Absolutely worst car buying experience, treat you like crap as soon as they know you will buy the car. Asked for documents and took days / made me drive there to get them to present the document. Sold me items on the loan that are opt-in as mandatory and did not even say they were optional. The salesman was nice, however insisted I get the car before I was ready so that he could get his bonus. However when I asked for a few simple items, he was Houdini and dissapeared, didn't answer emails. If you buy a used car, they will tell you they will fix everything and it 'will look perfect, it will be waxed / polished" yeah Absolute lie. Tells me he discussed with manager and he would get back to me, definitely glad I didn't hold my breath because id be dead. AVOID THIS HONDA, go to another one. Also don't buy from Ali Fatawi.... he gave me a ride to dealership in his absolutely smoke smelling car. WORST SERVICE EVER for the most money spent ever...
