Called this dealer Thursday and Friday trying to speak with a salesman but i never made it past the bouncer who told me they where all busy and someone would call me back. Guess they re to busy for a new customer.
I had an excellent experience with Audi Wilsonville - very friendly and helpful staff. I was bringing in my Q5 for a couple of recall fix ups. Staff at Audi Wilsonville (especially Don) were very professional and communicated very well and added an awesome complimentary car wash and detail. Highly recommended!
I worked with Kevyn Garnett (not that Kevin Garnett) and I had a wonderful car buying experience. Kevyn was attentive and listened to what I wanted and helped me get it. The entire process took about 2 hours and I went home with exactly what I wanted. Friendly staff all around and I will definitely go back when I am ready.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with the service department at Audi Wilsonville. Rod and Dee are fantastic service advisers, very customer-focused and informative. If you need to wait there, the wifi is fast and the waiting area is comfortable with plenty of drink and snack amenities. I wish Audi was a bit closer to Portland but I honestly don't mind driving that much since the service is always hassle-free.
I have leased four cars from Audi WV and each time it has been easy and even fun. The people that work there are professionals and they understand that relationship building is not just good business, it is good practice as people. Other Audi options have been less than pleasant, which is why I sought an alternative four cars back. I am glad I found Jeff and Josh in the sales dept and Rod and Nate in the service area. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Audi Wilsonville. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were immaculate. Honestly the whole process took from 3pm-430pm, no joke. We were even trading in a leased vehicle so I am sure there is a little more paperwork involved. Timeline might be some sort of record. Overall a very positive experience.
I have no experience with the sales team, but the service side should be avoided. Last year I thought a wheel bearing was going out with a droning sound on the freeway. They insisted that it was simply "road noise" and nothing to worry about.
Last week, the bottom plastic skid plate blew off and needed replacement bolts. I took the car in to have them fix the plate (held on with tie wraps) and once again, look at the droning road noise. They made an appointment for the following week to do this.
After having the car all day, they decide that yes, it is a wheel bearing that needs to be replaced, and they will fix it for roughly $800 - because the car is now just over 30,000 miles and out of warranty-. (Any other shop in town will do this work for $400). By the way they have to *order simple bolts for the plate* because they didn't bother to do so last week when I made the appointment.
As a final thank you they washed the car and charged me $130 to "diagnose" my wheel bearing issue.
Pushy sales man, started to look and get prices on a car. It was around 8pm on a sunday. Been shopping all day and was all ready to come back the next day and do paperwork. Continued to push for the papers tonight, even the finance guy said why cant we do it tomorrow. They Wanted us to pay for rims to be repaired since the previous owner curbed them hard, Now this is a nearly new Audi Q5 not a POS, and added that they would not fix the chip in the windshield. If I am dropping 40k on a loaded car I expect things to get fixed. Was told they could have the car ready for delivery in a week since their "tire guy" would not be in. We agreed and left the dealership that Sunday night around 11pm. Now having issues trying to get the car delivered. Being told they can not deliver but have to meet half way. Not happy with the overall experience. Just has a shady feel to it.
Everything about this dealership is 5 stars. I had a problem getting my car serviced at one of those crap pull-in places, but no more! After my service, they gave me a rundown on repairs I would need, but we're not pushy to get them done. They were extremely helpful about getting me to and from work since they had my car, and were on-time to the minute. My biggest gripe is places giving you updates on the work, and they exceeded my expectations.
A friend had been emailing with the man that assisted us in car buying process. Through email and in person he was very easy to work with and accessible. I knew what I wanted, test drove and bought it. All very smooth. He was knowledgeable about the car and other questions I asked him
Professional and courteous. Clear explanation of technical issues and solutions. Clear check before major work completed. Only shortcoming is lack of communication after work commenced - needed to reach out to Audi myself 2 business days after the initial target date for completion to get a status update. Overall, competent and solid.
From their service department over the years, to my most recent reception of my 2015 A3 TDI from Scott Bowman, all I can say is good job Scott. My trust in Scott and our phone conversations about the A3, I knew I could trust Scott on all the incentives and reasons to do all my purchasing business over the phone. My first time seeing my A3 was when I arrive to sign papers and drive away...totally happy. I will spread the good news.
I just had the best car buying experience I ve ever had from any car dealership. I am now a raving fan for Audi Wilsonville and I will be recommending this place to all of my friends and family. Grace is simply amazing at what she does! Her effective communication and availability made it so easy for me to purchase my dream car. She kept me updated on important updates, she always made her schedule available to me even on her day off! She truly listened to what my needs were and seemed to genuinely care about getting me in to a car that works for me. Audi Wilsonville is a nice location. When I arrived for service, Chris Leport greeted me at my vehicle for service. He was kind, and answered all my questions, went above and beyond to provide reccomendations. He was respectful and not pushy about a service i had declined, though other dealerships i have gone to have not respected that. Chris showed me the lounge and advised where I could find coffee, water and the restrooms. The service was quick and they cleaned my vehicle. The only downfall was when I entered my vehicle again, the windsheild was dirtier than when I dropped my vehicle off. It was smudged and streaky. I needed to clean it again prior to driving away.
We are very happy with our experience at Audi Wilsonville and especially with Kevyn Garnett. He has helped us to understand our car and is very open to helping us with Questions we may have in the future
We special ordered a fully loaded allroad Prestige from Audi of Wilsonville in February, after they won the competition for price between 3 dealers. All during the build process we were kept informed of progress, taking delivery last week. Rocco, the brand specialist, came in on a day off to fit our busy schedule, doing a superb job tutoring the many features. Jacob made the sales paperwork, titling and tags a breeze! Love the car (our 4th Audi wagon) and the sales experience!
Customer service is always outstanding. From the scheduling the service to leaving the day the service is complete. They keep us informed during the day and provide feedback on the overall condition of the cars.

Updating to 4 stars- they reached out and genuinely seem to want to resolve the issue. They sent the payoff in upon request 3 weeks after it was traded in, still waiting to see how that will affect the refinancing. They offered and installed a free half hood clear bra for the trouble its caused which is much appreciated.
Original post- We recently traded in our 2012 audi for a 2020 and they didnt pay off the trade vehicle until I called them almost a month later to find out why it was still shown on my credit report. It ended up affecting the refinancing of my house and they didn't seem to care at all.

Very nice sales people, not pushy. They have a very large selection of new cars and their used cars are too quality. In fact, if a used vehicle sits on the lot too long, they send it to auction, so you only get the best used cars. Their eating area is very comfortable with free snacks and beverages

Bought my first Audi from Audi of Wilsonville last weekend. Joe H helped us and from the moment we started talking there was no pressure. I wasn't sure if I wanted a car or an SUV so we were looking at the A6 and Q7. Joe gave us the information we needed to make the decision without being "a salesman". They also gave us a fair price on our trade in without all the haggling and back and forth. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and the deal went pretty fast once we decided on the A6. We had purchased the vehicle from willsonville Audi and had a good experience. Have had some maintenance and recall work done there which seems to be decent work. However the service tech said we needed a new battery the last time we took it in because it tested weak. Well I go and get it tested at a few places and tested great with no signs of going bad. So how often are the service salesmen and tecs upsaleing for unneeded maintenance. Don't think I will be taking it back. As someone either the techs or service associate is getting a kicker.

I purchased a new Audi one week ago from Audi Wilsonville. My experience was great from start to finish. I walked in, met with Jonathan and found the perfect car in my price range. There was no hard sell, just the up front prices on their selection and time to decide upon the best fit. Service department charged me $3,000 for transmission repairs. Two weeks later--after replacing the $3,000 electronic module--dealership said I need a new transmission for an additional $13,000!!! Why not tell me that from the get-go?
Mechanics are students who would rather replace a part than diagnose and repair.
Worst car dealership . If h want an Audi go somewhere else . The car is great but the services is terrible . Promised all kind of thing and had to fight to get it . They messed up all paperwork and didn t send the correct info/money to licensing department. No response when you call or text. Will never step foot at this dealership again, rather take the bus everywhere than to buy a car there again .
I had an amazing experience buying a pre-owned car at Audi Wilsonville. Tim Clark is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. During our test drive, Tim confidently allowed me to put that car though its paces and even test the breaks! When the test drive was over, Tim put zero pressure on me to buy the car, even though I was already sold! Romi in the finance office was great. He looked for the very best rate and gave discounts that I would have had to ask for at other dealerships. Such fantastic customer service is a welcome surprise when buying a car. They sell cars out from under you while you are in the process of purchasing, then put the blame on you. Very disappointed in quality of service, we will be bringing our business to Audi of Bellevue
Was told 8 thousand then next thing I know I owe 14 thousand on car. A guy called me later on and helped fix the situation that was once a problem and is now all cleared up. They definitely care about the experience and do whatever they can to fix anything that might have gone wrong for the customer.
I just started my 3rd A4 lease from Audi Wilsonville and am seriously impressed with each upgrade. I ve always received better then expected service which is why I made the extra effort down to Wilsonville. This time there was the extra complication of my trade in parked at another dealership 500 miles away. Grace had me in another car in record time despite the extra logistics. She had no problems only solutions and was awesome in all ways to work with. She has been vigilant in making sure all is well even after several weeks. I m extremely happy with the car. The A4 is by far the best performing and equipped option in my price range. I have zero remorse and am still finding new reasons to feel as though I was put in the perfect vehicle.
I've had a hard time finding the correct wipers for my car. When I got there and explained the situation to the Part manager, Travis Craig, He quickly made sure I had the right parts and that they fit and work correctly. When I grew up my mom owned an Audi 100 ls. I'm now proud to be an Audi owner myself. As Craig reminded me safty 1st. Thank you out it Wilsonville.

The service at WIlsonville Audi was amazing. Starting with our first call to the Sales Manager Tim Clark who assisted us in finding the car we have been looking for. Then Kevyn Garnett took over when we arrived and he provided awesome focused customer assistance. Lastly, Edger helped us finalize all the paperwork. They all made it stress free and we will be back again to purchase future vehicles.
I bought a used car from them 2 months ago. Initially, I felt really good about the experience in buying the car, and they give you the impression that the car was inspected thoroughly, etc. etc. Well, less than a week in, the car started having issues starting. We looked into all of the basic care and such, and it all looked okay. But, about a month later, I was stranded on the side of the road with an overheating car, and I just paid $1500 to have a cracked head on the engine fixed. They sold me a lemon. I realize that there are risks involved in buying a used car, but with their reputation as a dealership, as well as the show they put on of promoting their used cars as having gone through extensive inspection and only selling the ones that pass inspection. I don't think mine truly would have passed if they had inspected everything they say they do.
UPDATE: 10 minutes after posting this review I got a call from one of the managers. He proceeded to tell me I should have brought the car to them, and they would have "tried to make it right", and that they "didn't intend to sell me a lemon". But no offers to help cover the costs of the repairs I have paid for, no offers of any sort to actually make it right, just a bunch of politically correct phrases that I think were supposed to be an apology.

My experience is with my son s 2007 Audi A3 2.0L Vehicle would fire up the fan after the car was turned off and drain the battery. I could not find the issue and willingly paid the $240 for diagnosis of the issue. Replace the fan, was the diagnosis. OK, I replaced the fan. Not the issue. Brought it back and they charged another $160 to now diagnose as the ECU. I requested a credit for absolute but absolutely incorrect "fan" diagnosis. No credit for the incorrect fan diagnosis. New diagnosis was the ECU. Now the repair/replace cost for the ECU was $1500 so I wanted to be sure IF it was not the ECU would there be any credit/refund of the $1500. No, its an electric part and is programmed for your specific car. There is no refund if it doesn t fix the problem. I pulled the ECU sent it to some place in Michigan and replaced it myself, $500. This indeed was the problem.
Within the initial $240 diagnosis was a torn CV boot with a repair cost identified. When I called to schedule the repair, the price was not the price on the printout but substantially higher. Oh there was an issue with the estimation.
Our first encounter with Audi Wilsonville was the best car buying experience I have ever had when we bought my A3 TDI, gosh, maybe 4 years ago? I had that car serviced there exclusively and always got wonderful service.
Grace was amazing. From the moment we walked in there was no pressure hugh quality service. We purchased our 2021 RS5 Sportback and absolutely wouldn't buy from anyone else. Grace has not only provided the best sales experience but her followup with us has been extraordinary. Best customer service around!
I will not try to ever buy a car at this location. The finance manager is all up in your personal life. We sat down they gave us a paper with how much we were getting the car for, our monthly payments and the interest rate. He gave us the option of putting zero down. We tried to go back to get the car and the salesman we talked to said that his finance manager said we had to put $1000 down and that the bank would not approve it with zero down. They constantly kept changing their minds about so many things so we decided to walk away from this car we loved. Worst experience ever!
UPDATE: I wanted to update this review and say that I am beyond happy that my car has been fixed. Audi Wilsonville took care of my A5 aka Cinco. They replaced the windshield with an OEM part and it has been 6 days now since I picked her up and there is NO moisture inside or excessive fogging like with the previous 2 windshields installed by the other shop. Since I picked her up it has rained, low temps and then warm temps. Mother nature def putting it to the test and it passed with flying colors. My rear view mirror does not move and is not loose. Sits where i set it. The sunroof shade closes nicely. There was no further damage done to the vehicle by any of the multiple Audi techs that worked on Cinco. They cleaned/detailed the inside and washed the outside as well. My Cinco Girl is looking beautiful as ever and is all fixed up. I was so frustrated and upset that my girl was damaged and not what she was prior to this. I was dealing with the claims dept with that shop for almost a year!
Audi replaced the windshield within days and dealt with them for a couple of weeks to get the rest resolved.

(see below for original review) ----------------------------------------------- I took my car into Audi W. to replace a windshield and fix damages made by an other shop. This other shop caused damages to the interior of my vehicle when they tried to replace my windshield on two different occasions. Audi took care of me. Got me in a loaner and dealt directly with the other company, who was now paying Audi directly for the work to replace my windshield with an OEM part and fix the damages. Chris S. was my service advisor and he kept me informed and up to date during the entire process. Others were helpful when I called. Never rude. Not even the receptionist. When I went to pick up my car, Chris wasn't there, but I was helped by a different advisor who checked me out and got me to someone that was going to get my car. I was in and out within minutes and my car was beautiful as ever.
I am a huge pushover and was so relieved to get a rest drive without any pressure. The car was priced just right and they have a ton of inventory. Thank you Scott best salesperson ever!
Put in an inquiry online about a vehicle and within ten minutes got a call from Dee about coming in to take a look. I set up an appointment at 1:30 and walked out with a brand new Q3 at 5:30. One of the easiest and least stressful car buying experiences I ve ever had. I highly recommend working with Dee if you re looking for a new Audi or used vehicle. She was straight forward, to the point and didn t waste anyone s time. I will definitely be returning to Audi of Wilsonville for my next Audi!

I have bought a lot of cars in my life and I have to say the experience I had at Audi Wilsonville was the best I have yet to encounter. I worked with Grace, who knew I was looking for something special, and she found me something very special. Not only did she work tirelessly into the night to help get my car through inspection early for me, she helped me get an amazing rate on my loan and after all of that she spent a solid hour with me late in the evening showing me that she truly knows all of the ins and outs of Audi technology. A+ would do again. Also, this car my god.
Terrible service department communication. It is very easy to reach a salesperson, but virtually impossible to speak to a service advisor, even to just ask a question. Today, after multiple phone calls, I finally spoke to a young woman who was only able to schedule appointments. I was told it would be five days to schedule an urgent appointment, and seven days if you require a loaner, even for a significant warranty issue that renders the vehicle basically useless. Perhaps they should hire more service staff. We have owned Audi s since 1996, and have loved the current car until now, but will seriously re-think buying another Audi without a better dealership option in our area.
Very happy with the service provided by Grace and the dealership team @ Audi Wilsonville. She was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. It made the purchase or a pre-owned Audi a pleasure. There was a mix up with an accessory purchase which she and the parts manager were quick to resolve which reinforced to me the high level of service they provide. I ve got no hesitation to recommend!
Sam Gilbert seems to be not easy to talk with. Long story short: I was told two days ago by another service guy to be able to get a loaner car for my coming booked trip. Today, I was told that they are not able to do that, and there was little time left for me to rent a car. He came to talk to me like I am trying to take advantage of their loaner car, and said something unfriendly, not respecting the fact that someone from Audi Wilsonville told me they could definitely do that, and the whole thing could mess up my trip that starts tomorrow. No apology at all. Another talk was about the issues on the car I bought from them, too complicated. Basically, he said that anything inside cars might break at anytime, and it has nothing to do with ownership change. No matter it is 1 day or 3 weeks after you buy the car from Audi, as long as there was no issue spotted at purchase, they will have no responsibility for any issues. And you should have spent that extra 1,500 or so to get yourself covered. And he seemed to be surprised that Willie and Dee even helped me at the first place. After all talks, he said something like I was wasting his time and walked away.
We bought the car! Our salesman Alex Hoffman was great - helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The finance guy Mo Mostafa was great to work with. He went over everything and made sure we were happy with the financing. Overall, I highly recommend Audi Wilsonville.

Recently purchased a 2016 S4, right before Christmas, and couldn't be happier! I have a smile on my face each time I drive it! Joe Hermes was our sales rep, and he did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable about the brand (and cars and racing in general), and very easygoing. Never felt pressured or steered toward a product that was different than what we were looking to buy. Coming down to Salem to personally deliver the paperwork was a step above what we expected! The car buying process was very smooth, and arrangements for added services from the dealership were carried out expeditiously, even over the holiday season. Really appreciate everyone's help!
