Great visit that ultimately resulted in us getting the car of our current dreams. We moved up from a sporty sedan to an incredibly beautiful sporty SQ5. I ve only been able to drive it a little since bringing it home but it s been a fun learning experience for sure. We love the team at Audi Wilsonville. Selena was very sweet, professional and fun to work with. Also liked the rest of the sales and service folks that we ve had the pleasure to interact with. We happy to be a new member of the Audi family!

I recently purchased a Q3 at Audi Wilsonville and was fortunate to have Joe Hermes as my salesperson. Joe de-mystified and humanized the whole experience. Joe didn't push his agenda or attempt to oversell me. He gave me sound advice along the way that would save me money in the end. His follow through and quick communication helped the process go smoothly. Not only is Joe knowledgeable and generous with his advice when asked, he's extremely pleasant and professional to work with. I highly recommend working with Joe at Audi Wilsonville. Figured substitutional cheaper solution that ensured we drove home safely. All the staff are professional and go far beyond expectations!!

I thought it was a joke when people who are riskin...

I thought it was a joke when people who are risking their own lives on the front line and don t even have appropriate PPE/masks etc to help others who are dying, and Audi sends an email : 20% off service or parts for 1st responders. What?! How about DONATING money or making masks for the health care workers who literally get one mask in a 12 1/2 hour shift. Who are risking THEIR lives...coming from a multi billion dollar company....20% off on parts? That is mocking the healthcare industry.

I live in Portland and went initially to Sunset Imports to buy my 2nd car (in 2011 I bought a 2012 S4), but my experience was disappointing and I did not buy their RS5, so I decided to give Wilsonville a try. It was the best decision I have made on an automobile purchase.

I contacted them via the internet about a new A5 S...

I contacted them via the internet about a new A5 Sportback and first emailed the sales manager, Sam. None were in the US at the time, and I was able to negotiate with the sales manager even after test driving a coupe with a salesman. When I was ready, I offered a fair price on a configuration I wanted by email and it was accepted, then completed the order with the salesman. Trade in 3 months earlier was honored with adjustment for 4000 more miles without another detailed evaluation for basically KBB trade-in value. The finance manager, Brad worked with me on warranty pricing and a 3M clear bra by email, so there was nothing much to negotiate at closing (some protection packages/coatings seemed worth it for the warranty at least), and made for a stress fee close and delivery. I definitely could have gotten a clear bra installed cheaper elsewhere, but it was never driven unprotected off the lot and was done (along with all dealer prep) within 36 hours of coming off the truck. Dealer document and other fees were minimal, about $150. Overall, great experience (lowest stress yet) and no complaints.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned A4. Transmission and Engine needed to be replaced less than 2000 miles later. That is ridiculous and the GM could care less when i complained.
They are nothing more than sleazy car salesmen. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Beaverton Audi is only a short drive away. You are much better off.

I purchased a new Audi Q5 through Audi Wilsonville this past month and found everyone in the dealership to be very helpful and easy to deal with. I worked with Joe Hermes, who assisted me in ordering the exact car I wanted, provided some useful advice on options I was interested in, gave me a very fair price on the car, and kept me appraised of the build and transport status of the car I had ordered. I would recommend Wilsonville Audi, and specifically Joe, to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

He even offered to drive me to Enterprise and drop off my rental car. All in All it was a smooth and easy experience making the purchase. I will continue my business with Rocco in the future.

We love the new E-Tron but not so in love with the...

We love the new E-Tron but not so in love with the buying experience. I traded in my Viper for the E-Tron. Davin said that they needed my Viper that weekend even though our E-Tron hadn't arrived yet. I said ok but I would need a check for my Viper. Davin agreed and said a check would be there for exchange on Sunday. I arrived with my car on Sunday. Davin said that he didn't have the check and that the Finance Dept. wasn't open on Sunday. After reluctance I left my Viper with the assurance the check would be mailed that Monday. I contacted Davin on Monday inquiring about the check being mailed. He said check was not mailed. But would be mailed Tuesday for sure. I contacted Davin on Tuesday afternoon to make sure check was mailed. Davin said no. At that point I was getting worried so I drove the 160 mile round trip to get the check in person. The other issue I had with the purchase is that Davin never told us before or after the purchase of the E-Tron that it did not come with the wall bracket for the charger. (cost almost $300.). I found that in Canada it does come with the purchase. I mentioned it to Davin and Josh (Sales Mgr.) . Davin/Josh offered to reimburse my purchase for the bracket and asked that when I got reimbursed that I would give them a 5-star rating. I did not receive the reimbursement even though I emailed Davin a copy of my bracket purchase. Due to those issues, I can only give a 3 stars for my buying experience.

I leased a car from Audi Wilsonville in 2016, with my lease set to end early in the new year. I had no intention of dealing with shopping for a new car until after the holidays. I ended up speaking with Dee Long who went above and beyond to help me a phenomenal deal. Not only that, she drove the car to me and handled the return on my old car all at the same time. I can still hardly believe it. I had to pinch myself again this morning when I looked out in the driveway and saw my new car.

Thank you Terry Murphy for making my experience perfect. This was my first visit, test drive and purchase at Wilsonville Audi.

Previously I had been a loyal BMW customer. I was noticing some changes with the dealership on my last purchase December of 2014 and explained it away by telling myself it was due to the holiday season.

My BMW had a little over 9,000 miles when the motor had to be replaced due to "Hydrostatic Lock" during a terrible rain storm found us turning a blind corner into a pool of water. All the other cars made it through, but NOT the BMW. I also had to find my own loaner/rental car for the first time in the history of being their customer.
The service advisor were over worked and when I tried to relax in the lounge area I noticed the pandemonium grew while watching staff members/employees always rushing around.

With the influx of people coming into the area it added more time to my commute and began to notice how uncomfortable the BMW was after one hour.

I went online Monday afternoon to look at Audi Wilsonville's website and found the Q5 I was interested in. There was a link "check e-price" that I clicked on and they were very efficient responding in less than 10 minutes with a proposal.

I arrived at the dealership at 3:00 pm and they had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Terry realized the 3 Litre Q5 was a little out of my comfort zone and recommended the 2 Litre. He was instrumental in finding the perfect vehicle for my comfort level.

I had never traded in two vehicles before and they made it very uneventful trading in my 2015 BMW and 2007 Hummer H2. This was one week ago today and could not be any happier with my 2016 Audi Q5, the purchase price and my satisfaction with the value of my trade-ins.

The AUDI Q5 is an amazing SUV, easy to drive, at least 50% less road noise than the BMW and very comfortable. Another bonus, rubber floor mats, tinted windows, roof rails and more included.

I dreaded going to a dealership and hassling with the sales people, but at Audi it was a different experience and it was a pleasure! There were no high pressure sales talks and although we saw Brandi the first day we visited, she smoothly handed off to Jonathan the next day. What great team work! Jonathan was patient, knowledgeable and took time to walk me thru all my options. I have had nothing but positive interactions with all the folks I have met at Audi Wilsonville and I LOVE my new car. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go and check them out!

You can tell his top priorities were to not only make you feel excited, but to also feel comfortable by explaining everything thoroughly. I went on several test drives before deciding on the right car and Scott Bowman was very patient and answered all of my questions each time. This is my third Audi and I look forward to using their service department as I know it has the same high standards as the sale department.

Spoke with a Rocco today via phone and asked if Audi was going to offer an A3 TDI in manual transmission in 2015. He said, very rudely, "Audi never has and never will offer a manual transmission TDI". Audi offers manual TDIs in Europe, so it's not like it was a stupid question, he could have been a bit more respectful.

Audi listens to its dealers...instead of dismissing my question, he could have offered to forward my request to his sales director or corporate.

My wife and I just purchased a 2014 A4 from Wilsonville Audi to go along with our Q5 TDI. Both purchasing experiences were amazing. Scott was very helpful getting us a great deal on the A4, and Jeff was instrumental in getting us fantastic financing on both vehicles. His professionalism along with his quick wit made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.
We will absolutely be back and will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase an Audi.

I am really displeased with the service that the sales department had showed me. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the internet person I spoke to. I only had to go through the website because the sales manager put me with a person that wasn't a salesman, which he was actually pretty nice, gave me a card to a salesman he recommended but he didn't return any of my emails. I drove the car and then attempted to negotiate the price like a normal person not to have a counter or just flat out be told no, which would have been acceptable, I was insulted and treated like I couldn't afford anything there. I will now REFUSE to purchase anything from the sales department at ANY Tonkin dealership because this wasn't the first time I have had service like this. We attempted to buy a car at their Mazda dealer and attempted the same negotiation and they wouldnt budge. We found the same car for even less than we offered posted on Craigslist by them. On a positive note, the service department is probably good because it is at the other ones I visited. Advice to Tonkin.... make your sales staff learn from your service staff because they are a pleasure to deal with at least at Mazda, Honda and Toyota. Result, I bought a brand new car from KUNI Lexus. They treated me like a human and even negotiated price with me. Quite the quality dealer.

Not able to give 0 stars or I would have...Absolute worst experience I have had. Tried purchasing a vehicle online from Audi Wilsonville . Salesman arranged everything that needed to happen to complete transaction. I informed him I was going to bank to arrange wire payment and asked if there was a contract that I needed to sign or an amount to reserve car for purchase. He said he would call me shortly with the Information needed. Waited at bank with lender for phone call to complete transaction. I then receive a text message that the car had been sold in the process. I called the dealership to talk to someone about it and they said it had been sold but offered to sell me a NEW car but not at that price. He also wouldn t allow me to talk with a manager when I asked to. Don t know if the car was even available to begin with or if this dealership baits you with a vehicle online, then tries to sell another vehicle at a marked up price. The manager I spoke with said he would call me back but have yet to hear from him. Audi is a great car choice this dealership is not. Hope it helps

I have a 2016 S5 that I talked to Audi Wilsonville about them buying from me. Had a extensive discussion and they agreed to a dollar amount that was the min that I could accept. Of course this was contingent upon them inspecting the S5. I took 2 hours of my time to bring them the car to inspect and once they got me there they told me "this S5 would retail at the price you need so we can't pay you that". Very dishonest.

Joe Hermes did a great job helping my wife and I with our recent purchase of a 2014 Audi Allroad. The entire experience was relaxed and pressure free. Joe and the entire staff at Audi Wilsonville were efficient and easy to work with.

From the time we arrived for a test drive until our new Allroad was in our driveway was only a couple of hours (including the trade-in process).

We have also had a great service experience at Wilsonville Audi on my wife's previous Audi.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Anton Robinson was such a pleasure to work with and so helpful and kind. I couldn't decide between 2 used Q7's on the lot and he was very patient and knowledgeable while I asked a lot of questions and emailed him over several days, all to which he responded very quickly. After deciding on a TDI Q7 I was able to come in, drive the car, purchase the vehicle and be out the door with all paperwork signed in less than an hour! That's truly amazing, especially considering I had my 1 year old with me! But the story doesn't end here.....Later that evening when driving home from the grocery store I got a check engine light. I was so scared having owned 4 other Audis in the past that this could get rather costly, very quickly. I emailed Anton and he responded within 15 mins (even though the dealership was closed) telling me how sorry he was and to bring the vehicle in the following day and service would look at it and figure it out. I arrived the following morning and was greeted by Dee Sanchez in service (she's a rockstar as well) and she told me that Anton had emailed her, explained everything and she had a loaner car ready and waiting for me and that they'd try to have everything taken care of that day. Holy cow these folks are efficient! Dee called me at about 5pm and said that the Nox sensor had to be replaced and that they had already taken care of it no charge and the vehicle would be ready for pickup whenever it was convenient for me. Being that I live in SW PDX and I5 South to Wilsonville is a parking lot at 5pm, I opted to pick it up the following day. I arrived for pick up and indeed no charge for the replacement sensor...there was even a chilled bottle of water in the car for me and the cutest Tonkin Teddy for my son in the backseat (which he loved)! Dee even held my son and played with him while I moved the car seat back into my Q7! These guys are truly amazing in sales and service. Audi Wilsonville made what could have been a stressful situation for me a total breeze and such a positive experience! I have no problem driving to Wilsonville to see these guys because believe me it is definitely worth the trip!! Thank you so much Anton! I cannot speak highly enough of you or thank you enough for all of your help and for helping me juggle around car seats and entertain my son while I drive Q7s :). I can't wait to buy another car from you. And Dee, you're awesome...I've never had such a great service experience in my life! I'll definitely be back to see you for any maintenance or repair needs I have!

We're long time Audi fans and we've done a number of transactions with Audi Wilsonville and couldn't be happier. While struggling to find just the right car for our needs, Anton encouraged us to look at a slightly used S5 that was in stock. It was an honest suggestion, and not a tactic to up-sell. The car was perfect and the negotiation on price and trade-in took less than 10 minutes. Sam and Jacob not only made the paperwork a breeze, but they even washed the car for us (we did the deal after-hours). Scott Mitchell knows Audi's through and through and has already offered advice on some modifications we are considering! Such a great team to work with!

Upon arriving in the drive-in service area, I was immediately greeted and escorted to Dee Sanchez. Dee, my service representative, was very personable, professional, and proficient. In addition to the service I had scheduled she helped my with some other information I requested. Dee made this a very pleasant experience.
In addition Joe, one of sales personnel, gave me a ride back from where the shuttle driver had taken me for lunch. Thanks Joe.

This was the first car i purchased at Audi Wilsonville and the experience was excellent! My salesman Josh Jeffery made the experience quick and easy. The Finance Manager Jeff Blackwood also did an outstanding job making sure I understood everything I was signing but at the same time not overwhelming me with information. Everything was ready when I arrived and I was in and out in under 45 minutes!

I will definitely be recommending Audi Wilsonville to friends and family!

Traveled all the way from Seattle to purchase a CPO 2012 Audi A4 Prestige S-Line. Josh from Audi of Wilsonville was very easy to deal with and offered a fair price on my trade in and on the A4. Whole experience was handled quickly and effortlessly with no unplanned expenses or time consuming haggling. Will happily look towards visiting them again when I am in the market again for another Audi.

Fantastic dealership! Bought my R8 from Jason Lockwood and couldn't be happier! Followed him from Mercedes where I bought my S class from him too. He creates a buyer's experience I have never experienced before. I didn't even have to go to the dealership once! He brought all paperwork to me, brought me multiple cars to test drive, no more having to sit in uncomfy chairs for 5 hours buying a car... I did it in my boxers! Service department rocks too. I work with Chris Savage exclusively and he's awesome and ultra caring about me, my car, my loaners, and my owner experience.

Purchased a new car from Audi Wilsonville several months ago, and the sales process went smoothly. Unfortunately, the car had several problems right from delivery. I received an email asking me to reach out if there were any problems with my new car. I called and left messages for Mike Kahn 3 times over the course of a month but never heard back. I called their service department and didn't get much help either. It's been disappointing and will contact a different dealer. Up

We chose to look at this dealership based on the rave reviews and it definitely didn't disappoint. Tim was so friendly and professional but laid back with a great sense of humor which really makes the car purchasing process easier all around. We had a small mishap that wasn't the dealerships fault but Bill in financing was extremely accommodating and took care of us right away. You hear a lot of horror stories with haggling car dealerships (which i considered could be the case) but i am truly amazed at the way they handled a situation that they weren't at fault for to make sure we were happy and taken care of. That right there says a lot about what this place stands for. THANK YOU Audi Wilsonville and we will definitely be back!

I just leased my first Audi from this dealership last week and had a great experience. I worked with Scott Bowman and several others. They were honest, direct, and low pressure. I was able to get a good price quote on the car I wanted via email before I even visited the dealership. Wilsonville was a bit of a commute from PDX, but it was well worth the drive. I liked the dealership so much that I helped a friend lease a car from them several days after I leased mine. Thanks!

Since I am pretty particular on exactly what I wan...

Since I am pretty particular on exactly what I want when it comes to cars, I special ordered a 2018 S5 from Audi Wilsonville so it would be exactly the way I wanted it. I cannot say in words how pleased I was with the whole process. Yes, there was a 4 month wait to have the car built and delivered from Germany, but it was so worth it.

Since this was a special ordered car, having a terrific dealer like Wilsonville Audi made all the difference. The sales staff and even Kevin, their general sales manager got to know me over the 4 month wait as I had a ton of questions about the order process and the car itself since this was going to be my first Audi. During the entire 4 months they were always available and easy to talk to about the order. They never made me feel like I was bothering them, even though at times I was worried I might be. They even took the time to take pictures of the car as it got off the truck so I could see it before they unwrapped the car for delivery (without me even asking).

When it came time to do all the paperwork on the car, Brad in finance took the time to explain the options available to us without being pushy about any of the products. He explained the benefits of each and let us pick and choose what would work best for us. That really made it nice since we have been at other dealers where the finance department really pushes their products.

At delivery Dave took the time to go over the car in detail, but tailored the delivery to my needs since I already know a little about the car. I was really impressed with that since rather than data dumping a ton of info about the car, he took the time to understand what areas I needed instruction and spent the time in those areas. Overall, I cannot think of one thing that really went wrong over the entire process. Since I have a feeling this will be our first of many Audi products to come, I am really glad we found such a great dealership to work with.

I recently purchased an A5 for my wife from Wilsonville Audi and the service provided (Josh, Rocco & Travis) was outstanding and was far better than any service we received from all the other auto dealerships we visited in the Portland area over the last several months. I couldn't agree more with the comment "the GM (Jason Jellison) acted like nothing more than a sleazy salesman". I was at Wilsonville Audi last night and saw the way he treated a customer in the middle of the showroom floor! I left and will take the suggestion to go to Beaverton Audi instead. I suggest all others do the same.

I went in for two recalls. They were very accommodating to my schedule and were willing to not sweat the small stuff.

We use Futrell Autowerks in Beaverton for all of our usual maintenance so we are used to being treated super good and getting great quality work.

Audi Wilsonville certainly does it well.

I was initially drawn to make a visit to Audi Wilsonville because of several people I knew from Sunset Imports that were now working there, including Scott Mitchell. I owned a 2009 A5 purchased new via Audi s European Delivery program and was quite pleased with the experience and the vehicle. Besides wanting to visit the new Tonkin dealership, I was interested in seeing the 2012 model line with all of the innovations that Audi had now made available.

On one of my first visits to Audi Wilsonville I met General Manager Jason Jellison who impressed me as friendly and professional. I did my homework regarding what I was interested in and on my next visit to the dealership I made specific inquires about a new A6 Prestige with the Innovation Package. Scott Larson was my sales person and after a test drive we sat down at his desk and penciled out the options I was interested in. The vehicle would have to be special ordered and Jason, without hesitation, gave me a bottom line price for the vehicle that significantly beat the competition. I placed my order and took delivery in March of this year.

I am a very particular person and on delivery there were a couple small factory discrepancies in the interior that I noted. I was reassured by Jason not to worry, that Audi Wilsonville would ensure that Audi took care of them to my satisfaction. It s times like these after they talk the talk that you will see if they can walk the walk. While not totally pleased with the Audi regional representatives take on my issues, who coincidentally is no longer with Audi, I can tell you that the dealership backed me up 100% and these minor problems have been handled to my satisfaction.

Any time I have come by to have anything done on my vehicle, the service department headed by new Service Manager Kevin Sweeney and his service advisors have always been polite and knowledgeable and have provided me a current model year Audi loaner vehicle. The facility is immaculate and I have been very pleased with my recent new car purchase and customer support.

Keep up the good work and you will certainly retain my business.

The Audi Experience

My family has had nothing but great experiences at Audi Wilsonville, and mine has been no different. I worked with Josh Jeffery and found he had amazing product knowledge, took the time to get to know what I was looking for and was extremely flexible with his time. I never got the sense that Josh was trying to push me just to sell a car, but rather, he was a great advisor that allowed me to make the best decision for myself. I think the key to any person in a sales environment is to not only care for the product, but care about the people and Josh clearly goes above and beyond what is necessary to be successful. If anyone is looking for a car in the Portland metro area, go see Josh at Audi Wilsonville and he will take good care of you.

We had an excellent experience at Wilsonville Audi. Our sales person David Price was knowledge and had superior follow up. We called a competing Audi dealership in the area and they did not follow up and did not give service that was attentive to details. I will be buying my cars from Audi Wilsonville from now on! I have driven Audi's since 2004 and remained a loyal Audi customer.

Writing this review on behalf of my Mom. So I will not be in your system if you try and look it up. My mom has a 2011 Audi A4 and knew she would need work done. Brian was arrogant and rude. Her vehicle is under no warranty so obviously she would have to pay for all services out of pocket. My mom advised that she wouldn t be able to do everything that day and Brian let her know that her car is essentially worthless and if it was him, he would just trade it In. Easy for someone to say making six figures to scoff at her. Have a little compassion for people who are doing the best they can during a pandemic. Our vehicle is now at Audi of Beaverton and they re taking the best care of it. They even came and picked the vehicle up from our house in Vancouver. Should we trade the vehicle in, we will sure go to Audi of Beaverton.

We moved here from AZ about 6 months ago and were lucky enough to live near Audi of Wilsonville. I have been in for service a couple of times and have had excellent service. Edward has been great getting me set up with service and loaner cars. We even purchased another Audi for my wife at this dealership with great service. I highly recommend Audi if Wilsonville.

P.s. Sunset Audi is horrific compared to Audi Wilsonville. I love the Audi brand but someone needs to get them on the same level as Audi Wilsonville

I returned to Audi Wilsonville for my purchase of a 2014 Audi SQ5. Rocco Sainato handled the sale for me both times and I couldn't of had a more professional sales experience. I was offered full market rate for my trade ins without the need for any haggling, and the pricing of the two new Audis was explained fully with market rate discounts on the price. These practices have happened rarely in my purchase experience of over 35 new vehicles in the last 25 years. Very refreshing! The dealership also handled the financing and bettered the interest rate I had anticipated saving me some extra dollars.

The facility is very modern, clean, and well organised and everyone is pleasant to work with. The service area is handled just as well as the front end. I would highly recommend visiting Audi Wilsonville for your next vehicle purchase.

I purchased a used Audi A6 from Michael Hardy at Audi Wilsonville and couldn't be happier with my overall experience. Michael was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and made the purchase an absolute pleasure. I am from Montana so traveled quite a distance to make this purchase and I would do it again just to work with this dealership. They were no hassle, no pressure, and everything was accurate from the car being in the condition described to the final price paid. We already knew what we wanted, when we entered their show room. The purchase process was straightforward and efficient. We love Audis, and they did not have to sell us on the car. Now that we have the car, we are thrilled. Feel very good about the purchase -- all aspects of it. The service department looks to be fantastic. Very professional and skilled. The salesperson who dealt with us is not listed in their lineup. He was ok, very laid back. Had a good interaction with the manager, Kevin. The person who deals with registration papers and closes the deal was also very congenial and pleasant. The ladies there couldn't be nicer. We're looking forward to having a professional relationship with this business.
