I had a simple but infuriating problem with my radio. Small and insignificant, there is no benefit to
T and T Honda yet the service guy Ken was very patient and walked me through the steps to recover it over the phone. Despite having to go outside from my apartment, a few minute walk where we chatted pleasantly until I got in the car and followed his instructions and FIXED it he stayed with me until it was working.
Thanks, Ken. You totally rock and when it comes time to replace my beloved Civic I know where I'll be going.
