The service we received in the past two years was excellent to the point that we made a point of advising management how welcome and valued we felt when Sherry was our service manager, she now lives out of state. This event on December 3rd was the complete opposite and a bitter, frustrating experience! We arrived at noon and finally got our car back just before closing at 7pm, we were there fir a flush and fill for the radiator and a new thermostat, really, 7 hours?! I prefer to have the staff member under promise and over deliver than the other way around. We were told to come back at three to pick up our car and when we did it had not even been started on at that time. Then we were told to come back at five and it would be ready, then six and then six thirty. That s a long time yo killer when we were not provided with a courtesy car. Not sure what has changed but we always had a car to use in the past. The shuttle did drop us off at Costco and then return us to the dealership but then the service was done for the day and we sat for two hours in the dealership. So there went several hours we will never get back. The flush and fill was not urgent do we could have made an appointment and come back another day had we been advised that they were too busy to service our car in a timely manner, but while we were talking to the service advisor on our arrival at noon, our car was already gone to the holding area when we left yhe advisors office. It was just very disappointing on many levels.
