Very friendly staff that don't chase you down in the parking lot. If you have questions, they are very knowledgeable. A great selection of vehicles to assist in decision making. We were able to put a deal together via phone and email since we live out of town. Terry Murphy was a great salesperson, but all the staff were wonderful. Friendly, professional, I just wish I could buy some more!

I work in the dealer service industry and know how customers should be treated. I was honestly so surprised with how horrible their communication was with me. I made an appointment a week ahead of time for the drivers side airbag recall on my car because I live about an hour away and I knew that I would be driving by the Audi dealership that day. I told them I could drop it off at 7am and would need the car back by 3pm. I did not hear any thing from Mr. Savage all day so I returned at 3pm like I stated I would. The only thing he said was Did I call you , in an annoyed tone. I said no, he hadn t, so he said Well your car isn t done then, you ll have to come back to pick it up tomorrow and not in the morning . He did not want to give me my car back, so I had to call someone to pick me up (over an hour away). Luckily I happened to be going up to Portland again the next day. I emailed him the next morning saying it would be great if it was done before 3pm like it was stated it would be the day prior. He replied saying it wouldn t be done that early. No urgency was present on my visit, it felt as though they were taking their time on a simple task. I felt like it s because I am not a loyal service customer to this particular dealership. I know for a fact the drivers side air bag comes out really easily and does not take almost two whole days to complete. There was no follow up and no concern that I left as an unhappy customer, and due to my experience I will not be returning to this dealership for any of my Audis!
I really want to like this dealership since it is closer to our home in Lake Oswego and I love the Audi brand but it always seems to be a hit or miss experience. Bought an Audi TT coupe years ago from them at their old location, did not have a good buying experience so ended up at the Sunset Dealership for our '15 Q5 TDI. Bought a Porsche Boxster S from them as well several years ago and had smooth sales transaction both times. Minimal haggling, good prices for both of us. Took the Q5 in for service recently at the Wilsonville location, liked the service guy so went to the showroom to look at a TTS I've been eyeing for a while. Had a hard time finding a sales person and when I was able to track one down, the guy pointed to the lot and said there was one out there somewhere then walked away! No help, no nothing! Yep, same old dealership. I pay cash for my cars, don't haggle much but I do expect top notch service when I buy something. Still want the Audi TT-RS when it comes out later this year but will probably end up at the Beaverton dealership to get it. C'est la vie.
We purchased a low mileage 2013 Q5 and drove from north of Seattle to find just what we were looking for. Thanks to Josh, we were able to get just what we were looking for and in less than 70 minutes had completed the test drive, trade and all the paperwork. We love the vehicle but know that we will return again when it is time for the next trade! Thanks Josh and the warm and helpful team at Wilsonville Audi.

In the past I have been really impressed with this dealership and was just about ready to buy a new Audi SQ6 however, I just took my car into the service department to have them fix the gasoline door that was sticking on my Audi S6. While there I noticed that one of the front door panels had a manufacture defect and a few of the buttons where pushed in slightly from the surrounding trim. My car is still under the 4 years 50 k warranty and also has the extended warranty for 2 additional years. I just received a call from the service department saying that the trim piece had been removed and was not installed correctly when put back into position. They also let me know that this is not covered under the 4 year 50k warranty because trim is only covered for 12 months or 12k miles. I have never heard of a manufacture not standing behind a defect or a dealership telling me that the item was removed and installed incorrectly when I have only taken the car to their Audi service department or the service department at Audi Beaverton. The care has never been worked on by any other repair facility. Shame on Audi and Audi Wilsonville for not standing behind an issue that is clearly a manufacture defect or a service tech who did not complete a previous repair correctly.

I usually was very pleased with this dealership, but after my experience today March 31st 2018 I probably will never set foot there. My wife and I had negotiated the perfect car for our growing family and ready to sign the final papers in the financial managers office. While about to load our stuff from the old into the new car we noticed a scratch at the right tail light. Considering that the car was a certified used one with only 4000mi on it we thought Audi would fix it for free. Instead we were told replacing the light would cost $2000 and therefore they are not going to repair it, we just would have to live with it. We found this very unprofessional and walked away from the deal. Very disappointed.

Today I went into Audi of Wilsonville to check out a car I dreamed of owning. Manager,Willie Higgins, made my dream come true!! I had some obstacles that, frankly, had kept me from being able to finance. I'm certain Willie Higgins has some pretty impressive skills and experience, because he got me an amazing finance rate! He also gave me some detailed advice to help me in future financing. My first contact with this dealership was with Scott Bowman by phone. When my daughter, mom and myself went in to meet him in person, from the initial greeting, I knew we would be in good hands. Scott gave us the best experience any dealership has ever given me. I felt that I could explain some personal finance situations and that he would seek my best interests and not make me feel awkward. Second key stopped working with 2015 S3. Free battery replacement took 2 minutes but didn't solve the problem. Next day appointment required reassociating the key to the cars immobilizer system. Warranty covered work, came with free car wash and interior vacuum. In and out in 90 minutes.
My wife and I had a great experience working with Mark on our new car, him and Eric were both great to work with, and we look forward to coming back when we're in the market for another car!
Overall buying the car was good. Since I do a lot of research on cars I want it was a pretty easy sales process. Test drove it, financing wasn't hard. I've gone through the car and nothing seems off or out of place for a 8-9 year old car. Car was always leased before I bought it, via Carfax, with a clean bill of health so there was a bit of extra comfort there.
Did have a small communication break down after purchasing the car trying to get some info from service, but was contacted right away by the manager of the store who quickly fixed the issue and made it right so updated the rating.
My wife and I purchased a non-Audi used vehicle from this dealership and were very satisfied with the experience. The salesman, Eric Finch, was very helpful. He did not pressure us but offered us plenty of time to make decisions. I appreciated his patience. They were willing to negotiate to a satisfactory price and the trade-in offer was just what I was hoping for. Financing was quick but I wish we would have been able to stick with the pre-approved financing we brought with us.

This dealership is AMAZING, hands down. I love Dee, she always remembers me and asks me about things in my life she remembers and my daughter. She's super sweet, super friendly, and extremely helpful. The other service people are amazing too, though! Dee is just my absolute favorite to do all my servicing paperwork and run my questions through. They never hesitate to be hospitable and there for your car needs and they truly care.
I went in for routine maintenance and a recall, and the technician refilled my fluids (windshield wiper in particular, which I was completely out of), vacuumed and wiped down the interior, AND gave me a car wash. I have had dealerships that don't always do these things, let alone do them without you asking, but I was pleasantly surprised to come back and have all these things done for me! It made my day!
Seamless, low pressure, great experience! In the past 9 months I have purchased one new Audi from Sunset imports (before Wilsonville was opened) and one new Audi from Wilsonville Audi. I have also serviced my first Audi (S4) at Wilsonville. Josh Jeffery and Jeff Blackwood in Wilsonville were great and made the buying experience positive. Wilsonville Audi did not try to slip in any extra fees at signing in hopes that I wouldn't notice like Sunset did and I was never pressured to buy something I didn't want. 100% recommend them if you are in the market for an Audi. They will work with you to find the car you want (had mine shipped up from California).
The service department continues to provide quality work for me over the years. The complimentary loaner always makes it so much easier to schedule service visits.
I just leased my second car from Audi Wilsonville, and had a perfect experience both times. Kevyn was my salesperson for both leases, and he made everything as easy as can be. He was very respectful of my time, and did as much of (both) transactions as possible over the phone/email, saving me extra time at the dealership. He delivered my new car to my home, along with all of the lease paperwork to sign, for a seamless transaction. He took the time to go over the details of the car with me, and made sure I had his contact info for any other questions. I will definitely be going back to Audi Wilsonville for my next vehicles. PS...they have a service "Valet" and will come pick up your car, and leave a loaner, while they service your car. A huge perk, seeing as we live in Portland, some distance from the dealership.
I used Car Trader to find the make and model car I wanted. Found one at Wilsonville Audi. After I responded as interested, Josh both emailed me more details and called to set up a time I could test drive the car. Since it was a 2 seater, my wife and I took the car out for about a 20 minute test drive while Josh have my old car appraised. The offer was very fair and the process simple. We left in the new car less than an hour later. Will look to do business here in the future.
I want to give a MEGA shout out to Grace Mathews, whom did an outstanding job earlier this week in guiding myself and my adult daughter (her 1st car purchase) in a flawless process, resulting in going home with an excellent Honda Civic, in about 3 hours total! For me, I love to negotiate, that is about 25% of the normal time I spend to buy many a vehicle over the years. Grace was the key reason why ( Mo is great as well)! From my 1st contact with her earlier in the afternoon by phone, (never been to this dealer) her friendly, honest, knowledgeable and straight forward attitude put me at ease that this would be a great outcome for my daughter. I may not be the ideal customer for Wilsonville Audi, but I found a used car that I could afford and eventually made the purchase with Scott Larson. At signing I was told that the broken latch that keep the gas door locked would be replaced and the peeled off BMW front hood emblem. In addition, after I take my car in to DEQ I would be reimbursed the $19.00 emission fee. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my parts or be reimbursed the DEQ fee. When I called Melissa Steele in the financing department, she sounded extremely irritable and disinterested (I had called her to confirm that my DEQ certificate had found its way to her desk). Scott Larson kep giving me empty excuses as to why my parts are not in yet. Also, in less than 72 hours after my purchase the check engine light came on. I brought my car in to their service department and they cleared the error codes- this took two days. The check engine light came back on that evening after I picked up my car. I left numerous voice mails with their service advisor, Phi Nguyen but non-have gone returned.
I sent an email expressing my experience to Tonkin customer service, but that too was not acknowledged.
I finally overcame some credit obstacles and though I do not have the perfect credit profile, I was able to get a loan and make my purchase. I feel as though that my past credit influenced the kind of service I received and because of this I cannot leave a positive comment. I was made to feel like a second-class citizen.
These people really care about their customers and you can tell. Grace helped us from start to finish, staying late, patiently answering all of our questions and generally being super knowledgeable about the car. We weren t even buying an Audi, but still got the same treatment and packages for such an amazing price. Mo was incredibly helpful on the financial end and got us a great warranty. This is the place to go if you re buying new or used - no gimmicks or shadiness, just honest and stellar customer service.

Shame on Audi Wilsonville - My name is Jamil and I shooped at Audi Wilsonville a few months ago.....They sold me pre-owned Audi A4, 2007 - with only 60,000 miles..... They reassured me it was a great car and fully tested, within a month it was low on oil, took it to them and they said it was never done - they changed the oil, 1 month later low on oil again, checked muffler and it smokes and drinks up oil- Obviously they never checked it and sold me a bad car- please beware when buying used from them, no matter what they say - make sure you check it independently - I will never trust them again. I have owned the car 4 months now and every month I top it off with oil due to shortage....Again, shame on them!
I had a great experience buying mynew Audi. Alex was my salesperson. He was honest and very personable. He took the time to show me every vehicle I asked about. I got the prettiest car on the lot. The sales manager came and spoke with me as well as Jim, the finance guy and Alex took me to meet Chris in the service dept. They were very busy that day but I never felt rushed or left behind. Awesome service department! Took my car to Sunset Audi, they could not fix the issue after 3 days and after charging me for things I didn't need fixed. These guys fixed my car in half a day and all under warranty. Fantastic service and they knew what they were doing. I had to drive an extra hour to get there, but well worth it.

I fealt that they do a good job, but some of the employees dont take safty on the highway very seriously, I observed two employees drive head on into on coming traffic to get to work,there was a work site right in front of there business traffic was shifted to middle lane and put them selfs and the public at risk by pulling into head on traffic.
Wow! This was by far THE BEST vehicle purchase I ve made since I moved out here. Everyone went out of their way to make it easy from my initial email all the way to the delivery. I m actually looking forward to getting my next Audi already. I highly recommend this dealership and let s not forget that the car is pretty awesome too!
The following review is specific to the Service Department. I ve never had such a delightful experience in dealing with car maintenance. I used to take my car to Sunset; at my wit s end with their horrendous service, rude service writers, lack of loaner cars and limited availability, I called Wilsonville on a recommendation. They got me in the same day and had a loaner ready to go when I arrived. I worked with Dee, and she was great from start to finish. Warm, knowledgeable and efficient. The service bay is immaculate and the customer waiting area is first class. When I went to pick up my car Dee covered something they weren t even obligated to because Sunset had dropped the ball months ago with the issue. I will not only be taking all of my service and maintenance business to Wilsonville, but when I m ready for another Audi, I ll absolutely be purchasing from there, too. If you have service or maintenance needs, call Dee!

I was referred to Wilsonville Audi by a friend and I was impressed with how pleasant and sophisticated they made the car buying experience. The sales team was both knowledgeable and accommodating - including some candid professional opinions that helped me sort through my car choices to find the right vehicle/price for me.
Would give less stars if I could. I purchased a 2015 Subaru from Audi Wilsonville and drove the 4 hours from Northern Washington to test drive and purchase it. Our sales person, Doug, knew NOTHING about the car, but we could overlook that as we had researched the make and model.
Because it was 7:30 and banks were closed for financing, Audi's Manager, Anton, promised that our sales person, Doug, would drive the new car half way to us the next day once the financing went through to sign paperwork and accommodate the hand off. We really appreciated what we felt was good customer service.
However, the next day Audi had a large party to debut their new electric car and our sales person, Doug, told us his schedule did not allow him to follow through with what was promised to us- driving the car halfway. I suspect it is because we purchased a used Subaru rather than higher priced vehicle and driving 2 hours to meet us would take him away from the opportunity to meet people who were interested in Audi.
We are driving down, again, the 4 hours to get the vehicle that we very much love, but we would caution others to STAY AWAY from this dealer. There is no follow through. They went back on their word and if you aren't spending large sums of money with them, you'll be treated as less than.
It's a shame really, as we could have provided future repeat business.
My wife and I spent a month and a half looking for the right SUV for her before we finally settled on the Cherokee trailhawk. There were many days of going in to test drive multiple vehicles and visiting too many dealerships. We finally ended up finding the color and price point we were wanting to stay around at Audi Wilsonville. I called ahead and notified them that I did not want pressure and they gave us a salesman by the name of Terry. He took the ti.e to have the vehicle up front for our appt. so we were not walking all over the place searching his inventory for the jeep. He was also mindful of my wife and I wanting to talk away from the whole inside sales arena. All and all the sales process was not a huge back and forth and nowhere near as long as deals can go. Thank you Terry and Wilsonville team. My wife is extremely happy with the price and way we were treated at your dealership. We will be back.

I admit it; I am suspicious of car dealerships. I am even more suspicious of car *salespeople*. Did I mention I have only a cursory knowledge of internal combustion engines? Therefore, I must add to my list of suspicious people the car mechanic. Oh yes, one more thing; I am a female car buyer, and there's a fair amount of data that we pay more for cars than men (see comment about internal combustion engines).
This was the "baggage" I walked in with when I went to Wilsonville Audi.
I loved the soft sell approach. No pressure-ever. I took 6 months to make a decision, and Josh was patient with me every, single, time we talked.
When I finally signed, I had daggers for eyes when I sat with Jeff in finance. He was professional and supplied me with data and knowledge. Nothing more. Again, soft sell all around. He didn't even mind the daggers.
When I asked for help about maintenance schedules, Dee was my service consultant. What? A woman mechanic? How is this possible? She explained things to me and I immediately felt at ease. ***Word to dealerships*** Hire more women in the service department. When Dee explained things, she wasn't condescending.
Finally, Nick was the technician who gave my car her first check-up. She passed with flying colors. Nick is my new best friend because he finished in record time.
I'd like to say something really nasty about this dealership to make this review seem more believable. I'll think of something........just give it time.....
I had worked with Austin for a month or two trying to find an exact B7 or B8 A4 in white with black interior. After months of searching and selling my previous car, I was ready to make a purchase. I came down to Audi of Wilsonville to be met by a sales person named Josh. After informing him that I had been working with Austin, he became very uninterested in helping me and became difficult to work with. Luckily for them, they had a car that I was very interested in and came back down the next day to make the purchase. My experience once I met up with Austin would be what I expect when spending over $30,000 for a car. They have been helpful and friendly through the rest of the car buying experience.
I would like to start by thanking Josh Kampman for helping me out and taking the time to meet me. I would also like to say that this Audi dealership is definitely a place to get your service done.They are extremely knowledgeable and loyal to the customer. I didn't have such a good visit but I'm updating this review because they called me immediately to fix my issue. Christopher Savage sincerely and genuinely apologize for the miscommunication we had he's a nice smart guy who cares about customers. The staff there is great and I would recommend you go there!!!
Great experience purchasing an Audi A6 3.0 T. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the purchase including the many features of the car. He spent much time with us demonstrating how everything worked.
Totally satisfying buying experience all around. People are highly professional and treated us with respect. We have not felt pressure at any point.
Just had to drop off my car for its 55,000 mile checkup, and I was not able to make it in time to pick up my car (by 6pm) after the service was done. They told me it would not be an issue and to keep the loaner car another day and come by the next day any time. They are friendly, helpful and kept me updated on what they found, which is why I always now take my Audi here instead of Sunset which is much closer to me; The service is unbeatable

not really impressed given it's a luxury auto dealer. service staff is pretty good but they give conflicting advice that I couldn't rely on. disappointed since its a 45 min drive for me. sales staff is hit or miss. my original salesperson was great, my second time not so much

We really can't say enough good about this place. This place blows other car dealerships out of the water in more ways than one. From purchasing to service appointments i always know it's going to be quick, easy and efficient! Also, you're lucky if you have Ed Swift as your service specialist! It doesn't get any better. I needed a tire. With only 6600 miles on my A6, the right rear tire had apparently lost a skirmish with a curb.
A quick call to service, and Rachael put me on to Travis, in parts, to make sure there was such a tire in stock. There was, he set it aside for me. Rachel scheduled me for the next day - my preference.
That day, I was met by Dee Sanchez, who has been my service advisor in the past.
She got the car in, offered a wash and vacuum, told me how long the tire changing should take, and handled everything else with her usual supreme competence and friendly manner. She's a delight.
Sure enough, in the allotted time I was done and on my way.
Scheduling, communication, welcome, nice waiting area, good people.
Brought my 2013 Audi A3 into service for a 45k check up. Everything went smoothly and I received a nice A4 to drive while the work was being done. Unfortunately my battery died 3 days later and I called to complain but once again Audi came through and squeezed me in the next morning to replace my battery. They put me up in an office so I could work while they swapped the battery. Total time was 1.5 hours. Very happy with both services. Chris and Ed were awesome!
I've had two different cars serviced at Audi Wilsonville and the experience has always been great. All of the service advisors, technicians, and parts department folks have been so professional and friendly. I took my 11 year old Audi there for service for several years and was treated so well. (I now have a brand new Audi and I am treated exactly the same.) They were very good about helping me decide what to fix and what could be delayed (or not fixed at all) on my 11 year old car. They make it so easy to drop off the car, are very good about calling to explain what they found and what options you have before doing significant work, and have everything ready to go when it is time to pick the car up. I have taken cars there for both scheduled and unscheduled work, and each time has been a really good experience. I hope that I won't have much to fix on my new Audi for a very, very long time, but I know where I'll be taking it when it needs service!
Worst CPO inspection points. Not at all inspected well on my car.
I bought a 300 points inspected car.l from here. Less than 3-4 months got all the below issues,
1. Heated seats were not working
2. Brakes are not working well
3. Coolant oil gone empty
3. Engine oil to min level
Finally when I pointed about the CPO inspection, manager Anton Robinson treated me the worst way. Worst behavior ever I experienced.
If there is an option I ll give the negative rating.
Let my start by saying, I never write reviews. However, I felt Kevyn's service was more than worthy of my effort. He was incredibly easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable (answered all my questions...some more than once), very professional and patient (with my indecision) and kind. Kevyn went above and beyond to make my car shopping and purchasing experience exceptional. I highly recommend Audi Wilsonville (my second purchase from this dealership)...be sure to request Kevyn. You won't be disappointed!

It was an excellent experience 5 stars. I arrived early and my car was taken early and finished before the promised time. Diana Sanchez was very helpful with a problems that had plagued my car. My son had dropped a Pokemon chip (like a poker chip) in the front vent and it made a very annoying sound. The other Audi dealership (Sunset) had quoted me about $500 to get it out because they would need to remove most of the dash. Both Diana and the mechanic went out of their way to look up if they could just remove the vent cover. Yes they were able to, thanks to them caring my repair was $40 and I very much appreciate the effort and the fact they went the extra step for me.
Will never return to Sunset Audi dealership or Service Dept. Was told I needed $2000+ in repair work before their technicians could conduct an "Oil Consumption Test" on my vehicle. I was told I had several oil leaks, and "oil was spilling out of everywhere". Quoted over $1000 for oil pan reseal. Had my engine professionally cleaned, and tested 2 days later - results from test showed NO LEAKS whatsoever.
Then, took my same vehicle to Audi Wilsonville. They not only completed the test, but also performed the first repair for vehicles suffering from a common consumption oil issue. No questions at all. Awesome service from everyone at their dealership. Couldn't believe the difference in how I was treated at Sunset compared to Wilsonville.
No wonder this dealership has received Audi's Magna Elite award, and the Sunset has probably never heard of it.
Will literally have my car towed to Wilsonville for repairs rather than ever drop my car off at Sunset Audi again.

Visited several car dealerships in the few weeks prior to my purchasing an Audi Q3 in Wilsonville. I had an idea of what I was looking for and am very satisfied with the purchase. Scott Bowman was the sales person who greeted me and kept in contact during the entire process. He answered all my questions and very clearly explained features of this vehicle while leaving the invitation open to address any further questions I may have. Overall, it was a very smooth buying experience and I am a satisfied customer of Audi Wilsonville.
We had a wonderful experience working with Anton Robinson and his team at Wilsonville Audi. I had called ahead for a text drive of an Audi TT, I was considering purchasing a model of the TT that they didn't even have in stock. Anton said, sure come on up you can drive what we have. After the test drive, I found the TT was not a good fit for me. Anton, knowing the other models so well suggested I try the S4. I am so glad he did, perfect car for what I was wanting. I can't comment on the service department, because I haven't used it yet, just picked it up Sunday. But from the cleanliness of the facility, and the true passion these people have for cars and Audi's I'm sure the I will be well taken care of. Deal was hassle free from beginning to end and over and done in about 2 hours.
Working with Anton and Joe was a pleasant and positive auto buying experience. After doing months of reviews and driving many different brands we knew that the Audi Q7 was the vehicle we wanted. Anton offered the best price and made the buying experience an easy process even at a distance using the web. I would highly recommend both to anyone.
