A hotel on a human scale. Impeccable service. Magnificent room. Restaurant serves typical dishes, it's nice to discover real cuisine from the region and not like in the big hotel chains, grated carrots, Hawaiian pasta or pizzas!
Recommended to counter globalization and the race to the bottom of large hotel groups.

The rooms huge and very good. The terrific breakfast and in a super-pleasant terrace.

Rooms were clean and well priced, the location is smart and generally well presented. If you like to be around other brits with the sea on your doorstep it s worth visiting

For those who are passionate about water sports and the world related to yachts and sailboats, this is one of the best port of SotoGrande ... well maintained, organized and surrounded by beautiful residential apartment buildings, with excellent views of the sea and with beautiful common areas, with many plants and decorative fountains, shops, hairdressers, sales / rental offices for both real estate and all types of nautical boats, restaurants and bars ...

Third consecutive year that we go and each time we like more.
Imagine that it will be like the previous time and always surprise one more detail and better.

It is one of the most exclusive marinas in Spain. It stands out for the variety and power of the yachts moored at its docks and for the high-standind hotel facilities and restaurants that surround it.

Cozy hotel and very attentive employees .... they are super friendly, the breakfast great.

Hotel very nice warm welcome room unfortunately no view of the port but very well soundproofed.the parking is welcome.

The hotel is very decorous and modern, on the pier overlooking the sea, it is amazing how friendly they are in such a "premium" place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We will repeat.

Beautiful place

I stayed at this hotel for the first time last week which is in the most wonderful location and know it as I have been coming to Sotogrande for some 16 years.
The welcome from reception was great on every occasion!
The room we stayed in and I believe they are all the same are bizarre to say the least. When you open the door you walk into the open plan bathroom and can see straight in to the toilet and on to the bedroom, oh and to top it the bath is next to the window?
The drainage of the shower was appalling - extremely slow to clear, having to wait for the water level to recede before opening the door.
Behind the curtain I found an empty coke bottle which had been there for a while judging by the dust and insects inside.
As mentioned this was our first time staying but we had friends who have previously stayed about 12 times and always take a corner suite - never have they been recognised or given a special welcome from the manager who they have never seen ? - manners cost nothing and we all like to feel special and appreciated.
Breakfast - well where do i start, to be honest it is a joke ! the staff are invisible only appearing occasionally to clear all the tables of dirty crockery and over the four days I lost count of the number of guests having to clear their table before having breakfast - and on the last day there was no cooked breakfast being offered - mind you judging by the state of the offering on previous days perhaps they had just given up?
There is clearly major training required here from the manager down and the hotel cannot simply rely on the fantastic location alone !
I really hope it improves.

The tapas portion of the restaurant is fantastic, as is the bar selection. In the a la carte portion, the good is so so. Steak I got was half fat, and when paying by weight this is not acceptable. This was partially rectified when speaking to the manager

Very chilled out, beautiful scenery and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and make you feel good.

Room very spacious and modern furnished with open bathroom. The room has a view directly on the beautiful harbor possible. Room was not very clean, the side table was dirty! Breakfast OK, staff really nice.

The only problem I see is the absence of pool, which it's not too necessary as the sea is 5 minutes away, and that the wifi is not reaching very well the rooms

The best hotel in the area without a doubt. In addition to a hotel full of attention, very good views, perfect breakfast and treatment of unsullied staff. I will be back! Ah! The restaurant, despite being that of a hotel, impressive !!

Hotel very well located in the marina of Puerto Sotogrande, perfect to rest and enjoy the views. Good rooms and well maintained. On the terrace of the first floor it is a luxury to enjoy the magnificent breakfast watching the sea. The staff is very kind and professional. We were greeted by the girl at the reception, very friendly by the way. We needed to rent a car and they recommended a local company Autos Aguirre, who took care of us perfectly. We had dinner at the emblematic restaurant KE, which is next to the hotel. What a pleasure to walk through the port of Sotogrande. We will be back soon. Thank you

Stayed there while visiting Gibraltar. Great rooms and an interesting location.

Great room, location and breakfast. Lacking a relaxation sun bathing area.

A great quiet club where you can enjoy with friends a great lunch or dinner. Very nice and recommendable
