The service department here is a joke. Twice I have paid them to rotate my tires and twice they have failed to do so(I mark them discreetly before I take it in). I am done with having them drag their technicians out only to lie to my face and once I show them the marks the back peddling starts. Once my prepaid oil change plan is up I'm moving on.
