He returned to his desk, logged in again, checked me in for the service and repair work. There was no shuttle and he offered to drive me home. He kept in constant touch, communicating frequent updates on progress with the work being carried out on my vehicle throughout and eventually checked me out. The staff here are awesome, they are extremely friendly and welcoming. This was one of the best experiences I've had bringing my car for service at a dealership in terms of their staff. Where they fell short I found was booking my car in for an hour long service apt over the phone, so I arranged no ride, but the service taking 3ish hours to complete due to there being a line to get the car into the service bay despite the apt. The staff at T&T Honda were very straightforward about this being the case when I arrived, I just wish when I had called in to make the apt that I received the same honesty.

Didn't make the purchase however dealing with Darren @ T&T Honda was great. He was very professional and respectful of the the process.

I bought a new ( over $54,000.00 ) Honda Ridgeline ( 2017 ) at T & T Honda & was told that all my oil changes would be FREE ( no charge ) as long as I own the Ridgeline . Well I took the Ridgeline in for my first FREE oil change & was asked by the service advisor ( Rachel Sayer ) if I wanted my brakes cleaned & inspected. The cost to clean & inspect my brakes would cost me $ 215.00 & if I didn't agree to have my brakes cleaned MY FREE oil change would now cost ME $ 64.48 . I have been driving cars & trucks since 1967 & have never paid $ 215.00 to have my brakes cleaned on a vehicle that only has 24,000 kms. on it , in fact I have never paid to have my brakes cleaned . So I paid the $ 64.48 to have my FREE oil change & that will be the last time I buy a vehicle at T & T Honda or ever go in for MY FREE OIL CHANGE.... WARNING .... , Do not fall for their FREE OIL CHANGE B.S. .The sales people never told me I would have to pay $ 215.00 for brake cleaning in order to receive my FREE oil change. . I HAVE checked high & low through the Manufactures operators manual & NO WHERE did it recommend that I have my brakes CHECKED & CLEANED when I have my first oil change . This is just a money grab by T & T Honda.

So, I have been invited by Blair for just refinancing my pilot , and as I expected they offered a trade-in to have a lower interest rate , then he referred me to a second guy with an attitude told me a much higher payments with high interest rate , and they didn't respect what I told about wasting time .

Marianne was wonderful helping to purchase my pre-owned Subaru Impreza. Some how the windshield and rear window got scratched up during the cleaning process and they had them both replaced very promptly with no fuss or hassle today the day after I picked up the car. Definitely recommend this dealership.

I just wanted to say a sincere thank you to Scott and Danielle! I've read a lot of comments on Google review for Honda dealerships in Calgary and some of the encounters are downright scary, but you won't see any of that at T&T Honda. I've been here a few times now and every time they do a pretty good job. In 2017 April my battery went out and Danielle suggested I talk to Scott, who's one of the best service manager, not just for Honda but any dealership ever. He said "We'll take care of you like family" and so they did. They checked my battery, replaced it and even took the time to do a quick spot check on the entire electric charging system as well as all the fluids in the car. Scott is honest, funny and most importantly he live up to his realistic promises. He really is an asset to both the customers and the dealership. I'll return to T&T Honda for everything I need and I sure hope to buy my next car there as well. Excellent!!! Well done!!!

My salesman Maaz was very gracious and professional, the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a five is because I wishI would have viewed the terms of the transfer of warranty more closely. The fact I live in west Calgary makes it very difficult and time consuming for me to service the vehicle at Tand T Honda. I paid $500 dollars for this and I am conserved it is a condition that is too difficult to meet.
I am happy with the car and everything that came with the car but don't know how I can meet these conditions at a cost of $500. That price can buy a lot of oil and filters and no extra time spent taking car to TandT Honda. If you have some suggestions that will help me remove the pain of thi, I am open to hear them.

I have a very good experience with Sales rep Frankie, Maas and Mohammed who ultimately convinced me to go in favour of Honda instead of Subaru. Streamlined test drive experience and friendly reception.

Considering the current pandemic restrictions and safety measures, my recent oil change appointment for my Honda CR/V Touring was done effectively, in a timely matter. The showroom and service reception areas were continually thoroughly cleaned/disinfected. I trust the complimentary coffee in a new waiting lounge and car wash will be offered again once the Covid19 issues are behind us.

Service department is very professional. Their shuttle bus service to downtown is awesome.

I bought a pre-owned car 3 years ago with TNT Honda. I had e small issue with my door at the time and it became worse with time. 2 weeks ago I contacted TNT Honda asking if they could help me with this issue since I did report the problem in the very beginning. During my first attempts the person answering my emails was not very helpful and simply stopped answering to my emails. I wrote an email to TNT Honda and 20 min after I hit send the manager Rick called me. He listened to my whole story and right away booked me in to have my problem resolved. They covered the service fee and were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. That was the first issue I had with them since I bought my car. We always run into little bumps like this one and it's normal. But what makes the difference is the way the situation is corrected. Rick and TNT Honda did really well and I will definitely keep bringing my business to them.

Our Sales Rep was very friendly and helped us find alternatives for our financial situation. His Manager got involved for more alternatives and we managed to find a solution that worked for us (we spent about 2 hours discussing options).
Our Sales Rep went personally to pick up my vehicle registration when they transferred my registration. He is a very proactive Sales Rep and I would recommend him to other people.
The Finance Manager made getting approved very easy. He did all the work and contacted me as late as 9pm to return the voice mail I left at 6pm the same day. All I had to do was speak to my Insurance company and he did everything else.
The Delivery guys seemed a bit rushed (talked pretty fast) while going through the options of the vehicle, etc on the pick up day but were still very friendly and helpful in setting up the Bluetooth and answering my questions. I'm thinking this had to do with them having a fully booked day for deliveries. They were all very personable guys and made it a very exciting experience to pick up the new car.

Went as walk in and met Abe. Very knowledgeable n pleasant personality. He told me about how T&T works and he is going to get me best deal. I trusted him so started working on numbers. Went there with my wife to sign and then saw another face of Abe. He was rushing wanted me to sign but then I did my research too and I saw he backed off from what ever deal he gave me infact he was overcharging me. He told me he is giving me best deal and called his manager bec he saw I am not buying his BS. I told him lets use computer and whatever deal you are giving me see it online and guess what Online Honda price was cheaper then what he was giving me. Now to save his face Mark told me another BS but by then they knew they have lost me. So I said goodbye and left. Thank God Saved

I dropped off my car for servicing on a warranty issue and I must say my service advisor was great. I can't stress enough how efficient and helpful he was. I bought a used vehicle in May of 2020, during the pandemic. The service during these unprecedented times was phenomenal and the whole experience went smoothly. Eve, the finance manager, helped to get things set up and it ended up costing even a little less than originally thought, and she was fantastic. Mohnish was our salesperson and he was very honest, friendly, and straightforward. The dealership was extremely clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thanks T and T!

Absolutely wrong sales perspective by the sales manager Rick. I put deposit for the car so, they can hold it for me for a test drive a day later. They also agreed that they will give some discount . Anyhove, They discounted the price 1.25% off the sales price of $31,999.00. which is $400. And the reason he explain to us:
There is another offer for this vehicle on the table. And he is ready to pay the full price. So, my offer of $31,300.00 rejected by this gentleman very UNPROFESSIONALLY.
What a waste of beautiful afternoon.
P.s: I am not even sure they can offer the car to another person while it is reserved.

2nd vehicle from T & T, I love these guys! Picked up my new Crv in February! Sunny Sharma was amazing through the whole sales process while keeping me constantly up to date with the process of the sale. While Kelvin in finance helped me get an amazing rate! When I picked up the vehicle, the guys that took take of the delivery (I can't remember there names) they were exceptional and explained all the features of the new suv. I was always recommend T & T to all my friends & family.

Danny was recommended to me by a coworker. I arrived at the dealership this morning, on a Saturday, with no appointment. Danny was immediately available and spent three hours going over every detail of the car I was interested in. Any doubt I may have had about the car I wanted to buy was addressed in such a way that after three hours, I signed the papers. I am now the proud owner of a new Honda Civic! His friendly attitude and experience with Honda products is impeccable, and that is the reason I purchased the car. I would refer anyone looking for a vehicle, to contact Danny.

I love this place. Hands down friendlier and way more service oriented that any of the other Honda dealers in town. I bought both of my cars new at other Honda dealers here in Calgary, the first because it was their showroom model and the second through an insurance company which dealt with the entire purchase, and I promptly returned to T&T both times for all of my service and repair work. Highly recommend advanced appointments. They are crazy busy.

My first experience at T & T Honda was absolutely fantastic! I showed up for my first service, I was guided to the service bay by a friendly woman and helped right away by knowledgable staff. When they found out it was my first time the man gave me a tour so that I felt comfortable at their location. PLUS they were done my service sooner than expected. Super easy process. I will DEFINITELY be back. Highly recommend.

I bought some windshield rubbers last time that I was there. It was really great for them not to charge excessively for those parts. I heard that dealerships always tend to charge more than other spare parts stores. It was not the case with the windshield rubbers.

Very professionally conducted and well organized for smooth experience. The service adviser was good and the shuttle driver was very polite. A very comforting experience I am definitely coming back

Was really impressed with the great customer service by service advisor Raji toor. I was in t&t honda for my type b service and my wait time was 4 hours because of the covid they had no shuttle service but Raji tried for the loaner car but all of them were booked. She had great customer service with the nice smile on her face thank you raji for your great customer service.

Edit: 2016-05-18: Jim Lo, the Service Manager stepped up to the plate regarding the issue with my 09 Si which was purchased from T&T Honda. He was very sympathetic with my situation. He changed the transmission fluid (at no charge) to see if that would alleviate my issue. I really appreciated that. I wonder though, if T&T could bring my file to Honda Canada as my second gear synchros are worn compared to the other gears. Being that I bought a 1 owner, CPO car from T&T with low kms, I'm disappointed that I have to live with a bad second gear unless I'm willing to shell out several thousand to have the transmission taken apart. A goodwill repair for my second gear would really be the right thing to do. I paid good money for this car and shouldn't have this issue after 1 year of ownership with such low mileage.

Went in to go see honda accord and honda civic. One of the representatives came to use to help but what ever we would say he'd counter addict and then after a test drive started to argue with my uncle over us saying that can u email us the info of the car we saw and he just started answering us rider and ruder saying that this is the only car and basically forcing us to buy it right there on the spot and when I finally told him I just want the info in a louder voice and the guys like just take a picture and leave and at that point I will never suggest anyone to come to t&t honda

Took my car in to get an oil change and a tire swap. When I picked up my car my driver side window was not working. When my boyfriend went in to ask what happened to my car the mechanic proceeded to tell him that he took a part off my car to put on another vehicle. I then had to take my car back on a different day to get them to fix it. I also noticed a few scratches and chips on my car that were not there before I dropped my car off. Needless to say I will not be back to get my services done at this location anymore.

My honda was broken into and the ignition damaged. We called a week ago requesting a quote for my insurance claim and was told we'd get a call back when the right mechanic was in. We haven't received a call and have left two additional messages, so I am pretty disappointed with the service. I won't be taking my car here, just in case they fix cars the same way the answer phone calls (poorly).

Last few visits at their service department was fast and easy, always a pleasant experience.

Took in our Honda Pilot for its first service at T&T. Our Service Advisor Mike was great to deal with. Made the whole process smooth and easy. Even though we bought the vehicle from an out of town dealership, the service at T&T was exceptional. Daniel in Parts was also very helpful and friendly. This will be our go to dealership for service and maybe our next vehicle in the future.

Looking for and purchasing a new vehicle had become an ordeal for me, rather than pleasure. I had absolutely zero knowledge of cars and didn't know exactly what I wanted. Overall great efficient and friendly service, though going in for a free recall and ending up with $1100 worth of service was a bit painful. To be fair the civic definitely need some service since it hadn't been used in a while... still, that kinda was a large hit to wallet.

Brought car in for a tire change. Quoted two hours wait. They decided to do a warranty repair without telling me. Been 3.5 hours now. Car is done and now there's no one at the desk to pay for my service. What I fun day! #sarcasm

Marianne, the sales representative, was attentive and helpful but Duane, the manager, was very rude. While I was asking him for a better price, as any customer would, Duane told me, "Honestly, I want to sell that car to a more deserving customer". That statement was so uncalled for, unprofessional and utterly rude. When I was about to leave, I was told that he wanted to apologize but he wanted me to come to him. What?! Really?! I was shocked and at a loss for words. No customer deserves to be treated like this. I really liked the car that I picked and ready to make a downpayment but because of this manager, I am taking my business somewhere else.

I must say Nathan, finance manager, has such a great experience in helping with all the financial needs. As we hear first impression is the last impression.. I had that thing with Duane sales manager, such a great experience with him. Last but not the least..i met Ramy and Jordan on delivery of my car, awesome guys...Jordan, so nice of him..helped me in understanding the whole functioning of the car. Overall.. Awesome customer service from the service department, lost my wheel lock from my last visit, came back this morning to have my wheels retorque, they replaced my wheel lock and have my wheels retorqued in no time. Thanks to Raji & Scott.

My boyfriend and I just purchased our new Honda Crosstour and we absolutely love it. We couldn't have made a better and more informed decision without the help of Rick and his team at T&T Honda. I bought a Honda CRV from this dealership with 30,000 km on it. I figured I'd save myself some money by buying slightly used. So I purchased a 2 year old car. It turned out to be the most expensive car I ever had and even when I sold it, I had to pay the bank $9000 out of my pocket. One on the reasons? Because T&T Swapped the tires! I didn't look at the tires carefully (learned this lesson!) and they were about 15-20% so with in about 4 months of owning this CRV I ended up having to shell out another $1200 for new tires. Tires do not wear out this quick so its clear they switched them. Even if that isnt true, this is. I would take my car in for oil changes. One time after doing the service pack 2 in which I paid a small fortune for, I received my car back and there was a major rattle in the car. They also rotated the tires (new ones) and one of the balances were removed so it had a major wobble and a vibration that sounded like the car was near death! I complained to the owner and he had them fix all the issues for free, but they wasted so much time. To me I learned two things. ALWAYS CHECK THE TIRES and also its a CONFLICT OF INTEREST to get your oil changes done at a dealership, especially this one because they just might mess with your car. This one proved to me that they mess with their cars. I do not trust them at all and would never ever go to T&T Honda again even if the cars were free.
