I visited different Honda dealerships before making the final call to buy the Honda Pilot from T and T Honda and got one of the best deals in Calgary. The best thing about my experience is the customer service experience. I had few bad experiences as well at couple of other dealerships regarding customer service, but T and T stood outstanding in customer service and I was impressed with their service. The difference where they stand out from other dealerships is they were not trying to sell the car to me(I meant they were not behaving like the sales people), they were trying to make me understand the different features of the car rather than just trying to make the sale. I hate it when the salesperson is just thinking from the point of sale rather than making me understand what are the features and benefits or drawbacks. At other dealerships they just tried to talk about the numbers, but here most of the time we talked about the car and once I got the insight that we are going to buy Honda Pilot then we started talking about the numbers. Until and unless I am not satisfied with the product why do I wanna even talk about numbers. I would like to appreciate Bobby and his team (especially Mian) for their effort, cooperation and the quality service. Along with that rest of the departments (finance, delivery )also stands outstanding.
