I took my Honda Civic to this place several times ...

I took my Honda Civic to this place several times for regular servicing. Every time I took the car to them, I found a problem with the work that they did, such as tire pressure much higher than the specified in the car manual (3-5 psi more), damage to the wheel lug thread, tire installed in the wrong direction, etc... I was not going to write anything about these issues, but I changed my mind when I decided to recently change the oil myself. I found that the oil bolt was extremely tight, at least 5 to 10 times more tight than the torque specified in the car manual. After going through so much trouble to to try to get the bolt out (I had almost given up), I was able to remove it. I was wondering if they make mistakes on simple things like these, what about the more complex work? And their service is not cheap! I finally decided that I won't take my car to this place anymore!
