I dealt with a sales person named Johnny here recently. I don t know how they train or screen their sales people, but they need to do a better job. As soon as I got there, this guy acted rude, dismissive and made me feel like a criminal. I had test driven a Toyota just minutes before and their sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As soon as I left T&T Honda, I went back to Toyota and signed a sales contract on a 4runner. Yes, the quality of the product itself is important, but poor salesmanship can also make or break a business and on this front, T&T Honda failed for me.
