Not to impressed with service this visit. Payed full price to find out the vehicle was up to date. I called other dealers to find out that same service would have been half price since they were not able to do anything. This are reasons why no one likes to go to dealer. And also that the engine they said was a not a fiat engine when it was? Gotta love the dodge dart. Not bringing back here only to order parts from the best Ted. And then when my service manager would question the bill the service writers were getting angry and making my shop Employees feel uncomfortable. I will be heading to earnhardts chrysler now for future services when it comes to service small shops outside the dealer reach. Thanks for a blown opportunity in your service dept. all they care is about that quick buck but nothing ling term.
