I set an appointment so they got my vehicle in right away, and I had my oil changed within 30 minutes. Need a little more work on customer service part of your service representative, but was impressed overall. The employee (lady) who set up my appointment was very friendly & answered my questions since this was my first time taking my vehicle here, so let her know to keep up the excellent job she s doing!
