So I called and ask the lady a question, she proceeds to tell me she doesn t know (when it s a question she should of known). Then when I went to these idiots on Saturday, had to wait til Monday to get a call back. Didn t get a call back, so we spent 40 minutes calling only to have them pick up, not say anything and put the phone down then proceed to talk with one another (because chit chatting is what they re being paid for, you go in and they re all sitting in there talking to each other like a bunch of teens in the front). They did this a dozen times, how professional. When we finally did get ahold of someone they said we weren t approved, ya know after we were told congratulations, you two are now the owners of the car and took a 500$ deposit. So it went from being approved to not approved? Hmm. Save your time and money.
