While in town visiting a friend we decided to go look around. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Charlie and his assistant Sam didn't make us feel like we were bothering them, even though we made it clear we weren't looking to buy that day. They answered all questions and seemed happy to help. Would definitely go back in the future.
