Dealerships are known for their customer service and customer focus. This place has neither. Went there today with the intention to buy. Will be buying a car from a different location.

This rating is all for Nathan. Nathan is the "finance guy". But he's more than that. I live in Edmonton. I wasn't really looking for a vehicle but clicked on a side-bar ad for a Jeep Trailhawk which apparently was in Calgary. I was contacted by the on-line salesman. Before doing anything further, the salesman (who I had limited interaction with) hooked me up with Nathan to see if I could get financing without trading in my current vehicle. After being approved for the Trailhawk, I looked at the listing a little more closely and found that while it had most of the features I was looking for, it was missing a few key ones.
Nathan told me he would keep his eyes open.
He's a finance guy. He's not a salesman. Yet--less than a week later, he found me my perfect vehicle (less the NAVI feature).
My sister picked it up in Calgary and Nathan had everything waiting for her/me (including new plates on the vehicle!) and a big bow on the hood of the car. His follow up is awesome and interacting with him was a pleasure. And I love my Jeep!

Where do I start? I been shopping for a vehicle for about a month. I was going to T&T Honda, Honda West and Calgary Honda. I was going back and fourth to the three different dealer ships. It was a horrible experience, feeling pressured to buy a vehicle was not greeted properly at Honda West and Calgary Honda. I went to T&T Honda for the second time. I was greeted by the receptionist and they immediately paged a car sales person. That is when I meet Ben. Ben is a down to earth guy who answered all my questions and more importantly made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything from beginning to the end. It was a very awesome experience I had at T&T Honda. I ended up buying a white Odyssey, I love it so much and wouldn't want to trade it in. Thank-you so much Ben for the experience and for taking care of me. I will be sending my friends and family your way.

We just took delivery of a brand new 2018 CR-V LX from T&T Honda and couldn t be more pleased. I worked with Rick Brar at Airdrie Honda when I bought my first car in 2013 and remembered the impeccable and attentive service that I received from Rick at that time. So I got in touch with Rick and within a few weeks he had managed to get us the exact vehicle that we wanted ahead of schedule. I can t say enough good things about our experience at T&T Honda, especially working with Rick. Highly recommend this dealership if you re looking for a no-nonsense experience when purchasing a vehicle.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership. I just recently bought a car and every department really took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was happy as a customer. I left feeling that I had all the support I needed. I know I can go back and ask any questions or talk about any future concerns I might have. Eve M did a wonderful job with the financial part of the car buying process. She was very informative and made sure I was aware of everything when purchasing my vehicle. Allen the sales manager walked me through the whole vehicle purchase as well. He answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. He has a fun and friendly personality. Ramy Y one of the Delivery Specialist came out after I bought and picked up the car and answered further questions about the car and how to use all the equipment. He took time to make sure I felt I had that extra support. I recently went in for an inquiry about my vehicle and John C one of the Service Advisors checked everything and answered all my questions. He had excellent customer service. Very personable as well as communicative. He made sure everything was explained to me and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service at this location and the time each department takes with customers to make sure all questions are answered. Great job to the team here!!!

I bought a used car from TandT honda last month. It was a very pleasant experience with Charlie.I have no experience on how to do and what to do for my first visit. His attitude and service made me feel very comfortable. I was prepared not to buy any car in my very first visit. When I was parking, Charlie noticed me right away and provided his service which was very sweet. He also did follow up service after the sale that I appreciated a lot. Thank you and I will keep bother you as you ask for since I do not know much about car. :)

Nice waiting area, but extra 45min wait for oil change not so good

I have had great service and the people have been very friendly and helpful.

Delivery and coverage of vehicle operating features was very thorough and efficient. Details and paperwork all taken care of with no issues - complete and accurate.

I was helped by Richard Luu today he was amazing and very knowledgable he told me alot of the things I didnt know the car would have. Every question was answered very well.

Bought a used Mercedes c350 from them, The sales staff was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional to deal with. Very positive overall experience!

I came along to help out a friend who was looking to buy a new Honda Pilot and the dealership had tons of cars, plenty of salespeople, and overall the dealership was ok. You can tell that they deal with hundreds of clients per day because the salesman that took care of my friend was not going the extra mile or even trying very hard to make the sale. He didn't even take my friend serious so he ended up buying his Pilot somewhere else. I could tell that they had great deals on other cars, like the Civic, and it was very obvious that they sell lots of cars and loosing one customer does not make a difference.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a new civic in 2015. I paid for the after market remote start and for Honda to install it. When it s cold and I try to use my remote starter, my car completely shuts down - even if it is already warmed up (eg. turned it off to grab the mail on my way home). I can only get it started by a jump from another car. I work remotely- this isn t always available. Making what was supposed to be a reliable car, completely unreliable.

I ve been in half a dozen times to address the issue. The offered solution has been remove the remote starter - but I paid for that and Honda installed it! That cannot be the solution!!! Last year, they had my car for TWO WEEKS and no solution was provided except to remove the starter (which I am still paying for as part of my monthly finance).

They recently suggested that I need to drive it more and that this is a battery issue - drive to and from work (~40km total) a day (not including warm up if required) and errands on weekends. It never sits for more than one day. I always warm it up when it is cold. How is that not enough driving? Does that mean the Honda Civic is a poor commuter choice?!

I am currently waiting in the lobby for them to finish putting in a new battery- apparently the remote starter requires a high performance battery.

I was contacted two months ago by them saying they wanted to buy my car, and they d pay me top dollar for it. I came in, and they wasted 1.5 hours of my time to tell me that they would be paying the lowest black book price- despite having no body damage, previous accidents, and a only 49000 km on it.

This is my third civic. My family all drove Honda as we are long time family friends with my hometown dealership owner. I will never, and neither will they, drive another Honda after this. Honda doesn t stand by their product anymore and don t care about customer satisfaction. They re riding entirely on their reputation and as a result, their product is going to fall behind. I can t wait to sell it and get a Toyota.

The service staff though have always been friendly and sympathetic but ultimately they have no pull to really help me.

I took issue with a charge I was given as the charge only confirmed the problem I described, I spoke with a service manager a Michael he refused to do anything about it or try to find a amiable solution his attitude was we have your money & we don't care if you come back the service department is busy enough. Therefore I will be taking my business to a more customer service orientated dealer.

I have been doing business with T & T Honda for a number of years. They make me feel that I am a valued customer. Always great service no matter when I go see them.

I bought a car, this year June a used one. From a different dealership and a different brand but ended up paying almost $ 7000 extra above the selling price for hidden fees and add ons, some of which I wasn t aware of and that too on interest rate of 7.99 % despite having credit score of 745. So I thought of buying a Honda Accord sports a brand new one, went in to the showroom met this amazing guy siddharth kapoor he not even helped in getting a great trade in value but also offered me lots of other discounts, considering he wants to sell a car as well he considered condition of customer because of covid hard time. Than I met their Financial manager ((Jenisen)), what an amazing and caring women! She not only helped with buying my car but helped me in getting some money back from previous dealership and I would had never know about this if she didn t initiated by herself!
I would say every dealership have some good things and some minor negative points in service that s how the customer service industry is, no one can be perfect. But dealing with honest people is far better than cheats!
I would recommend to all of you, if you are looking to buy a car do visit them.

P.S - customer service -so I wasn t able to come on scheduled appointment because of work and was driving from Banff. Siddharth came in for me on his off to assist me with remaining process! Don t you think that it was above the line I believe so I felt so special.

T & T is a great place to deal with! John Crobleholme is the best Service Advisor I have ever met (I am now retired but I have worked with many Service Advisors over the last 40 years and John is better by a head and shoulders, he always tells you what to expect and what you need.). He is very professional and has always kept me up dated throughout the repair process! Jason is a very competent technician, he found the problem and repaired it in less time than original diagnosis charge estimate! Dan in the parts department is also extremely competent and always gives me excellent customer service. I really appreciate the all the excellent service I always receive at T & T, which in my opinion is the best Honda Dealership in Calgary!

I am writing this review for TnT Honda and Jenise Nguyen.
I just recently purchased a Honda Odyssey and have to say that I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service at TnT Honda. It probably is what actually made me choose going for the Honda van over the Toyota van. As I know for mini vans these two are pretty neck and neck. Customer service, exceptional customer service I should say goes a long ways in winning over a customer. Even when I had purchased my luxury SUV, Cadillac Escalade, I didn t even receive this level of service. Let me share
I am a mom of 3 boys under 3. So I come into the dealership 3 boys in tow. My 4 month old in my arms. And as soon as I step foot in literally everyone, from the sales people, to the mechanic that was walking through, came to help. They were literally helping me watch my toddlers, getting them beverages and just helping entertain them. I was amazed.
I was coming to meet Ian who was pleasant right from the beginning. But I came when he was also with other customers. But he still made sure that I was taken care of. Then comes the sweet Jenise. She was also someone who came by to help with my kids. And while I was waiting for the appraisal on my Escalade she sat and talked with me about my purchase.
Jenise was amazing. Again I don t think I got the same level of service even when purchasing my expensive SUV. She took the time to educate me on my options. But I had told her that I was still going to look at a Toyota Sienna before making my decision. After my appraisal being done, she again was very thorough when showing me my options, and payments.
After when I was ready to leave, she didn t just say okay bye. She helped me out with my 3 boys even though I reassured her I was totally ok because I do it all the time. But she still came out to help. Again that is just next level customer service.
Again when I came in the next day and told her that I decided to go Honda and it was probably the level of customer service that won me over. Her customer service again was exceptional. When it came time to do paperwork and sit with finance, they completely took over taking care of my kids. Yes including my 4 month old!! And I was in the office for quite some time. Jenise and (please insert the other girl s name here sorry I didn t get her name) were just amazing with my kids. I have to mention Susan here too because she too was awesome on the first day and second day I came. She entertained my boys, got them balloons such a huge help in making it all less stressful for me.
Being a mom of 3 under 3 and doing everything with my boys in tow all the time, and making a big purchase such as a vehicle, TnT Honda staff and Jenise with their exceptional customer service made it very easy. Jenise, you are the kind of salesperson that will make someone come buy from you again and again. You take the time to educate your client, get to know them as people, going the extra mile, and having such enthusiasm what can I say other then you have been the best sales person I ve had when buying a vehicle and this is our 7th vehicle purchase for our family.
This was a long review but it was one that was well deserved.

I recently took my vehicle in for recalls and Jeff Jimena was great to work with. He booked me in for the time that best worked for me and helped explained what the issues were. Always a pleasure to talk to!

I was looking for a pre-owned Honda car and met with sales agent (Duane Lewis). I was surprised with the quality of service I got from this guy - he is not personable and has a quite weird way of interacting with the customer. From the questions I asked him, it also looked like he is not knowledgeable about the cars they have in the inventory. If you are looking to meet with this guy, don't waste your time. Please go and see other agents at this dealership.

Today we had a very bad experience with very despotic sales staff with us we asked questions about the vehicle that interested us but the employee refused to open it to see it, hopefully they have employees with a better attitude towards people

I was quite skeptical about purchasing a smaller vehicle but was convinced by my brother (3rd Honda Accord) and his son (Honda Prelude AND Accord owner); promising me that these are the best vehicles out there. Was highly recommended to speak to Darren Bayrack - lovely man, honest, sincere and most of all patient while I made my decision. Had my Accord for a week now - received a call from Darren last evening and he still cared that I felt I made the right decision. So far, I am in love with my car - peppy, reliable and most of all fun to drive. Thank you Darren for going beyond!!

Yes, he is old quite old guy. But his understanding to my age is like my uncle. From the first meeting to signing took only 2 hours. He made everything very clear and firm. I will definitely choose him for my second car dealer.

aside from the price, which is honestly such a bummer knowing 180% of the cost is labour, the service is exponentially awesome. colin is so smart. you can tell he loves his job, and i appreciate his knowledge.

After shopping for pre-owned vehicles my wife and I ended up at T&T Honda. In all honesty, I was just going to look at a few vehicles and didn't have the intention of purchasing anything. After talking to the salesman for 15 minutes and explaining what I was looking for, he ended up showing me a few cars that peaked my interest.

I took a car for a test drive and felt very comfortable with the salesman, as well as with the Manager Rick. Both were extremely helpful and honest, making me feel that they really cared about my own interests and not their own. I was even told a few times that I should shop around other dealerships and look at other companies that I was interested in, which in all honesty is very rare. After test driving a vehicle that I really enjoyed, my wife and I decided that day that we were going to purchase the vehicle.

I received helpful assistance from the Financing Department and was even given money for trading in my own vehicle -- they gave me what I thought was a fair price and I couldn't have been happier.

A few months after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a hole in my drivers side floor mat and contacted Rick regarding this matter. Rick was extremely helpful and was able to assist me with my issue immediately, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend shopping at T&T Honda for the vehicle of your choice before going to any other dealerships in the city.

I'll never come back again in this place. My vehicle came in before 9:00 a.m. Until this time 12:00 p.m. I am still waiting. I can't believe for a change oil it will take that long.

Rick Brar helped me shop around for my car when I was looking, and he was an absolute delight to work with. He was very courteous and conscientious of what I wanted in my vehicle and what my budget was. He presented multiple options for me to consider instead of just pushing his dealership's highest margin vehicle onto me right off the bat, which I appreciate. He also did not turn me away when I told him that I was looking at vehicles from other dealerships, and he treated me with respect all the same. I would definitely recommend going to see Rick if you're in the market for a used or new vehicle; his patience and down-to-earth attitude are a refreshing change from the typical car salesmen stereotypes, and he now has my business for all of my future vehicle purchases.

Best experience I've ever had with a car dealership! Navroz took the time to sit with us and help us determine which car was best for our needs. We settled on a Civic. Miguel took us for a test drive and was very patient in answering all of our questions. Navroz then went over all of the options/upgrades/features with us and made sensible recommendations based on what would work best for us and our budget. There were no pushy sales tactics at all. He genuinely wanted to get us a car that we would love and would last us a long time.

There was a lot of paperwork (as expected) but it was a smooth process and each document was explained in detail before we were asked to sign. Again, there was no pushiness to get us out the door as quick as possible.

The delivery team was also great. The gentleman that was helping us (can't remember his name :-( ) was very helpful and patient as he gave us a tour of the vehicle and helped us setup the various features to meet our needs. He even helped me install my baby seat!! Zahir then came out to thank us for coming to T&T and gave us his personal commitment to continued great service.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience! From the minute we walked into the dealership we felt like a valued customer. The transaction was very smooth. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend T&T for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We walked in the showroom with only online reviews as reference. It was a pleasant experience as our sales agent AJ helped us look at cars and test drive the ones we preferred. All our questions were answered and the options for finance and payments were clarified. Within few hours we were proud owners of a brand new Honda Civic. I had an amazing experience with T & T Honda where I bought a 2010 Honda CRV. The staff was very friendly and I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service given by from beginning to end by Mohnish in Sales who so patiently explained the processes and answered my questions. Jenise in Finace who tolerated my frequent calls, Andrew who was so gracious to transport me to the bank to get a draft and Kyle the delivery specialist who handed over the vehicle and answered my questions with such courtesy and courtesy. The service on the vehicle was great as usual as were all the employees I dealt with. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my vehicle on Saturday I was told it was in B11. When I got to the stall there was no vehicle there. It was then I realized it was not my key. I went back to the counter, was given the correct key and told where my vehicle was. Strike two. I have a CR-V this vehicle was a Civic. My CR-V was 2 rows and 5 stalls away. I was very surprised because T&T Honda is usually way better than this. Oh well, I guess we all have our off days.
