I moved from Nova Scotia just over a year ago where I was very loyal to my Honda dealership. When I moved to Calgary I decided to go to T&T Honda for my services as it was close in to proximity to where I live. I normally just go to get regular oil changes.

The first visit I have no complaints, but the second time I went I dropped my car off at 7am and told them I would return at 5pm once I was finished work. They called me around 3pm and said my car was ready. I showed up around 5pm and was informed it would be approximately another 20 mins before everything was completed.

The third time I went, I dropped my car off and picked it up and everything seemed fine. I drove home and noticed there were dings in the side of my car. I called Honda and told them and they told me to bring it back in. The manager told me he would buff it out, which did nothing. He told me they were door dings from another car. I asked what he could do for me and he said "We can't be responsible for door dings. When you go into Superstore and come out you can't be guaranteed that you wont have any and neither can we". I brought my car to Honda for a car service, I would expect them to be responsible for my car from the time I drop it off to the time I pick it up. Additionally they checked their service reports and there is not record of the dents when I dropped my car off.

I will not be returning nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone I talk to. BEWARE.
