Was very disappointed in our service. We bought our vehicle with the powertrain warranty a few years ago and took it in this week to have it looked at and have the oil changed. Well it needed additional diagnostic tests so we were told they would look into the status of our warranty BEFORE they did the test. That did not happen and "surprise" the warranty wouldn't cover any of it. And they won't waive the cost because the service was already done.I would not have had the additional tests done if I knew the warranty wouldnt cover it. We are in the market for a new vehicle but will steer clear of this place. As will all of my nurse friends...
