We already knew what we wanted, when we entered their show room. The purchase process was straightforward and efficient. We love Audis, and they did not have to sell us on the car. Now that we have the car, we are thrilled. Feel very good about the purchase -- all aspects of it. The service department looks to be fantastic. Very professional and skilled. The salesperson who dealt with us is not listed in their lineup. He was ok, very laid back. Had a good interaction with the manager, Kevin. The person who deals with registration papers and closes the deal was also very congenial and pleasant. The ladies there couldn't be nicer. We're looking forward to having a professional relationship with this business.
