I went in to get a quote for brake pads and rotors for my 05 Si and the parts manager (I can't remember the name) checked if I was part of the Takata airbag recall, turned out I was. After printing off a quote he escorted me over to Damon the Service Adviser and he was able to book me in right away and told me the car would be ready by the time I was done work (I work half a block away) which was super convenient.
I was in and out within 15 minutes with more information and help than I was expecting. T&T Honda will be my home store for all my car needs. Thanks guys!

Honestly speaking our first visit was not that great. However, their sales representative Saif Jadoon and Bobby khanna tried their best to meet our requirements and made the deal in sebsequent visit. Both of them were very cooperative and helped me out at every step of buying the vehicle. No pressure tactics have been used though. No hidden price and no surprise at all even at penny level. Finance representative Eve also done a good job and explained all the documentation very well. Her paper work was complete before our arrival every time we met her. No wastage of time. I must say that she is very professional in her work. In the last step , our experience was pleasant when the car was handed over. He explained almost all major things related with new technology. Overall fantastic experience at the end. 10/10.

I just bought a Honda Accord 2007 with Ian Tsui. I highly recommend contacting with Ian for any used vehicles listed in T&T Honda. After I contacted with several different dealers, I met Ian in T&T Honda, he gave me a very clear statement about all costing and reasonable price. Without any hesitation, I signed the offer with him because I was really pissed out by other dealers with document fee when I prepared to sign the offer.

Came in without warning to get my car looked at because something wasn't right with the interior lighting. Randy from parts got me in right away, they fixed the issue (fuses), and I was on my way in less than a half hour.

He is really honest to you to whatever you ask and request for. He also does follow up with you for your car and will do his best to give you the best deal. The valet service provided by T&T Honda during this time of self-isolation was incredibly helpful. I was able to have my winter tires removed without going to the dealership. The driver, Henry, was great and sanitized my car before handing over the (sanitized) keys.
I came in for an oil change before the family summer vacation and road trip in to BC. It had been a while since I had the car in to the dealership for service, but as it happens - T&T had availability to squeeze me in before we left.
It turns out it was a good thing! Although it ended up with way more work than an oil change, they found (and fixed) a number of leaks that very well could have left us stranded on the highway. Jeff Jimena was a great service advisor and came in on his day off to make sure all was completed and functional before I picked up the car.
It s never fun to spend more than expected on a service visit, but it was worthwhile. We will be back with both of our Honda cars for years to come.
The Finance Service Manager, Jenise Nguyen, was very helpful and patient, taking time to explain all of the steps and options involved in purchasing our vehicle. She was very personable and went above and beyond in providing great service to us. I know that I don't have to discuss the exact details what jenise did to us. But one thing I can say is that when you are in tandthonda you are in good hands...

Thank you T&T Honda for yet another wonderful experience. When we came for our first vehicle in Nov, I was nervous and anxious as our last ecperience with another Dealership was not pleaseant. The front line staff were so kind and knowledgable. They worked with MY budget and did everything they could to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted and that would work with our family needs. We came back in Sep. and Zahir and Navroz were just AMAZING. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure we received the vehicle we wanted and again work w ith our budget. I woudl not go anywhere else. We Finance 1 vehicle and Leased the other. I have recommended T&T Honda to friends and family and we will never go anywhere else.

I was recommended by a friend to ask for Rick Brar, after my Honda Civic's battery died and I needed assistance with receiving a security code. Even though I'm sure he had a lot more important things to deal with, he got back to me within minutes. He was quite helpful with walking me through the process and retrieving the code for me. I have my CRV maintenance service past Saturday. It may take up to 4 hours to complete the task. Jeff is very professional and explains what kind of services it would be done and quote me the best price. We went out for early lunch and Jeff phoned my cell and told me everything done with car wash too. It only took 2.5 hour to complete the task. They are very efficient and the service is excellent in TnT Honda.
Visited quite a few dealerships today and this was the least friendly. We as a family felt unwelcomed and that the sales person couldn't be bothered, as he just showed us the advertised price for a vehicle. When we said we couldn't afford that price the response was a smirk. No thanks!

I called Honda Canada about the Takata airbag recall for my 2001 Honda Civic. They were very prompt and professional, and told me to contact my nearest dealership to have the airbags replaced.

Jenise Nguyen is very knowledgeable and sweet, I feel like she has my best interest in everything she offered for my vehicle and was understanding even though I was 2 hours late for my appointment. Ramy Yassine was also outgoing and explained everything about my car so I didn t have to read the manual. Chris explained all my service questions he followed up with my during the process and was very polite!
They book my friend for an oil change at 7:45 AM and promised the car by noon. We showed up at 12:30 and the work HADN'T EVEN STARTED. They promised us the car for 4 pm, we showed up at 5pm and THEY WEREN'T DONE YET! It's an oil change, not rocket surgery!

I found a moth eating at the fabric in the trunk of my Fit 2018 one day and it later escaped into the back of the vehicle which I couldn't find. So I dropped moth balls to try and prevent an infestation that I read horror stories about on the forums. But the moth balls created another issue of smell that I couldn't get rid of which gave me terrible headaches. I couldn't find some of them to get rid of them. So I phoned and spoke with the Service Department at T&T Honda. They have helped me find rocks stuck in the wheel - they have always been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Randy, the manager, went above and beyond to offer me some assistance and he is so friendly and has a big smile which made me feel at ease. Colin, one of the service advisors, treated the car like his own and worked with a technician to carefully remove some of the covers underneath the back seat, then he hunted them all down and the issue is fully resolved! I am really appreciative of their can-do attitude and friendliness. It's a health issue for me and health is so important as we all know. I am very, very grateful we have T&T Honda in our city. They're like your good neighbour! Thanks again Colin and Randy!!!
Update 11/25/2020: Thanks again Jim and staff at the T&T Honda Service Department for going above and beyond once again exceeding my expectations in helping me with fixing the centre console. I appreciate your Can-Do attitude and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Found a nail in my tire, couple hours before I had to be at work. Called t&t and they said they could fix it right away (20mins before service department was closed) once I came in they informed me I needed a new tire. Found out most of the new tire was covered under my warranty and they were able to put in on in a half hour!! Very very impressed in the speed of service and the service department especially Damon was very comforting and helpful. Highly recommend buying a honda from here because the treatment I have recieved before, during and after has been excellent!
Service reps are great but their shuttle service is a joke, proper expectation is not set up, you get wrongly promised to be dropped off or picked up at certain times when you make an appointment over the phone just to be told otherwise once you are their in person. Despite me repeatedly asking and clarifying the time of the shuttle and being reassured. It caused me to not make my work on time and miss a very important meeting. Very disappointed.

Danny was recommended to me by a good friend. Danny was immediately available upon arrival per the agreed upon time and spent time answering questions and making sure all details were covered. Great attitude and customer service, including answering the many questions by text at all hours of the day. Although I am not at all a Honda fan and do not like their cars, the financial services manager, Warren, was very thorough and very helpful when we completed the buy out of my wife's car. Very professional and helpful.
I bought a new honda Civic 2018 from here, employees here are so friendly and helpful. AJ(Anuj Bhagat) was my sales associate, i always come here and ask so many questions but he never loose his patience and always go way beyond his line to help me and most important the manager of the showroom Bobby Khanna no matter how busy he is he'll come and talk to you and try giving you more discount which is possible in the deal. All in all i am so happy with their service no push just straight forward and even if you want to trade in your car they'll give you the best possible price and last but the not the least the delivery guy Jordan, he will take full time to explain about the car and there won't be any rush. don't trust them.There price are higher then own city dealers. they try to sell new car to me with higher price i almost going to buy the car from them. before moving to final deal i checked the price from other dealer. I was shocked after seen the price difference it was almost 5000 dollars difference. after that i told to sales person they said they can match the price. After that i decided to stay away from them they are really liers with the price.
they says guarantee price but i can guarantee anyone can beat there price

I HIGHLY recommend talking to the lease manager Norman Burgos. Not only have i been coming here for 8 years. the quality and friendly service has never once changed. He is always there to make things right if there is even the littlest issue. I wouldn't buy a honda vehicle from anyone else but Norman.

When it developed an engine alarm that my original dealership could not sort out after two visits, I decided to let T&T Honda have a look at it instead. If you are looking for a dealership that provides excellent service I would recommend T&T. I have read a number of the reviews and most are an accurate account of the normal type of service you receive at this dealership. Are they perfect, I don t believe any person or company out there is, and no matter how much training people are given, they do have an off day. The rare time there is an issue do they stand behind their product and correct it, absolutely! I purchased my first Civic from T&T in 2006, and like many people would only use the dealership for warranty work and when it would come time for a future purchase I may have shopped around, but due to a challenge with my car I had to deal with Scott the Service Manager. I showed up on the defensive thinking this would be like every other service department I've dealt with in which they just assumed that because I was female I knew nothing about cars and would be taken advantage of. Scott was the total opposite, he treated me with respect we discussed the issue and in the end we came to a resolution. He convinced me to let T&T look after my vehicle and I have never regretted that decision. The most important aspect of any dealership isn t the sales team, yes they need to be knowledgeable in your needs, and my reps were helpful, but how often will you deal with your sales rep after the purchase is complete? It is how well run the service department is as they are the ones who maintain your vehicle and this dealership has an exceptionally well run department that truly cares about their clients. Because of the service I have received I didn t even think twice when it came time to purchase my next vehicle, I continue to receive great service and have sent others to T&T and they also have been happy with the service they receive.

Just bought my 2017 Honda HRV. I am very happy with the service I have received at T&THonda. AJ was amazing, gave me lots of options that I was looking for. Ultimately, we decided to go for the HRV. There were a couple issues with the exterior of the car during transportation, but Bobby and Ramy were very professional in handling the situation and assured me that it will be fixed.

I would give zero if I could. have always brought it in to Honda for its service. But unfortunately last time I had a very bad experience. I brought it in for a regular oil change and a couple of other problems. I got the oil change done but the other problem was just ignored. I told the front desk girl that the vehicle is giving me starting problems. She said the battery is dead, which I knew already but I told her that if I try to boost it, still has difficulty starting. She told me that they will have a look and I left the vehicle there and came home. I got a call from the same girl if I was ok to get one of the tail light bulbs replaced because it was burnt out. I said yes and when I went back to pick my car up, the light bulb was not replaced but I was charged on the invoice. I asked if they looked into the starting problem, they said they did not. They replaced the bulb after. Another gentleman tried to look at it while my car was in the parking lot and told me that he has no idea what it could be. He said it can be the ignition switch or the starter, but said it is not a big deal. He said mention it the next time I come for the service because there is nobody to look at it right now. I came from there following his advice, but got a new battery from AMA. Now it was the cold snap we had in Calgary last week and my car won't start at all. I was stuck in the parking lot. Even if I tried to boost it a multiple times and consecutive days, it won't start at all. I had to get my vehicle towed. Now, all I wanted to convey that this was the worst ever experience I had with T&T honda. I never expected that. Knowing that I have an older vehicle, I always preferred Honda over the local automotive shops because I wanted my peace of mind and reliability. But If I get a service like this, then it is of no use. If they had addressed that problem while I was there, then I would have been fine. Now I contacted customer service but they seem to just ignore it.
Was told my calipers were dry needed to be replaced. Did nit have any of the symtoms of dry calipers. Took it for a second opinion.
No problems.
