Horrible Service in service department.

Got my tires prebooked. Mark was the guy i was dealing with over the phone and he told me that they have 36 in stock and 4 of them are on hold for me. Then i also asked the about financing on those tires and i was told it can be done in few minutes when i bring my car in for change.

when i was dropping off my vehicle i asked service advisor about the financing and was told it can be done when i am here for the pickup. 1 hour after dropping off my vehicle i got a call that they don't have those tires in stock anymore but they have some other ones in stock. i had no option except for spending Couple of hundred dollars more on those as it was my work vehicle i needed those tires as i have to drive alot.

then when i came back for pickup i was handed a $1650 of bill and i was like i asked for financing. after trying couple of times they told me financing can't be done. It was randy who sat with me after office hours and sorted out my financing thing. those 2 stars are just for him.

All other dealerships are offering a ton of benefits with tire changes like rebates, free tire storage, store credit but i wasn't offered anything.

Trust me take your business somewhere else, even if you have honda other dealerships are offering way more benefits and are matching prices.
