optional. A salesperson told me a $499 ad-on security package was required. This is not so. When I complained, the dealership corrected the problem but a complaint and correction should not be required to make a sale right. The Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council (AMVIC) is the oversight agency for vehicle sales if one is not satisfied with a dealership.

I have been going to T&T Honda for all servicing done on my 2013 Civic since I purchased the car new.
I always have a great experience. The staff are very efficient and professional, the service is excellent and the facility is spotless.
In this time of uncertainty, I can count on T&T Honda to look after me and my vehicle.

I didn't wind up buying a car here, as they didn't have quite what I was looking for (hence: I'm not qualified to give all five stars). Had I not been so picky, I would have gladly purchased here: great selection (several cars that were very close to what I needed), great experience with Duane. I'll definitely check here next time I'm in the market!

I've always had great service at tnt Honda. I do believe that they go above and beyond for their customers! I'm never dissapointed. All the employees are friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to everyone out there!

We *almost* bought a certified used Civic from T&T Honda a few months ago but didn t at the end. Like other used car buyers who have done research before buying, we have some ideas of what prices are reasonable for cars of certain age and mileage. After we decided on a car we like, we went through some back and forth negotiations to try to get the asking price down to an amount we could accept. At the end, the sales manager s asking price and our offer came close but the discount wasn t enough so we left that Saturday night without buying.
T&T Honda would have received a 4 star review for this initial experience if the story had ended there but the story didn t end there and 3 stars were taken off for the subsequent bad experiences.
So later that Saturday night after some thinking, we decided to accept the manger s asking price and were ready to visit the dealership on Monday to buy the car given it was closed on Sunday.
To our surprise and dismay/disgust, we saw the price of the car jacked up by $400 that Sunday morning! Sure, a company is always free to charge whatever price it thinks it could get away with on any product but it definitely left a bad taste seeing the price jacked up like that. 1.5 stars were taken off.
Some weeks later, another potential Civic came up for sale at T&T but its CarProof report wasn t uploaded yet on the first day so I called and talked to a sales person who promised to get and email me the CarProof report in 5 minutes. He never emailed that CarProof report nor called back. Later I saw the CarProof report uploaded online listing a Fire Claim of $6,000+ plus two collision claims (over $1,000 each)!!! One wonders if that was the reason the CarProof report was never emailed? Shouldn t be too hard to keep a promise when one was made to a potential customer? Another 1.5 stars were taken off here, making this a 1 star review.
By the way, we ended up buying a Civic at a dealership outside of Calgary with much better experience. The nice, patient, dedicated and professional salesperson answered all our questions knowledgeably and emailed the full service history of the car as requested, etc etc so it was a pleasure buying our Honda from him at this outside of Calgary dealership!

A service guy Anthony recommended me to Darren who is an awesome salesman, very straight forward and doesn't try to include hidden fees, very patient and helpful. While he was on vacation, his manager ,Alan, helped me out and answered my countless emails so I also appreciated his patience.

Zahir is also an awesome salesman, he took me on a test drive in the Honda CRV , went over the important details and answered all my questions.

Overall , the team at TandT Honda are incredible, they take the time to walk through the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle with no hidden fees or surprises . I would highly recommend anyone to shop at this location if you want incredible service from a service rep such as Anthony or an incredible team of salesman !

I had not entered a new car dealership for a long time and it was kind of an intimidating experience but Zahir and Brandon welcomed me just as if I was a long time customer there. 3-4 days later I had in my hands the keys of my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t and I'm the happiest guy in town. Thank you T&T Honda and Thank you Zahir!

Had a awesome experience with the salesman Dave Long. I went there to look at a car and ended up buying a brand new pilot. Wasn't even planning on it since I had a trade in that I thought it would be impossible to get out of. Several months after, went back just to look at a SI for fun. Ended up buying one of those too. Had problems with rail dust. Came in one day. Him and his manager looked at it real quick. Got me a free car for the day and fixed everything right away.

It has been a pleasure working with the staff at T&T Honda thus far. My experiences with T&T Honda have been so far so great.

Came in to the showroom aiming to purchase a vehicle. 3 salespersons were all standing around laughing with each other, and didn't even acknowledge our existence as we entered even though they weren't busy assisting other customers. We looked over the CR-V on the floor for about 15 minutes and still received no acknowledgement or help from staff, so we left. Last time I checked, money is money - and ours was apparently good enough for Kramer Mazda where we were helped almost instantly upon arriving and subsequently ended up purchasing our vehicle there instead. I no longer require help from your customer service team, but thanks for the extremely delayed offer.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Sales was prompt, experienced and knowledgeable on the used car I purchased. They went the extra mile to ensure that the vehicle was flawlessly detailed inside and out, it still had that new car smell! They took care of me while I waited and drove me to the licensing office. I bought a Toyota from a Honda dealer. When I wasn't sure if the car was right for my needs and put a deposit on another vehicle they were happy to help. I ended up cancelling that deal and keeping the Toyota. They are understanding, empathetic and reasonable; rare traits found in car dealers today. Thank you for the amazing service!

Got my Civic serviced here for the first time yesterday and all the staff very very helpful and gave me updates throughout the servicing to let me know what they had found and how much longer it would take. The price I was quoted was what I paid and they didn't pressure me into getting anything done that wasn't necessary. Will be bringing my car here from now on!

Waiting room is lacking considering the competition. Only coffee no teas. I went in for an oil change and B maintenance. It was almost $400 and that was with a discount. I thought they were a little over priced. I waited for my car. So for 2 hours it was $400. The only parts was a bulb replacement for my back light.

I stopped by T&T Honda for a warranty question (Brand New Car).They asked me to bring my car to the back but before I could they realized I did not purchase the car from them they said that there was no warranty for my issue and that was it. I called Honda Canada who said I can go to any dealership and they will open a case for my issue and begin a review and notified me there is in fact a 60,000KM warranty.

I was planning to bring my car to T&T Honda for my regular maintenance but after this unfriendly customer experience I will gladly go elsewhere in Calgary.

I purchased my first used car from T & T Honda a couple of days ago. The sales person Charlie was extremely friendly, helpful and honest in guiding me through my options, for models, years, price ranges, packages, etc. He was very patient and spent a long time making sure that I understood the ins and outs of buying a used car. Upon purchasing, the sales manager Jonny was the most straight forward honest manager I ve ever interacted with. Their used car mechanic Crispin went above and beyond to sort out some mechanics person I honest had no clue about.

The finance person, Eve was also very helpful and patient, taking time to explain all of the steps and options involved in purchasing my vehicle. She was very personable and went above and beyond in providing great service!

These people at Honda T & T took a genuine interest in my wants and needs and met me at my own level of expertise... which was zero. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them!

New to Calgary, came from Vancouver BC. Great service! First, the shuttle service was superb. The place I live is Redstone, 15 km away from this T&T Honda but the driver drove me round trip door to door...for free! Never had that kind of service in Vancouver.
And most importantly, Ken Windsor, the service advisor, you can count on him. He's there to greet anyone and makes anyone feel comfortable.

Experience was excellent. As usual the staff and employees of t&t Honda really do put their absolutle best foot forward in assuring that the customers needs are met. Friendly and curtous its actually become a joy going back rather than a headache.

I bought my Civic from T&T just over a year ago, and I love it. The staff is always so friendly, and are quick to help when I need them. Every appointment I've had for servicing, they were able to get my car done sooner than expected. Will definitely continue to bring my car here, and will probably buy the next one here as well!

It was always been working with T&T Honda however in past few experiences I have couple of suggestions.
1. Increase in Loaner vehicles.
2. Shuttles needs to be more considering customer's Working hours as well as Last shuttle is too early in a day and that too limited pickup points nothing for customers working little bit out of Downtown.
3. I had to rent a car from Enterprise but it was sad to see that there was no counter for Enterprise that used to be there. so I had to hop into shuttle which dropped me at the Enterprise and then while returning vehicle I had to rely on Enterprise guys to drop me back to the showroom for picking up my Car. it was too much on that day.

Its my first time to get a service for my honda civic and it was amazing, the customer service is verry good in a since that it was a recall only but they did also a pre inspection for the car.

I bought my first car and the second car here. The salesperson Danny Deng is a very patient person. The service and attitude are first-rate. Honda s cars are more fuel efficient.

Recently, I decided to trade in my 2000 Honda Civic SI and look for something new. I loved this car, since it gave me 8 years of almost maintanance free performance. But like any car, at some point it becomes time to upgrade. I weighed out the pro's and con's of leasing verses financing and after a fair bit of research i discovered that Leasing seemed to make the most sense for me and my lifestyle. I started talking to another dealership which promised to provide me with everything I wanted and I excitedly put a deposit down on a vehicle. I unfortunately seemed to be pushed to the side since it seemed to take them days to get back to me only to eventually tell me that the vehicle I wanted was not available. I decided to give T & T Honda a call. I was quickly directed to speak with someone in Public relations which informed me that the exact vehicle I was looking for, including color, was available and on the lot ready for me to test drive. I took the afternoon off work to Head to T&T to test drive a 2012 Honda Civic SI coupe. As to be expected I instantly loved this car! The process from that point on was streamlined. We worked out the paperwork and finalized a price. All the leg work including transfering my registration and coordinating with my insurance was taken care of by T&T Honda. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpfull and amazing. I honestly couldnt' ask for a better service experience from a dealership. Thanks T & T Honda !! You will always have my business from now on ! :)

So I took my mother into t and t Honda to purchase a new vehicle. We met Johnny Ngo who I personally called to setup an appointment to view the Honda CR-V. Johnny was very professional who answered all our questions honestly, he is very informed and he got her a great deal on a 2020 model. I would recommend Johnny to anyone who is going to purchase a vehicle at t and t as he is straight forward and he comes through for you. For my next car I would most likely buy from him.
