I used to be a Service Advisor here a long time ago when they were on 32nd Ave NE. Times sure have changed since those days even though a few of the original working crew still work here.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and my 2004 Honda CRV (338,000km) was on it's last legs.
I decided to bite the bullet on a very short time frame to get a new vehicle as I had to get back to work the next day after being away for 2 days.
I emailed with Mohnish over the weekend and found a vehicle (2017 Nissan Qashqai) that I really wanted to test drive.
I went to the dealership at 9am on Monday morning, and by the end of the day I was driving my new car home.

Mohnish was great to deal with, listened to what I needed and wanted, and we were able to work out a deal. In my past 15 yrs of being in this business, I know when sales is sort of giving you the run around, but Mohnish isn't that kind of a guy and he definitely doesn't sell that way, which was refreshing.

Thanks Mohnish and T&T for getting me back on the road quickly, and with an enjoyable experience!
