Booked an A1/A2 maintenance on their loyalty program via website. Generally don't expect same or next day appointments, I've been told they might have a technician staffing issue, with vacations/sick leaves, which means you'll be booking 3-7 data in advance. This seems to be the case every time I book an appointment. Although the process is seemless, effecient and friendly, be aware that they will continuously upsell other packages with your "free" oil change. Like wheel alignments and fluid changes. Although getting the car washed is a nice touch, for what I seem to pay for free oil changes, it is the least they can do.

Also consider that oil changes take at least an hour, and that seems to be on the quick side.
