The SERVICE department is awful. I recently just purchased a new Q7 & took the car in to have the front windows tinted, clear bra and roof racks put on. They gave me a courtesy car as requested. The entire check in process was extremely rushed and there wasn t a walk-thru of my courtesy vehicle, even though they wanted me to sign/initial for everything before handing over the key. This was completely my fault as I trusted the service department and that there were no issues with the car. I drove away in very hard rainfall and come to find out, there was a rock chip/crack in the windshield. Now, I am being charged/going through insurance to fix something on this courtesy vehicle that wasn t caught beforehand. When I went back in to the service center, I explained that there was a crack in the windshield & there was not a walk-thru done with me. The current person helping me asked the man who checked me in if he performed a walk-thru, as required and he said no, I didn t. I was treated so poorly by numerous people in this department, including the service manager and I could tell they just wanted me to accept this issue and go away. I decided it was my fault for not checking and asked how to resolve the issue. They said here is the VIN & call your insurance, that s it. They were extremely condescending and treated me like I was a complete pain to them.
On a positive note, the sales department is amazing and has checked in with me numerous times since purchasing the car. Unfortunately, I will never buy another Audi since this is the only dealership/Audi service in the area.
Called Salesman Mike H. on a Thursday, I was in a lease and no other dealership would work with me (including VW Financial) despite my excellent credit score, told Mike I was interested in trading in the lease (2 years in which I was told repeatedly it could not be done) he did not even bat an eye, he said let me talk to my finance manager. Called me back and gave me some options, did my short application online and went into the dealership next day to pick up my new car. He kept my payment almost the same as I was going from a VW to an Audi for only $20 more a month. Got to the dealership and received First Class service from both Mike and Jeff B Finance Manger signed paperwork and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The car was washed and ready for me to drive home. This has been the most positive experience I have ever had and any dealership I have ever worked with and I buy cars on average every 2 years. First Class dealership all the way. Way to go guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Truly worth the drive to Audi Wilsonville.
Wrong Parts Department Hours are listed on Google Maps. Drove all the way down from Portland in rush hour, arrived at 5:20pm to be told the Department closes 5pm (even though their Google says "Parts Department- 6pm").
Hopefully they don't manage their Parts and Sale Customers as poorly as their other Basic Business Practices, like listing proper Hours of Operation.
Not a first great impression while trying to set up a Business Wholesale Account.

The service consultant, Dee Sanchez, is the main reason that I am writing this review.. She was so helpful, professional and efficient; but the main thing is..... she is truly one of the nicest people that I have ever met. I am retired now, but if I was still working.... I would hire Dee in a heartbeat. I hope Audi Wilsonville realizes just how special she is, and what an incredible representative of Audi.

The way we get treated on our last 2 visits leaves a lot to be desired. Very unhappy. We drive over 3 hours to have our car worked on. We make an appointment and it takes hours before they ever even start on our car.
The service manager is lacking on communication we end up calling them most of the time to get an update on our car.
Unfortunately they are the only Audi dealer around. I guess we are stuck with them.
If I could rate on just our sales man Tim, it would be 5 stars. He was awesome! Very prompt at calling back, answering questions and he even came to work on his day off (working around my sons work schedule). Never once was pressured into anything and he was very patient when our financing was taking a little longer then planned. Now here s the bad (probably should take off more stars)... We were sold a car without a title!!! In our excitement we didn t even think to check on it, Thinking that this is a reputable dealership. I m not sure on Oregon law but in Washington it is illegal to sell a car without a title. We are still waiting to hear back on it. So another review could be written when we find out the status of the title. Come on Audi Wilsonville, isn t having the title to a car your selling, car selling 101?

It was a pleasure to work with Eric on my Q7 purchase. He was always ready to discuss possible terms of our deal, but never put any pressure on me to rush into a purchase. He's very knowledgeable about the MMI interface and got me comfortable with it before I left the dealership. Kudos also to my contact in finance for providing me with a stress free closing.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I started with the website chat function and then got handed off to Scott, the sales person at the appropriate time. Scott was very professional, answered all my questions, and was patient with me as we looked the various Q7 models on the lot and the various trim levels. He has continued to answer my occasional technical question and it has now been a month since purchase. I love my Q7 and again, I had a very good experience here.
Anton completely took care of us and spent the time to teach us all the new features of our Q5. We rolled out of the dealership with our heads in the clouds!!
During our buying process, which was initially lovely, we were told by a sales associate (who recently shifted to a finance position) that the manager doesn't care about reviews so I doubt what I share here will change anything. My purpose is to serve as a warning to potential customers.
We shopped for a car for awhile, and during our final visit we learned of a car that fit our specifications. We were initially told the car had not cleared inspection or been detailed. Later we were told it HAD passed inspections (although given the remainder of our experience I don't place much stock in that claim & we plan an independent checkup). We purchased the car with knowledge it would be detailed when we brought it back in a few days. We discussed ordering a few extras (mud mats, cargo cover, & window tinting), all to be taken care of during detailing.
We did not finance through the dealership, so the only odd thing that arose as we were signing papers was the financial associate's repeated reference to having "his girls" take care of scheduling, filing, and suchnot. It was sexist, to be sure, but I assumed it was also because he was feeling a little heady about his recent promotion. It was not a battle worth fighting at that point in the deal, but if this will bother you, be advised. We left, later scheduling the car to be detailed when they had an available appointment.
When picking up the car after detailing, we noticed that instead of the plush, black mats that were in the car when we purchased it (and drove it all week), there were now grey, used mats which we were informed were the mats we brought it in with (!). We ended up leaving with this unresolved, but after further consideration called the dealership and spoke with a service rep who noted she would pass on the concern. This was Saturday before noon, and we expected a call back later that day based on the service associate's reassurances. No call back, and as the service department is closed on Sundays, we called back again Monday morning and spoke with a service rep who stated he would follow up with the detailer. He phoned an hour or so later and left a message stating there was no knowledge of black mats, that he had a sales listing with photos of grey mats (we understood we had purchased the car before it was listed, so this was surprising), and maybe the mats were black on the underside (basic geometry suggests these mats could have been placed around pedals upside down). We phoned the sales associate, told him the issue and was reassured he would resolve it, and call back later that morning. At 3 pm we phoned the service rep as well as the sales rep; no answer so left messages.
Frankly, at some point the silly mats are not that big of a cost & they will get will get worn over time anyway. The fact that multiple people at this dealership insinuated we were misremembering, or worse dishonest, and also engaged in poor customer service took priority. I called and forcefully asked to speak to the manager. The manager told me he had photos from the service department showing the mats in the back of the car (so?). He became much more willing to discuss my concerns only after I told him we would come directly to the show room to resolve this on a Satuday afternoon if phone calls would not suffice. Also, he turned on a dime, without losing a beat, when I sternly told him I had taken photos of the car after purchase to show family. Suddenly, "new mats" were ordered (why not just the ones that had already been in the car?). We did not receive an apology, just excuses (sorry for the "confusion," but... language). In fact, the sales rep who did not call my partner back when he indicated he would followed-up promptly with a call about how "that escalated quickly" and "accusations."
Two things: 1) as a woman, I won't work with this dealership again. I can be assertive, but this required a level of voice raising and shrillness in order to be heard that I don't appreciate. 2) I have zero trust their mechanical work is better than their sales or service.
If I could give 6 stars I would - I could not happier with the service I received. I had driven up from California to watch the eclipse in Oregon, (which I saw!) but my A5 had developed a serious coolant leak which meant I could only go 20 miles before the reservoir emptied. Obviously I couldn't drive it back in that condition, so I showed up in Wilsonville late afternoon Monday without an appointment. Brian Spears was fantastic -
took my details, gave me a bottle of Audi water, immediately organized a courtesy car, said they would inspect it Tuesday, and planned to call the warranty company. I had assumed it would take a couple of days at least, but Brian had indicated that I was from out of town so they prioritized the repair (water pump replacement) and it was ready by 2pm the following day, washed and hoovered! That really helped me recover my travel plans, so Thank You Brian and the folks there - you are a great example of Audi service at its best.

Outstanding customer service began early in the day when I emailed a request for a test drive and Jonathan Woods called within 10 minutes to set it up. As a long time Volvo disciple, I had a lot of questions about the Q3. Jonathan was extremely knowledgable, professional and respectful yet very warm and personable. I drove my first Audi home that day due in no small part to how seamless and enjoyable Jonathan made the entire experience. I couldn't recommend him or Audi Wilsonville more.
Unfortunately, I've got to say this ranks the lowest among Audi service centers in the metro area. Part of how I can justify paying premium prices for service on a premium car is the expectation of premium customer and technical service. This dealer fails to deliver that level of service each time we've been in. The people scheduling are frequently condescending or discourteous, they are consistently stingy with loaner vehicles, and the service techs are NOT thorough. We'll take our two cars back to Sunset from now on.

Just so simple and easy to work with! Joe Hermes was our sales rep. We called about a car on Saturday morning and went down to have a look, the car was pulled around front waiting for us, unlocked and ready for us to jump in. We bought it. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly and MOST importantly, a good listener. The finance people were easy to deal with including our trade-in. We were out of there within a couple hours, start to finish. Thanks to Joe and Audi Wilsonville we're all set for our coastal road trip in a beautiful Audi Q5 TDI!

So I had to come back and add to my previous review. When we bought the Q5 we also bought some additional packages for protecting the car and keeping looking like new for years to come (clear bra, scotch guard, ding repair, etc.). We dropped off the car on Thursday evening and, as promised, Dee Sanchez, called me in the early afternoon to let me know that the work was complete and I could come pick up the car. Everything went as planned and we're just as thrilled now as we were 3 weeks ago. Love our new Audi and love Audi Wilsonville! Thanks all!!

I went to Audi Wilsonville service department in attempt to do some research on a potential future Audi purchase. Dee in service, was extremely helpful and loaded with product knowledge. She let me know of future services the vehicle may need and gave me insight on things to look for regarding repair.
The dealership is immaculate, with a super nice waiting area with yummy snacks and refreshments. The wifi is free and fast, and was able to watch some college hoops on the sweet high def TV. They even let me hang out with my dog, he was able to get some doggies snacks too! I refer everyone who is interested in Audi, or has an Audi to go here. What a great experience!
Excellent car buying experience! Prompt response and service from Brion and Josh throughout the process. No pressure into buying extended warranty or other offers. Car was inspected and issues fixed by the dealership before my ownership. Very impressive! Everything seem transparent as they show me all paperwork as requested. Brion, the internet manager even honor my offer from an online listing price that was mistakenly posted at $3000 less than actual asking price. Very happy and will definitely come back again.

I was looking for a part for my early model Audi. I had the info but the part # and the young person on the other end of the phone said he couldn t do it without the part number. I don t know if it is a generational thing. Or maybe the keys that he needed were missing from the keyboard on the computer. (Don t over exert yourselves ladies and gentlemen)
My husband and I were in no hurry to purchase a car.. we were in the "just looking/test driving" phase. We got paired up with Terry Murphy, super friendly and answered all our questions! My husband is 6'4" and we needed a good amount of leg room. Terry was great, he got us in a Q3, Q5 and Q7 to compare the size and leg room. We told Terry we wanted a Q7 TDI but knew they were currently on a "stop sale". Terry took down my email and said he would contact us if they had one in stock. The following day, Terry emailed me and said they found a Q7 TDI at their other lot and could bring it over for us to test drive. I wasn't planning on test driving the car, I'm not much of a fan of driving (I live in the country, the city roads spook me). We met with both Terry Murphy & Anton Robinson and my husband convinced me to take the car for a spin. My husband sat in the passenger seat, Terry & Anton in the back seat and I drove. The area where they had me drive totally mimics my normal drive to work and that's when I fell in love with the car! Terry & Anton made us feel super relaxed and had us laughing throughout the test drive. Negotiating part of the experience was great, Anton listened to our needs and concerns and we were able to come to an agreeable amount quickly while I happily sipped on my hot cocoa. Jeff, in Finance, super knowledgeable and personable, got us through financing quickly.
This was the best car buying experience for both my husband and I. My husband has since been back to the dealership for a tint job on our car and has had nothing but wonderful things to say! The highest level of customer service is definitely achieved at this dealership.

In Sept I put money down on very specific Audi in Seattle. The dealer stalled me, pushed out the delivery date past the date that my very good financing would have lapsed. When I pointed out that other dealers had the exact car I was looking for, they did little to help connect me with the Audi of my dreams.
Then came Travis and Jacob of Wilsonville Audi. Found the white Audi TTS that I was looking for - about three hours south of Seattle in Oregon. They helped me work out the deal with my bank in a matter of hours over email. They responded to emails quickly. They found great discounts that I didn't know I was eligible for - like the Audi Loyalty discount. The next day I took the train from Seattle to Portland and Travis picked me up at Union Station - he's a sweety! Within an hour, I was out the door with my brand new Audi TTS and off to visit a friend in the area.
Travis and Jacob did a great job to get me the car I wanted with the features I wanted. They were supportive and helpful.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Anton Robinson again when I wanted to move from an A4 to an A6. Very professional, and worked hard to get my business. I didn't feel pressure at all. I had to pause talks for a couple of weeks because of a work deadline, and he had no problem accommodating. When we resumed, he started right where we left off. Audi Wilsonville is trying to development long term relationships with their customer base, and it's working. If you're looking for a new or preowned Audi, ask for Anton.

I don't feel like we were treated any different than someone walking in to buy a brand new Audi and we bought a used car under $15k. I'm very impressed. Exactly 42 months ago on Christmas Eve, Joe Hermes helped me get into a lease on an A3 Wagon, at the time, it was an easy transaction and a great deal in my estimation. I thoroughly enjoyed the car and the Service interaction at Audi Wilsonville with Pam Tonkin and team over the course of the lease.
While nearing the end of my lease, my battery died so I received a new Allroad as a loaner for the day as my issue was checked out. I had been debating on my next car and this extended test drive sealed the deal. I found out you could not buy a loaner car but Joe was able to find a unit that was en-route via train the truck from the port in Houston. While waiting for the car to arrive we easily resolved the new lease deal so it was just a matter of signing paperwork when the car arrived at the dealership. Joe came on on his day off to deliver it and walk me through the new technology. I love my 2014 Allroad and highly recommend the team at Audi Wilsonville.
After over a month of car shopping with awful experiences in Seattle, we decided to reach out to Audi Wilsonville on the off-chance they had what we were looking for, and more importantly would be honest, responsive, swift, and listen to what we were looking for. Best decision ever. Within an hour of speaking on the phone with GM Josh, I was sent information on 3 cars that met exactly what we were looking for - no attempt at upselling to the highest model. Before we even arrived on site, we had a base price outlined - no haggling necessary.
Based on that information we stopped on our drive down to the coast. Josh connected us with Joe who was wonderful. Meeting all of our expectations, he had the two cars we had narrowed down to ready and at the door before we even arrived. He gave us time to look without any pressure and went as fast as possible with the paperwork. The trade in and new values were fair. and straightforward. Joe even helped me install the rack we purchased on top before leaving! Above and beyond helpful! We were out the door with a new car within 2 1/2 hours.
We were so burnt out on the dealership experience before arriving but Wilsonville proved to be different. Thank you to Joe (and Josh) for your time, and for making the buying experience a positive one. Worth the drive.

First class service and friendly staff! Everytime I bring my car in for a service, I am greeted with a smile, I am given a beautiful brand new courtesy car, and some kind of refreshment from the snack and drink bar. The service bay is so clean and my car is taken car of every time!! Today when I went in, Rod gave me 10% off because I hadn't received the coupon in the mail yet. I didn't even know there was a coupon and it would have been easy to pass it up, but he brought it to my attention and gave it to me!
I had received another quote for brake repair from les Schwab when I got my tires replaced, and Audi cost me less than $200 dollars more, but I had a better experience and service, plus my car was handled by Audi experts.

My car buying experience at the dealership was good, no pressure, easy and fairly fast. My main reason for giving them low stars is because of the service department. First oil change was fine, second they said I desperately needed two tires even though I had them check at a tire center a month prior. I declined to replace them. Third oil change and 10,000 miles later my tires are fine with no recommendation for replacement. The cost of an oil change went up $45 dollars due them resetting the maintenance indicator. It took them 2 hours and 20 minutes to change my oil and no apologies for the wait. Won t be taking my car there again and will strongly re-think leasing from them when my lease is up in 5 months.

WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING A CAR FROM AUDI WILSONVILLE FROM A DISTANCE !! Two weeks ago we bought a used luxury car from them for cash, flew 700 miles to buy it, only to discover the condition was not as represented. When we asked about the scrapes that were not disclosed, the sales person shrugged and said what did we expect, it was a used car. We were obviously disappointed , but by then it would have been extremely expensive to walk away. Then when we arrived home we discovered some SAFETY parts missing from our car. We called four times to try to resolve this problem and they have refused to make it right. Our feeling is it is because they know we aren't local.

I bought my dream car here about 9 months ago here. I was pretty weary of buying a used car from all the stories you hear but it was honestly pretty easy. I'm not a huge fan of the bartering process but it was completely reasonable for the industry here and they took care of all of the little stuff that could really draw out the process. I would recommend Audi Wilsonville to anyone looking for these type of cars.

My experience in purchasing an Audi S6 at Wilsonville Audi was one of the best experiences I've had at a large dealership. The employees are all knowledgeable, friendly and don't waste your time. I test drove the car the day before and went back in the next day to purchase. I was in & out of there within an hour or so. I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
This is my SECOND review and my SECOND 5 star experience! My first experience I purchased a preowned Toyota from them and Anton gave R8 customer service . Now he is the sales manager and much deserved, and it was nice to see him again. My sales associate was Terry online, prompt and knowledgeable with his service. I didn t schedule an appointment and just went in, so he wasn t available when I got there, no worries, Amin helped me from there. He was absolutely wonderful, funny, personable, knowledgeable and VERY patient! I got cold feet the first day and decided to sleep on it, but this was a very big purchase and decision for me. He was very understanding and I appreciate that. The next day he welcomed me back and I drove away in my second in line dream car, a Q5 . (Top dream car is an R8, maybe in another life ). David our finance coordinator worked very hard to get me the absolute best rate and was very personable and knowledgeable, a joy to work with. AGAIN, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. When I am ready for my R8, you better believe I will call upon Amin, David and Anton . Service here was fantastic. Mr. S from the service department was not only as knowledgeable as a tech but literally defined the reputation from this dealership. Did not upsell and recommended only the things required to prolong life of the vehicle. Yes it took longer than it would have been but that's because of holiday closing not because of the staff. Came here while on vacation and got a loaner(they run out occasionally) so I can enjoy the stay. Hands down puts SoCal dealers to shame. Thanks again :)

He went above and beyond what I consider normal and helped us get exactly what we wanted above everything else. I recently needed fairly extensive repairs for my Audi Q7, which is never fun--but it is 7 years old & that's just life. I had a great experience with the service staff. They reviewed all of my prior servicing, priced it out for me, & there were no surprises. While they worked on my car, they gave me a beautiful new Allroad as a loaner. It was so nice not to worry about a rental car.
My Q7 was returned in perfect condition & I am thrilled. I will be going back to them for sure.
I had the pleasure of meeting Chris (Service Manager) over the phone this morning under not so pleasant circumstances. I called frantic for help to get to my 2 year old daughter who was strapped in her car seat and had locked me out of my Q7 by pushing th lock button with her foot.
Chris was calm, professional and quick thinking. I had already been directed to the roadside assistance # by another service employee. Unfortunately once I called the number I was given an automated survey for a cruise. Perhaps I had the wrong phone #. I called back and that is when I was connected to Chris. He checked with his shop foreman to make sure he had the tools and ability to get me into my car and sent him to help.
The two men who came to help were also extremely quick, efficient and very kind. They even brought a cookie for my crying daughter.
It is not a surprise to receive such outstanding service from members of the team at Audi Wilsonville. Most every interaction over the past several years has been. Today though was definitely above and beyond and I want to thank Chris and his team from the bottom of my heart!
Everyone you contact at Audi Wilsonville is courteous and helpful. My Audi Brand Specialist, Josh Jeffrey, was prompt with responses to my questions over the phone and by email and very patient in person when I wanted to see and test drive cars. I enjoyed working with Josh. You really feel like you are dealing with a professional (versus a car salesman) when working with Brand Specialists at Wilsonville Audi. That's important when you are a discerning buyer of a high end product. The people at the dealership match the quality of the product.
This is my 4th Audi A4 and Josh had to fill in for Anton to help me with my new car purchase. Both Josh and Anton were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The sale manager sold me his personal car to make the deal. NO JOKE! I never take the time to review anything anywhere but after my experience here I had to because I've never had a car buying experience quite like this. My wife and had been looking for a very particular used car (S7 Prestige, black optic, carbon fiber, fully loaded etc etc) for a period of time and never thinking that we were going to find it we started looking at alternatives with Scott at Wilsonville Audi. He helped us a couple times and never pushed too hard. As somebody who has worked in the business I know the pressures they face to make the sale and you never feel that come through with this dealership. Anyway, we went back to look at a vehicle that we thought might be close to what my wife wanted but it didn't have most of the options so we contemplated what it would take to add on everything that she was looking for and it just didn't make sense. While looking around the lot we spotted the exact car (seriously, the exact freaking car) we wanted over in the far corner parked among other vehicles that clearly didn't belong on the sales lot. I assumed that they were employee cars but went to ask the sales guy anyway and he confirmed that they were indeed employee cars. He asked which one I was looking at and when I told him he said that he would go talk to the manager who owned it to see if he was interested in selling it. Having worked at dealerships before I assumed that this was just a daily driver that the dealership provided him however as it turns out they do actually have to buy their own vehicles and this was indeed his personal car. After a few minutes of explaining that it had every possible feature we wanted he said he would sell it. How often does that happen? Having completely blown the first rule of negotiating by showing our emotions and pure giddiness I expected to get completely hosed in order to buy the exact car we wanted but that could not have been further from the truth. Long story short they made us a deal we couldn't possibly refuse and even despite the fact that I love to haggle they accepted my first offer which is something I have never seen in the car business before and I got a screaming deal on the car and my trade. Clearly these guys are in the business of moving cars and making people happy and that is a rare thing to see at a dealership these days. Not to mention the fact that I am now driving around one kick ass Audi and my wife can't wipe the smile off her face. Happy wife happy life, thanks Wilsonville Audi!
The finance person scams buyers. He convinces them they need overpriced maintenance and extended warranty packages to make back any discount the salesmen give on the cars. They will lie and tell you that you'll need to replace all the belts, hoses, brake pads and rotors, battery, and some other things within 4 years of buying the car. The only thing someone might go through in that time if they drive a lot is brake pads. The package is $2500 so basically they just made $2100 off of you. There goes any discount you got off sticker.
If you buy a car here DO NOT be scammed into the packages they'll offer you after you agree to buy. Absolutely none of them will save you a single penny. They exist solely to take back the discount they gave you on the car.

I have nothing but positive experience with Audi Wilsonville. They made a seamless transaction during the process when purchasing my first Audi S4... Mind you, I am Washington resident and I had been corresponding several people. My appreciation cannot be overstated in those people who had kept in contact with me, keeping me apprised with the latest status of their inventory. I would not hesitate to do business with good folks such as Sam Gilbert, Anton Robinson, Scott Bowman, and Jacob Goudy at Audi Wilson should if I pursue another Audi vehicle in the future.
Totally satisfying car buying experience from start to finish. My 'car selection expert,' Spencer, was hugely helpful, got to know what I was looking for and did not in any way try to get me into a car I wasn't comfortable with. Josh Kampmann and his sales and service team are top notch! We purchased a used vehicle from salesperson Grace, who was informative, easy going and kind. We had one little glitch with the vehicle and the GM Josh, was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of- which he didn't have to do.
In my opinion, honesty and trustworthiness is the most important ingredient when buying a vehicle and this team blew it out of the water. Will definitely be back!
