They need a better system on calling back customer...

They need a better system on calling back customers to pick up their vehicles. I expressed to the service rep that my husband and I only have two vehicles and that I must must pick up the car I was leaving that Friday no later then Saturday as my husband and I need to get two different places on Monday and that there is no way we can share one vehicle. He said "Someone will give you a call on Saturday to make a payment over the phone so that they can leave your keys with sales that closes later cause service closes early." I said "That's perfect because I have an event to go to and I won't be able to come back till late afternoon." Well no one called me. There was no way I could get my car because they lock up all keys. I had to call and pay for an Uber to take my kids to school and to take myself to work. And all I got was a "Sorry about that." I cannot be the only one that has stressed to make sure I get my vehicle back. They have to come up with a better system cause that's not right!!
