Just purchased a vehicle from T&T, and the team was supportive (without any pressure) and well informative throughout the entire process. I was interested in doing a trade-in, and Johnny Ngo promptly helped with the appraisal, which took less than 30 minutes. From there I asked about some used vehicles on their lot, and Johnny kindly suggested a vehicle that checked off what I wanted and within my budget.
