Service department needs better management. Their service advisors do not communicate or keep the customers updated on the status of the vehicle. Everytime I called it went straight to voice mail, and when you show up 12 hours later they are annoyed that you are there asking if you are going to have to leave it another day. This is my third time going through this and my last, I would rather drive across town to find a better dealership. I understand that everyone has off days, but honestly not like this.
